Claims (17)

  1. Verfahren zur Demontage der Richtanordnungen (1, 1') einer Maschine zum Richten eines flachen Produkts mit:
    - Mitteln zum Steuern des Ablaufens des Produkts (M) gemäß einer Längsachse (0) entlang einer Bandlaufebene (P),
    - einem starren Traggestell (3) mit zwei Ständern (31, 31'), die voneinander beabstandet beiderseits der Längsachse angeordnet sind,
    - zwei Richtanordnungen, und zwar einer unteren Richtanordnung (1'), die auf einem starren Träger (32) abgestützt ist, und einer oberen Richtanordnung (1), die auf einem Andrückrahmen (34) abgestützt ist, wobei jede Richtanordnung eine Kassette (1, 1') mit einer Vielzahl beabstandeter Walzen (11, 11') bildet, welche um Achsen, die senkrecht zur Längsablaufachse (0) liegen, drehbar an einem Rahmen (10, 10') montiert sind,
    - Mitteln (2) zur lösbaren Befestigung des Rahmens (10) der oberen Richtanordnung (1) am Andrückrahmen (34),
    - Mitteln (30) zum vertikalen Bewegen des Andrückrahmens (34) zum Einstellen der Walzenzustellung der beiden Richtanordnungen (1, 1'),
    - Mitteln (35) zum Drehantrieb der Walzen, die auf einer Seite des Gestells (3) angeordnet sind und mit mindestens einigen der Walzen (11, 11') über eine Gelenkwelle (36, 36') verbunden sind, deren erstes Ende drehangetrieben ist und deren zweites Ende mit einem lösbaren Kupplungsorgan (14, 14') mit einem Ende (13, 13') zum Antrieb der Walze (11, 11') versehen ist, wobei diese Gelenkwellen (36, 36') auf zwei Ebenen angeordnet sind, und zwar auf einer unteren Ebene (1') zur Kupplung mit den Walzen (11') der unteren Richtanordnung (1') und auf einer oberen Ebene zur Kupplung mit den Walzen (11) der oberen Richtanordnung (1),
    - Mitteln (16) zur Demontage jeder der beiden kassettenförmigen Richtanordnungen (1, 1') durch Bewegen, senkrecht zur Ablaufachse (0), zwischen einer Arbeitsposition innerhalb des Gestells (3) und einer seitlich beabstandeten Außenposition auf einer der Antriebsseite gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gestells (3),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Richtanordnungen (1, 1') separat unter Befolgung der folgenden Arbeitsschritte aus dem Gestell herausgefahren werden:
    - Arretieren der Kupplungsenden (14') aller unteren Gelenkwellen (36') auf einer ersten Ebene (H1) zum Demontieren der unteren Richtanordnung (1'),
    - Herausfahren der unteren Kassette (1') durch höhengleiches Verschieben, senkrecht zur Ablaufachse (0), bis zu einer Ausfahrbühne (4), die auf einer Seite des Gestells (3) gegenüber der Antriebsseite angeordnet ist,
    - Befördern der unteren Kassette (1') in eine Wartungsposition,
    - Absetzen eines Demontagewagens (5) auf der Ausfahrbühne (4),
    - Einfahren des Demontagewagens (5) in das Gestell (3) durch höhengleiches Verschieben, senkrecht zur Ablaufachse (0),
    - Absetzen der oberen Kassette (1) auf dem Demontagewagen (5) durch Absenken des Andrückrahmens (34),
    - Arretieren der Kupplungsenden (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36) auf einer zweiten Ebene (H2) zum Demontieren der oberen Kassette (1),
    - Öffnen der lösbaren Mittel (2) zum Befestigen der oberen Kassette (1) am Andrückrahmen (34),
    - Heben des Andrückrahmens (34),
    - Herausfahren der oberen Kassette (1) durch höhengleiches Verschieben des Demontagewagens (5), senkrecht zur Ablaufachse (0), bis zur Ausfahrbühne (4),
    - Anordnen der oberen Kassette (1) in einer Wartungsposition.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtanordnungen nach der Wartung oder Auswechselung folgendermaßen in das Gestell (3) eingesetzt werden:
    - Absetzen einer neuen oberen Kassette (1a) auf dem Demontagewagen (5), der sich auf der Ausfahrbühne (4) befindet,
    - Einfahren der oberen Kassette in das Gestell (3) durch höhengleiches Querverschieben des Demontagewagens (5), mit Einführen der Antriebsenden (13a) der oberen Walzen (11) in die Kupplungsorgane (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36), die auf der zweiten Demontageebene (H2) arretiert sind,
    - Schließen der lösbaren Mittel (2) zum Befestigen der oberen Kassette (1a) am Andrückrahmen (34),
    - Entarretieren der oberen Gelenkwellen,
    - Anheben des Andrückrahmens (34) mit der oberen Kassette (1a) und den oberen Gelenkwellen (36),
    - Herausfahren des Demontagewagens (5) durch Querverschieben bis zur Ausfahrbühne (4),
    - Entfernen des Demontagewagens (5) von der Ausfahrbühne (4),
    - Absetzen einer neuen unteren Kassette (1'a) auf der Ausfahrbühne (4),
    - Einfahren der unteren Kassette (1'a) in das Gestell (3) durch höhengleiches Querverschieben mit Einführen der Antriebsenden (13'a) der unteren Walzen (11'a) in die Kupplungsorgane (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36'), die auf der ersten Demontageebene (H1) arretiert sind.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (32) und die Ausfahrbühne (4) mit ausgerichteten Führungsschienen (41',41), orthogonal zur Ablaufachse (0), zum höhengleichen Verschieben der unteren Kassette (1') bzw. des Demontagewagens (5) versehen sind.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretieren der oberen Gelenkwellen (36) bzw. der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') bei der Demontage der Richtanordnungen (1, 1') folgendermaßen erfolgt:
    - Anheben einer unteren Platte (6') bis zum Kontakt mit allen unteren Gelenkwellen (36') zu deren Aufnahme,
    - Anordnen einer Zwischenplatte (7) oberhalb der unteren Gelenkwellen (36'),
    - Einspannen der Kupplungsenden (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') zwischen der unteren Platte (6') und der Zwischenplatte (7) zum Arretieren der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') auf einer ersten Demontageebene (H1),
    - Absenken der oberen Richtanordnung (1) auf den Demontagewagen (5),
    - Inkontaktbringen der Zwischenplatte (7) mit den Kupplungsenden (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36),
    - Absenken einer oberen Platte (6) bis zum Kontakt mit den Kupplungsenden (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36),
    - Einspannen der oberen Kupplungsenden (14) zwischen der Zwischenplatte (7) und der oberen Platte (6) zum Arretieren der oberen Gelenkwellen (36) auf einer zweiten Demontageebene (H2) .
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Inkontaktbringen der unteren Platte (6') mit den Enden (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') auf einer ersten Demontageebene (H1) der unteren Kassette (1') die Position der unteren Platte (6'), die dieser ersten Ebene (H1) entspricht, gekennzeichnet wird, dass die gesamte untere Platte (6') mit den Enden (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') und der Zwischenplatte (7) bis zum Kontakt der Zwischenplatte (7) mit den Enden (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36) auf einer zweiten Demontageebene (H2) der oberen Kassette (1), die auf dem Demontagewagen (5) ruht, angehoben wird, und dass nach dem Wiedereinbau der oberen Kassette (1a) mit Einführen der oberen Kupplungsorgane (14) auf dieser zweiten Demontageebene (H2) die gesamte untere Platte (6') mit den Enden (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') und der Zwischenplatte (7) durch Bewegen der unteren Platte (6') zum Wiedereinbau der unteren Kassette (1'a) am Träger, mit Einführen der unteren Kupplungsenden (14') auf die zuvor gekennzeichnete erste Demontageebene (H1) zurückgeführt wird.
  6. Maschine zum Richten eines flachen Produkts mit einer Vorrichtung zur Demontage der Richtanordnungen (1, 1') mit:
    - Mitteln zum Steuern des Ablaufens des Produkts (M) gemäß einer Längsachse (0) entlang einer Bandlaufebene (P),
    - einem starren Traggestell (3) mit zwei Ständern (31, 31'), die voneinander beabstandet beiderseits der Längsachse (0) angeordnet sind,
    - zwei Richtanordnungen, und zwar einer unteren Richtanordnung (1'), die auf einem starren Träger abgestützt ist, und einer oberen Richtanordnung (1), die auf einem Andrückrahmen (34) abgestützt ist, wobei jede Richtanordnung eine Kassette mit einer Vielzahl beabstandeter Walzen (11, 11') bildet, welche um Achsen, die senkrecht zur Längsablaufachse (0) liegen, drehbar an einem Rahmen (10, 10') montiert sind,
    - Mitteln (2', 2) zur lösbaren Befestigung des Rahmens (10) der oberen Richtanordnung (1) am Andrückrahmen (34),
    - Mitteln (30) zum vertikalen Bewegen des Andrückrahmens (34) zum Einstellen der Walzenzustellung der beiden Richtanordnungen (1, 1'),
    - Mitteln (35) zum Drehantrieb der Walzen (11, 11'), die auf einer Seite des Gestells (3) liegen und mit mindestens einigen der Walzen (11, 11') über eine Gelenkwelle (36, 36') verbunden sind, deren erstes Ende drehangetrieben ist und deren zweites Ende mit einem lösbaren Kupplungsorgan (14, 14') mit einem Ende (13, 13') zum Antrieb der Walze (11, 11') versehen ist, wobei diese Gelenkwellen (36, 36') auf zwei Ebenen angeordnet sind, und zwar auf einer unteren Ebene (H1) zur Kupplung mit den Walzen (11') der unteren Richtanordnung (1') und auf einer oberen Ebene (H2) zur Kupplung mit den Walzen (11) der oberen Richtanordnung (1),
    - Mitteln (16) zur Demontage der Richtanordnungen durch Bewegen jeder Kassette (1, 1'), senkrecht zur Ablaufachse (0), zwischen einer Arbeitsposition innerhalb des Gestells (3) und einer seitlich beabstandeten Außenposition auf einer der Antriebsseite gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gestells (3),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    - einer Ausfahrbühne (4), die auf der der Antriebsseite gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gestells (3) angeordnet ist und auf der eine erste Führungsbahn (41) ausgebildet ist, die auf eine zweite Führungsbahn (41') ausgerichtet ist, die auf dem Träger (32) ausgebildet ist, wobei die erste Führungsbahn (41) und die zweite Führungsbahn (41') orthogonal zur Ablaufachse (0) liegen,
    - einem Demontagewagen (5), der anstelle der unteren Kassette (1') auf die Ausfahrbühne (4) gesetzt werden kann und durch höhengleiches Verschieben auf die erste (41) und dann auf die zweite (41') der ausgerichteten Führungsbahnen verfahren werden kann, so dass er auf dem Träger (32) innerhalb des Gestells (3) sitzt, wobei der Wagen (5) die obere Kassette (1) nach dem Öffnen der lösbaren Mittel (2) zu deren Befestigung am Andrückrahmen (34) aufnimmt,
    - Mitteln (6', 7) zum Arretieren der Kupplungsenden (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') auf einer ersten Ebene (H1) zum Demontieren der unteren Kassette (1'),
    - Mitteln (7, 6) zum Arretieren der Kupplungsenden (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36) auf einer zweiten Ebene (H2) zum Demontieren der oberen Kassette (1), die auf dem Demontagewagen (5) ruht.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Arretieren der Kupplungsenden der unteren und oberen Gelenkwellen zwei Platten umfassen, und zwar eine untere (6') und eine obere (6), die quer zu den Achsen der Walzen (11, 11') unterhalb bzw. oberhalb der Ablaufebene (P) des Produkts (M) verlaufen und vertikal verschiebbar auf der Antriebsseite des Traggestells (3) montiert sind, und eine Zwischenplatte (7), die in etwa auf Höhe der Ablaufebene (P) des Produkts angeordnet ist und zwischen einer Arretierungsposition, in der diese Zwischenplatte (7) quer zu den Achsen der Walzen verläuft, und einer seitlich ausgeschwenkten Position bewegbar ist, Mittel (62, 82') zum vertikalen Bewegen der unteren Platte (6') und der Zwischenplatte (7) zum Aufnehmen und Einspannen der Kupplungsenden (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') zwischen der unteren Platte (6') und der Zwischenplatte (7) sowie Mittel (82) zum vertikalen Bewegen der oberen Platte (6) zum Aufnehmen und Einspannen der Kupplungsenden (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36) zwischen der oberen Platte (6) und der Zwischenplatte (7).
  8. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum vertikalen Bewegen der unteren Platte (6') Hubelemente (62) sind, die am Träger (32) abgestützt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubelemente (62) zum vertikalen Bewegen der unteren Platte (6') mechanische Hubelemente sind.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach einem der Ansprüche 7, 8, 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenplatte (7) zwei Teile (7a, 7b) umfasst, die jeweils schwenkbar an zwei Auflageteilen (81) montiert sind, die beiderseits der Ablaufachse (0) des Produkts (M) angeordnet sind und von denen jedes Mittel (85) zum Steuern des Schwenkens der beiden Teile (7a, 7b) zwischen einer ausgeschwenkten Position und einer Arretierungsposition trägt, in welcher die beiden Teile (7a, 7b) der Zwischenplatte (7) quer zu den Achsen der Walzen ausgerichtet sind und aufeinander anliegen, so dass sie eine einzige Platte (7) bilden.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum vertikalen Bewegen der oberen Platte (6) und der Zwischenplatte (7) zwei Paar hydraulische Hubelemente (82, 82') umfassen, die jeweils beiderseits der Ablaufachse (0) des Produkts (M) angeordnet sind und von denen jedes zwei Hubelemente umfasst, die sich in entgegengesetzte Richtungen erstrecken, und zwar ein unteres Hubelement (82') mit einem Körper, der auf einem Auflageteil (81) der Zwischenplatte (7) befestigt ist, und einer Spindel, die auf einem Ende der unteren Platte (6') abgestützt ist, und ein oberes Hubelement (82) mit einem Körper, der auf dem Auflageteil (81) der Zwischenplatte (7) befestigt ist, und einer Spindel, die auf einem Ende der oberen Platte (6) abgestützt ist, wobei die unteren Hubelemente (82') zum Einspannen der Enden (14') der unteren Gelenkwellen (36') zwischen der Zwischenplatte (7) und der unteren Platte (6') dienen und die oberen Hubelemente (82) zum Einspannen der oberen Platte (6) an den Enden (14) der oberen Gelenkwellen (36) dienen, wobei sie an der Zwischenplatte (7) und der unteren Platte (6') abgestützt sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Platte (6) vertikal verschiebbar an zwei Gleitführungen (83a, 83b) montiert ist, die jeweils auf der Antriebsseite des Gestells (3) beiderseits der Ablaufachse (0) ausgebildet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Auflageteile (81) der Zwischenplatte (7) verschiebbar an zwei Gleitführungen (84) montiert sind, die jeweils auf der Antriebsseite des Gestells (3) beiderseits der Ablaufachse (0) ausgebildet sind.
  14. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein einziges Mittel (16) zum Bewegen quer zur Ablaufachse umfasst, das auf lösbare Weise entweder an der unteren Kassette (1') oder am Demontagewagen (5) befestigt werden kann.
  15. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (2) zur lösbaren Befestigung des Rahmens der oberen Richtanordnung (1) am Andrückrahmen (34) mindestens zwei Haken (21) umfassen, die jeweils um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (211) zwischen einer ausgeschwenkten Position zum Einsetzen der oberen Richtanordnung (1) unterhalb des Andrückrahmens (34) und einer Einhakposition, in der jeder Haken (21) unter einem Klotz (10) zum Einhaken des Rahmens (10) der oberen Richtanordnung (1) zu liegen kommt, drehbar am Andrückrahmen (34) angebracht sind, und Mittel (22) zum Steuern des Schwenkens der Haken (21) aus der ausgeschwenkten Position in die Einhakposition, wobei diese Schwenkmittel (22) am Ende der Schwenkbewegung ein leichtes Anheben der horizontalen Schwenkachse (211) und des Endes (210) des Hakens (21) zum Spannen des Rahmens (10) gegen die Unterseite des Andrückrahmens (34) bewirken.
  16. Vorrichtung zur Demontage nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Haken (21) um eine obere Achse (211) schwenkt, die vertikal verschiebbar am Andrückrahmen (34) montiert ist, und dass die Mittel (22) zum Steuern des Schwenkens jedes Hakens (21) ein Hubelement (23) umfassen, dessen erstes Teil am Andrückrahmen (34) abgestützt ist und dessen zweites Teil an einem Ende eines Winkelhebels (223) abgestützt ist, der an seinem anderen Ende um eine starre untere Achse (224) drehbar am Andrückrahmen (34) montiert ist und um eine mittlere Achse (213) am Haken (21) angelenkt ist, so dass durch Drehen des Winkelhebels (223) das Schwenken des Hakens (21) bewirkt wird und damit das Anheben der oberen Schwenkachse (211) bis zu einer Einhakposition, in der die obere Achse (211), die mittlere Achse (213) und die untere Achse (224) in etwa fluchten, mit einem Verstrebungseffekt entlang einer Linie, die durch den Einhakklotz (101) verläuft, nachdem das Ende (210) des Hakens (21) unter diesen geführt wurde.
  17.
