Claims (18)

1. Einrichtung zum Wiederherstellen und Kontrollieren von beschädigten Fahrzeugkarosserien, bestehend aus einer Richtbank, die gebildet wird durch ein im allgemein rechteckförmiges Chassis, das
- in der Nähe seines einen äußeren Endes mit festen Trägereinrichtungen, wie z. B. Füßen (5) oder Rädern, und in der Nähe seines anderen äußeren Endes mit einer Hebevorrichtung (10), um dieses äußere Ende senkrecht in eine Stellung zu bringen, in der es sich auf dem Boden abstützt, und in eine Stellung, in der es sich mindestens in der gleichen Höhe wie das erste äußere Ende befindet, und
- mit zwei Rampen (16), die an dem senkrecht verstellbaren äußeren Ende der Richtbank entfernbar befestigt sind, versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie versehen ist mit
- Plattformen (17), die auf der Oberfläche der Richtbank in Verlängerung der Rampen befestigt sind und sich vom senkrecht verstellbaren äußeren Ende der Richtbank in eine Zone erstrecken, die nicht die Klemmen zur Befestigung des Fahrzeuges trägt, und
- einem Wagen (27), der den Vorderteil des zu reparierenden Fahrzeuges aufnimmt und in Längsrichtung zwischen einer Stellung, in der er sich an den Plattformen (17) befindet, und einer Stellung, in der er sich am anderen äußeren Ende des Chassis befindet, längsverschiebbar ist.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf dem Chassis (3) befestigten Plattformen (17), ausgehend vom äußeren hinteren Ende desselben, verlängert sind, wobei die Öffnungen, die sie aufweisen, Abmessungen besitzen, die den Durchtritt von Stützorganen, wie Streben, ermöglichen.
3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Plattform (17) aus einem Rahmen (18) mit quer zur Achse des Chassis verlaufenden Stäben (19) gebildet wird.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (27) einen rechteckförmigen Rahmen von einer Länge, die mindestens gleich der maximalen Breite der Räder des zu reparierenden Fahrzeuges ist, und eine Breite aufweist, die wesentlich unter dem Durchmesser der Räder des Fahrzeuges liegt, und der mit zwei Reihen von Rollen (28, 29), die sich entsprechend auf der Oberfläche der Richtbank (2) und auf ihren äußeren Seiten abstützen, versehen ist.
5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen mit Einrichtungen zum Blockieren auf dem Chassis der Richtbank versehen ist.
6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum Blockieren aus senkrecht im Wagen geführten Zapfen (30) bestehen, die in Bohrungen (9) auf der Richtbank eingreifen.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebevorrichtung (10) aus einem Wagen (12) besteht, der an seinem äußeren Ende Rollen aufweist, von denen um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar und mit Hilfe eines Druckkolbens (15) betätigbar ein Arm (14) angeordnet ist, dessen anderes äußeres Ende an einer Traverse (4) des Chassis der Richtbank angeflanscht ist.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger jeder Klemme aus einem Teil (23) in Form eines nach außen geöffneten Bügels besteht, dessen Öffnung durch eine schwenkbare Klappe (26) od. dgl. nach Eingriff der Gewindestange, die die genannte Klemme trägt, geschlossen werden kann.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der oberen Fläche der Richtbank in einer Verlängerung der Rampen (16) befestigten Plattformen aus einem zweiten Wagen (119) bestehen, der die Hinterräder des zu reparierenden Fahrzeuges aufnimmt und mit Verriegelungseinrichtungen, einerseits am äußeren Ende der die Rampen aufnehmenden Richtbank und andererseits am ersten Wagen zur Aufnahme der Vorderräder des Fahrzeuges, versehen ist.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der zwei Wagen (118, 119) im Bereich der Abstützung der Fahrzeugräder mit zwei Platten (123) versehen ist, die ein nach oben geöffnetes V bilden und eine quer auf die Richtbank ausgerichtete Mulde begrenzen, welche die Festlegung des Fahrzeuges in der Abstützstellung auf den Wagen gewährleisten.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Wagen (119) an seinem äußeren, vorderen Ende und im Hinblick auf jeden Abstützbereich eines Rades mit einer vorderen Klappe (128) versehen ist, die drehbar um eine horizontale Achse (129) ist und sich in einer zurückklappbaren, horizontalen Stellung befindet, wenn die zwei Wagen miteinander verbunden sind, und sich in einer senkrechten Stellung befindet, um einen Anschlag oberhalb des Wagens zu bilden, wenn die zwei Wagen voneinander unabhängig sind.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Klappe (128) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, deren Schenkel auseinanderlaufen und oberhalb und unterhalb des Wagens zurückspringen und deren mittlerer Teil um eine horizontale, am äußeren unteren Ende des Wagens angeordnete Achse (129) schwenkbar ist, wobei der mittlere, mit einem Zapfen (130) versehene Teil, der parallel zur Verbindungsachse der letzteren läuft, in Eingriff mit einem Haken (127) gelangt, der schwenkbar um eine horizontale Achse am hinteren Rand des ersten Wagens (118) angeordnet ist.

Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtbank an ihrem äußeren hinteren Ende mit zwei Profilen (132) versehen ist, von denen jedes eine nach hinten und nach unten schwenkbare und in Eingriff mit einer Klappe (134) gelangende Klappe (133), die auf der Vorderseite einer Rampe (16) angeordnet ist, eine nach oben schwenkbare, einen Anschlag für den zweiten Wagen bildende Klappe (135) und eine Aussparung, die einen Schließhaken im Inneren derselben bildet und in einen Verriegelungszapfen (137) eindringt, der schwenkbar auf dem zweiten Wagen befestigt ist, während sich dieser in einer zurückgezogenen Stellung befindet, aufweist.

Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtungen des ersten Wagens (118) auf der Richtbank in Höhe jedes Rollbereiches des Wagens aus einem Metallblock (124) besteht, der auf dem Wagen längs einer zur Richtbank verlaufenden Querachse (125) gleitend befestigt ist, auf der um eine senkrechte Achse ein Teil (126) in Form eines Bügels schwenkbar ist, dessen einer Arm in Eingriff mit den Öffnungen (9) auf der Richtbank gelangt.
15. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Vorderfuß (5) der Richtbank mit einer Rolle (138) versehen ist, die mittels eine Kugelhülse längs einer quer zur Richtbank verlaufenden Achse (139) gleitend befestigt ist.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere obere Ende (14) der Hebevorrichtung schwenkbar um eine horizontale Achse auf einem Träger (140) angeordnet ist, der unter Zwischensetzung von Trägerkugeln (142) auf einer hinteren Traverse (4) der Richtbank angeordnet ist.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere obere Ende (14) der Hebevorrichtung mit einer quer zur Richtbank verlaufenden Buchse (143) versehen ist, die in eine Achse (144) in gleicher Ausrichtung und verbunden mit auf der hinteren Traverse (4) der Richtbank angeordneten Klappe (145) eingreift.
18. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wagen (118, 119) mit den Rollbahnen (117a) zusammenarbeiten, die mit den Traversen (117b) verbunden sind, die in Öffnungen (9) jeder Platte des Chassis (8) angeordnet sind.
