Vorrichtung zum Richten eines entlang einer Längsachse durchlaufenden Metallbandes, die innerhalb eines Traggestells (1) mit zwei beiderseits der Bandlaufachse beabstandeten Ständern (10) mindestens eine Richtanordnung mit zwei Biegeeinheiten umfasst, die oberhalb und unterhalb einer Bandlaufebene (P) angeordnet sind, und zwar einer oberen Biegeeinheit (20) und einer unteren Biegeeinheit, wobei mindestens die obere Biegeeinheit eine ausbaubare Kassette (20) bildet, die eine Walzenanordnung (22) umfasst, und zwar eine Richtwalze (22a) und Stützwalzen (22b), die drehbar um senkrecht zur Bandlaufachse verlaufende Achsen auf einem Tragrahmen (21) montiert sind, der quer zwischen den beiden Ständern (10) des Gestells (1) verläuft, wobei dieses Gestell Mittel trägt, die zwei Zylinder (14) zum Steuern der vertikalen Bewegung der Biegeeinheit (20) zwischen einer angehobenen Position oberhalb der Bandlaufebene (P) und einer abgesenkten Richtposition, der so genannten Zustellposition, umfassen und Mittel (3) zum Ausbauen von mindestens der oberen Biegeeinheit (20) durch Bewegen in Querrichtung zwischen ihrer Arbeitsposition innerhalb des Gestells (1) und einer außerhalb des Gestells (1) auf einer Wartungsseite beabstandeten Wartungsposition, umfassend einen Ausbauwagen (3), der quer zur Bandlaufachse verschiebbar ist und auf dem über ein äußeres, zur Wartungsseite hin angeordnetes Auflageorgan (5) die Biegeeinheit (20) aufliegen kann, wobei diese Biegeeinheit (20) auf der ihrem hinteren Ende gegenüberliegenden Seite von einem inneren Auflageorgan (6) getragen wird, das auf einer Führungsbahn (12) aufliegt, die zwei Führschienen umfasst, welche sich quer zwischen den beiden Ständern (10) des Gestells (1) erstrecken, wobei der Tragrahmen (21) der Walzenanordnung (22) in der Wartungsposition um eine parallel zur Walzenachse verlaufende Achse (x',x) zwischen der Arbeitsposition, in der die Walzen nach unten gerichtet sind, und einer gewendeten Position, in der die Walzen nach oben gerichtet sind, schwenken kann, wobei das Schwenken des Tragrahmens (21) der Walzenanordnung (22) von einem autonomen Organ (7) gesteuert wird, das quer mit dem Ausbauwagen (3) verschiebbar ist und mit einem konjugiert ausgebildeten Mittel (54) zusammenwirkt, welches drehfest mit dem Tragrahmen (21) der Walzen verbunden ist und auf dessen Schwenkachse (x'x) zentriert ist, wobei das autonome Organ (7) nach dem Versetzen der Biegeeinheit (20) in ihre Wartungsposition ferngesteuert werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Führungsschienen, auf denen Rollen (61) laufen, die das interne Auflageorgan (6) am hinteren Ende der Kassette (20) darstellen, aus den Seitenflächen einer Platte (12) bestehen, auf der direkt Zylinder (14) zum Einstellen der Walzenzustellung aufliegen,
    - dass sich die Platte (12) unter der Wirkung der beiden Zylinder (14) vertikal nach oben und nach unten bewegen kann,
    - dass eine Oberseite (20a) der Kassette mit zwei Klötzen (24) versehen ist, die sich auf die Achsen der beiden Zylinder (14) für die vertikale Bewegung zentrieren,
    - dass die Dicke der Klötze (24) so bestimmt wird, dass ein einfaches Spiel bleibt, das für die Querverschiebung der Kassette an den Seitenkanten der Platte (12) erforderlich ist,
    - so dass die Zylinder (14) zweifach wirken, indem sie die vertikalen Bewegungen der Kassette (20) steuern, und zwar nach unten zum Einstellen der Walzenzustellung, wobei sie auf den Klötzen (24) zur Anlage kommen, und nach oben zum Wiederanheben mit Hilfe der Platte (12), auf der die Rollen aufliegen.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Auflageorgane, und zwar das äußere Auflageorgan (S) und das innere Auflageorgan (6), eine Schwenkachse (x'x) begrenzen, um die der Tragrahmen (21) der Walzenanordnung (22) als Ganzes schwenken kann, und dass das Organ zur Steuerung des Schwenkens, insbesondere ein motorisches (7), vom Ausbauwagen (3) getragen wird und in der Demontageposition der Biegeeinheit (20) lösbar in ein Teil (S4) zum Steuern des Schwenkens greift, das auf diese Schwenkachse (x'x) zentriert ist und drehfest am Tragrahmen (21) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) ein gezahntes Teil (71) in Form einer in Längsrichtung beweglichen Zahnstange betätigt, in die in der Demontageposition der Biegeeinheit (20) ein Zahnrad (S4) mit konjugiert ausgebildeter Verzahnung greift, das auf die Schwenkachse (x'x) des Tragrahmens (21) der Walzen zentriert ist und drehfest an diesem angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) das Schwenken des Tragrahmens (21) der Walzen direkt über ein lösbares Kupplungsmittel steuert.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) ein Zahnrad umfasst, das um seine Achse von einem Motor drehangetrieben wird und in das durch Bewegen parallel zu einer Eingriffsebene ein Zahnrad mit konjugiert ausgebildeter Verzahnung greift, das drehfest am Tragrahmen (21) der Walzen angeordnet und auf dessen Schwenkachse (x'x) zentriert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) eine Schnecke umfasst, die um ihre Achse von einem Motor drehangetrieben wird und in die durch Bewegen parallel zu einer Eingriffsebene ein Zahnrad mit konjugiert ausgebildeter Verzahnung greift, das drehfest am Tragrahmen der Walzen angeordnet und auf dessen Schwenkachse (x'x) zentriert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein lösbares Mittel (40) zur Aufnahme der Biegeeinheit (20) umfasst, das senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (x'x) der Walzenanordnung zwischen einer beabstandeten Position, die das vertikale Bewegen der Biegeeinheit (20) innerhalb des Gestells ermöglicht, und einer Eingriffsposition des Aufnahmemittels (40) am äußeren Auflageorgan (S) verschiebbar am Ausbauwagen (3) angebracht ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lösbare Mittel (40) zur Aufnahme der Biegeeinheit (20) von einem Hilfsrahmen (4) getragen wird, der senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (x'x) der Walzenanordnung zwischen einer beabstandeten Position, die das vertikale Bewegen der Biegeeinheit (20) innerhalb des Gestells ermöglicht, und einer Eingriffsposition des Aufnahmemittels (40) am äußeren Auflageorgan (5) des Tragrahmens (21) der Walzen (22) verschiebbar am Ausbauwagen (3) angebracht ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) am Hilfsrahmen (4) angebracht ist und in der Demontageposition der Kassette (20) lösbar in ein Steuerteil (54) greift, das drehfest am Tragrahmen (21) der Walzen angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (7) einen Zylinder (72) umfasst, der eine Zahnstange (71) betätigt, die senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (x'x) verschiebbar am Hilfsrahmen (4) angeordnet ist und in die durch Bewegen des Hilfsrahmens (4) ein Zahnrad mit konjugiert ausgebildeter Verzahnung (54) greift, das auf die Schwenkachse (x'x) zentriert und drehfest am Tragrahmen (21) der Walzen angeordnet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10 mit mindestens zwei Paar Biegeeinheiten (20, 20'), und zwar obere und untere, die auf mindestens zwei aufeinander folgende Richtebenen (Q, Q') zentriert sind, welche in Bandlaufrichtung voneinander beabstandet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Ausbauwagen (3) umfasst, auf dem mindestens zwei Hilfsrahmen (4, 4') angebracht sind, von denen jeder auf eine Richtebene (Q, Q') zentriert ist und von denen jeder ein Mittel (40) zur Aufnahme der entsprechenden oberen Biegeeinheit (20) sowie Mittel (7) zur Steuerung des Schwenkens der Walzenanordnung trägt.
  12. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmemittel (40) und das äußere Auflageorgan (5) der Kassette (20) zwei Teile mit konjugiert ausgebildeten Formen (40, 53) umfassen, die durch Bewegen senkrecht zur Achse der Richtwalze zum Zentrieren der Mittel zum Steuern des Schwenkens in einer Eingriffsebene ineinander greifen, wobei eines der konjugiert ausgebildeten Teile (40, 53) ein Mittel (43) zur axialen Verbindung mit dem Wagen (3) zum Bewegen der Kassette trägt.
  13. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Tragrahmen (21) der Walzenanordnung von einem Träger getragen wird, welcher in Querrichtung verschiebbar auf Schienen angebracht ist, die vertikal zwischen einer angehobenen Position und einer abgesenkten Richtposition bewegbar sind, und auf welchem der Demontagewagen zum Bewegen der Biegeeinheit (20) in Querrichtung aufliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das autonome Antriebsorgan (7) zur Steuerung des Schwenkens von dem verschiebbaren Träger getragen wird.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das autonome Antriebsorgan (7) ein ferngesteuerter Zylinder ist, der in einer Richtung auf dem verschiebbaren Träger und in der anderen Richtung auf einem drehfest am Tragrahmen (21) der Walzen (22) angeordneten Teil aufliegt.
  15. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Tragrahmen (21) der Walzenanordnung (22) von einem Träger getragen wird, welcher in Querrichtung verschiebbar auf Schienen angebracht ist, die vertikal zwischen einer angehobenen Position und einer abgesenkten Richtposition bewegbar sind, und auf welchem der Demontagewagen zum Bewegen der Biegeeinheit (20) in Querrichtung aufliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das autonome Organ (7), insbesondere ein motorisches, zur Steuerung des Schwenkens vom Demontagerahmen getragen wird und über ein lösbares Kupplungsmittel mit einem Steuerungsteil verbunden ist, das auf die Schwenkachse des Tragrahmens der Walzen zentriert und drehfest an diesem angeordnet ist.
  16. Vorrichtung zum Richten nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragrahmen (21) der Walzen der oberen Biegeeinheit (20) um eine senkrecht zur Bandlaufrichtung verlaufende Achse (x'x) drehbar an zwei entgegengesetzt angeordneten Zapfen (50, 60) angebracht ist, und zwar einem äußeren Zapfen (50), der in einem Lager (55) läuft, das lösbar auf dem Ausbauwagen (3) aufliegt, und einem inneren Zapfen (60), der in einem Lager (63) läuft, das auf einer Führungsbahn (12) aufliegt, dass der Schwerpunkt der gesamten Biegeeinheit (20) in etwa auf der Achse (x'x) der beiden Schwenkzapfen (50, 60) liegt und dass der äußere Zapfen (50) ein Zahnrad (54) trägt, welches drehfest mit dem Tragrahmen (21) der Walzen verbunden ist und in welches das Organ, insbesondere ein motorisches (7), zur Steuerung des Schwenkens des genannten Rahmens (21) in der Demontageposition der Biegeeinheit (20) greift.
