Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verlegen eines Gleiselementes (2) umfassend
    mindestens ein erstes Fahrzeug (1) mit Eigenantrieb, welches mindestens zwei Paar Räder (6), die geeignet sind, das Fahrzeug auf den Schienen (3) eines Versorgungsgleises zu verschieben, das sich in der Achse der Einbaustelle (10) befindet, wo das Gleiselement (2) abgelegt werden soll, mindestens ein Paar Raupen (5), die ausgehend vom Fahrgestell des Fahrzeuges einziehbar und geeignet sind, das Fahrzeug auf dem Boden (16) zu verschieben, und eine obere Platte (7) umfaßt, die geeignet ist, mindestens einen Abschnitt des Gleiselementes (2) zu tragen,
    mindestens einen Portalkran (4), der oberhalb des Gleiselementes (2) befestigt ist und mindestens ein Paar seitliche Stützbeine (13) umfaßt, die geeignet sind, sich vertikal zu bewegen und das Gleiselement (2) durch Abstützen auf dem Boden (16) hochzuheben,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Fahrzeug (1) und der Portalkran (4) voneinander unabhängig sind und die Vorrichtung mindestens ein zweites kompaktes Fahrzeug (1) umfaßt, das mit dem ersten Fahrzeug identisch und mit diesem nur durch das Gleiselement (2) verbunden ist, wobei jedes Fahrzeug (1) ein Paar Raupen(5) umfaßt, die seitlich außerhalb der Räder (6) angeordnet sind, und
    daß die obere Platte (7) jedes Fahrzeuges (1) aus einer zentralen Querplatine mit einer Breite, die ausreichend ist, um mindestens eine Querschwelle (82) des Gleiselementes (2) zu tragen, besteht und auf einem vertikalen Arm (15) befestigt ist, der geeignet ist, sich entlang seiner Achse ZZ' zu drehen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Fahrzeug (1) ferngesteuert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenbreite I1 des Raupenpaares (5) in der Größenordnung von maximal 2700 mm für einen Achsabstand der Gleisschienen (3) von ungefähr 1700 mm liegt, wobei sich die Raupen (5) in tiefer Position auf die Querschwelle (81) der Schienen (3) des Versorgungsgleises abstützen können.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikale Verlauf der Verschiebung des Raupenpaares (5) mindestens gleich der Summe der Höhe der Querschwellen (81), Träger der Gleise, und der Höhe der Schienen (3) des Gleises ist.
  5. Verfahren zum Verlegen des Bahngleiselementes (2) mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Gleiselement (2) auf mindestens zwei der kompakten Fahrzeuge (1) abgelegt wird, welche jedes ein Paar eingezogener und seitlich außerhalb der Räder (6) angeordneter Raupen (5) aufweisen,
    oberhalb des Gleiselementes (2) mindestens zwei unabhängige Portalkräne (4) der Fahrzeuge (1) befestigt werden,
    die Konstruktion, welche das Gleiselement (2) trägt, zur Einbaustelle (10), die in der Achse des Versorgungsgleises (3) vorbereitet ist, durch ein Rollen darauf nach vorn bewegt wird,
    in der Nähe der Einbaustelle (10) die Raupen (5) herabgelassen werden, bis sie sich auf den Querschwellen (81) des Gleises (3) abstützen und die Räder des Fahrzeuges (1) oberhalb des Gleises hochheben,
    das erste Fahrzeug (1), und im Anschluß daran nach und nach die anderen, in die Einbaustelle (10) herabgelassen wird/werden, wobei die Höhe (h1) ihrer oberen Platte (7) in Bezug auf die Querschwellen (81) quasi konstant gehalten wird, wobei mindestens die Raupen (5) vertikal verschoben werden,
    die Stützbeine (13) der Trägerkräne (4), wenn die Konstruktion des Gleiselementes (2) auf diese Weise oberhalb ihrer Einbaustelle (10) angeordnet wird, herabgelassen werden, um das Gleiselement (2) zu übernehmen, und die oberen Stützplatten (7) der Fahrzeuge (1) frei gemacht werden,
    die Fahrzeuge (1) in der Achse des Gleises ausgeführt werden und das Gleiselement (2) durch die Portalkräne (4) in seine Einbaustelle (10) angeordnet wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - wenn sich das Fahrzeug (1) in die Einbaustelle (10) hinab begibt - es zum Neigen gebracht wird und das Gleiselement (2) durch einfaches drehendes Abstützen einer seiner Querschwellen (82) auf der Stützquerplatte (7) des Fahrzeuges (1) gehalten wird.
  7. Verfahren zum Verlegen eines Bahngleiselementes mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Gleiselement (2) auf mindestens zwei der kompakten Fahrzeuge (1) abgelegt wird, welche jedes ein Paar eingezogener und seitlich außerhalb der Räder (6) angeordneter Raupen (5) aufweisen,
    oberhalb des Gleiselementes (2) mindestens zwei unabhängige Portalkräne (4) der Fahrzeuge (1) befestigt werden,
    am Ende und oberhalb der Einbaustelle (10) zwei provisorische Positionierungsrampen (11) in der Achse der Schienen des Versorgungsgleises (3) angeordnet werden,
    die Konstruktion, welche das Gleiselement (2) trägt, zur Einbaustelle (10) rollend auf dem Versorgungsgleis (3) nach vom bewegt wird, bis das erste Fahrzeug (1) auf den provisorischen Rampen (11) rollt und sich darauf befindet,
    die Raupen (5) des ersten Fahrzeuges (1) bis zum Boden der Einbaustelle (10) und auf beiden Seiten der provisorischen Rampen (11) herabgelassen werden und daraufhin die Räder des ersten Fahrzeuges oberhalb der provisorischen Rampen (11) hochgehoben werden,
    die Konstruktion weiterhin nach vom bewegt wird, einerseits getragen von den Raupen (5) des ersten Fahrzeuges und andererseits von den Rädem (6) der folgenden Fahrzeuge, bis der Betrieb für diese wiederholt wird,
    wenn die Konstruktion des Gleiselementes (2) auf diese Weise oberhalb ihrer Einbaustelle (10) angeordnet ist, die Stützbeine (13) der Portalkräne (4) herabgelassen werden, um das Gleiselement zu übemehmen, die oberen Stützplatten (7) der Fahrzeuge (1) frei gemacht und die provisorischen Rampen (11) entfernt werden,
    die Fahrzeuge (1) aus der Achse des Gleises gebracht werden und das Gleiselement (2) durch die Portalkräne (4) in seine Einbaustelle (10) angeordnet wird.
  8. Fahrzeug (1) mit Eigenantrieb für das Verlegen eines Bahngleiselementes (2) mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, welches mindestens zwei Paar Räder (6), die geeignet sind, das Fahrzeug auf den Schienen eines Versorgungsgleises (3) zu verschieben, mindestens ein Paar Raupen (5), die ausgehend vom Fahrgestell (12) des Fahrzeuges einziehbar und geeignet sind, das Fahrzeug auf dem Boden zu verschieben, und eine obere Platte (7) umfaßt, die geeignet ist, mindestens einen Abschnitt des Gleiselementes (2) zu tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrzeug ein einziges Paar Raupen (5) umfaßt, die seitlich außerhalb der Räder (6) angeordnet sind, wobei die Außenabmessung des Fahrzeuges kompakt ist, mit einer Breite in der Größenordnung von einem Meter über der Breite des Versorgungsgleises (3) und einer Länge, die geringer als das Doppelte seiner Breite ist, und dadurch, daß die obere Platte aus einer zentralen Querplatine besteht, die auf einem vertikalen Arm (15) befestigt ist, der geeignet ist, sich entlang seiner Achse ZZ' zu drehen.
