Claims (11)

1. Gleisbauzug zur Erneuerung eines Eisenbahngleises, mit einem durch einen Rahmenwagen gebildeten Arbeitswagen (3), der einen leeren Rahmen, dessen Länge (L) größer als die Länge (I) eines Gleisjochs ist, und zwei Fahrwerke aufweist, von denen sich das hintere Fahrwerk (5) auf dem neuen Gleis und das vordere Fahrwerk (4) auf dem alten Gleis befindet, mit einer vor dem Rahmenwagen angeordneten Wagenfolge, welche mit Einrichtungen zum Abtransport des ausgehobenen Materials ausgerüstet ist, mit hinter dem Rahmenwagen angeordneten Transportwagen für Gleisjoche, Sand und Schotter, mit auf den Transportwagen und dem Rahmenwagen installierten Laufschienen, auf denen zwei Portalkräne (9) mit einer Hebevorrichtung für ein Gleisjoch und mit einer Manövriervorrichtung für Kübel (11) zum Transport von Sand und Schotter verfahrbar sind, und mit einem auf den erwähnten Laufschienen verfahrbaren, vor den Portalkränen angeordneten Rollgestell (10), an welchem wenigstens eine in der Höhe einstellbare Baggereinrichtung (12) montiert ist, welche sich über die gesamte auszuhebende Breite erstreckt oder nur einen Teil dieser Breite einnimmt und seitlich beweglich oder schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleisbauzug auch zur Untergrundsanierung eingerichtet ist und zu diesem Zwecke eine orientierbare Aushubeinrichtung (16, 20) aufweist, welche hinter der Baggereinrichtung (12), die vorzugsweise aus einer Transportkette (14) mit quer orientierten Spiralen (15, 15') besteht, montiert ist und daß diese Aushubeinrichtung (16, 20) mit Hydraulikzylindern (28, 29) zur Verstellung in der Vertikal- und Längsebene ausgerüstet und dazu eingerichtet ist, tiefer als die Baggereinrichtung (12) auszuheben und die gesamte Aushubbreite zu überdecken.
2. Gleisbauzug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aushubeinrichtung (16, 20) dazu eingerichtet ist, als Organ zum Planieren des Planums, des Sands und des Schotters verwendet zu werden.

Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnte Aushubeinrichtung (16) aus einer Platte mit mehreren seitlich nebeneinander angeordneten, gelenkigen Abschnitten (16a, 16b, 16c) besteht, welche jeder mit hydraulischen Zylindern (28a, 28b, 28c) zur getrennten oder gemeinsamen Verstellung in der Vertikalen und Längsebene nach Art des Löffels eines Löffelbaggers ausgerüstet sind.

Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aushubeinrichtung (20) als ein in der Längsebene und in der Höhe verstellbares, rechenförmiges Rodeorgan ausgebildet und mit einem dieses Rodeorgan überlagernden, unabhängig in der Höhe verstellbaren Planierschild (23) ausgerüstet ist, derart, daß der Planierschild auch auf demselben Niveau wie die Aushubeinrichtung arbeiten kann.
5. Gleisbauzug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rechenförmige Rodeorgan (20) und der Planierschild (23) aus mehreren gelenkigen Teilen (20a, 20b; 23a, 23b) zusammengesetzt sind, welche durch hydraulische Zylinder (25, 29; 24) unabhängig voneinander oder gemeinsam verstellbar sind.
6. Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnte Aushubeinrichtung (16, 20), welche auch als Planierorgan dient, in der Gleisachse geneigt werden kann, um die korrekte Neigung des Planums zu erzeugen.
7. Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aushubeinrichtung (16) an der Baggereinrichtung (12) montiert und dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dieser zusammenzuwirken.
8. Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Baggereinrichtung (12) hinter der Aushubeinrichtung (16) ein Verdichter (17) zur Verfestigung des Planums, des Sandes und des Schotters montiert und in der Höhe und der Neigung verstellbar ist.

Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnte, orientierbare Aushubeinrichtung (36) auf einem unabhängigen Rollgestell (35) montiert ist, welches auf den Laufschienen des Rahmenwagens hinter der Baggereinrichtung verfahrbar und mit einem unabhängigen Antriebssystem zur von der Baggereinrichtung unabhängigen Verschiebung ausgerüstet ist, und daß auf diesem Rollgestell (35) vorzugsweise ferner ein Verdichter (37) montiert ist.

Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Ziehvorrichtung zum Verschieben der Baggereinrichtung (12) beziehungsweise des die Aushubeinrichtung (36) tragenden Rollgestells (35) vorgesehen und mit einer Winde ausgerüstet ist, welche auf dem vorderen und dem hinteren Wagen montiert ist.
11. Gleisbauzug nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das rückwärtige Ende des leeren Rahmens (6) auf dem hinteren Fahrgestell (5) unter Zwischenschaltung eines hydraulischen Zylinders (40) in der Höhe verstellbar montiert ist, um den leeren Rahmen (6) parallel zum Planum bzw. zum Bankett einzustellen.
