Claims (16)

  1. Planiermaschine mit parallelen Walzen für ein Produkt in Form eines Bandes (A), das sich in einer Längsachse x'x entlang einer mittleren Vorbeilaufebene P bewegt, wobei die Maschine im Inneren eines testen Rahmenwerkes in Form eines Gerüsts mit zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Stützen (11, 12) mindestens ein Paar Planierungsausrüstungen, eine obere (D1) bzw. eine untere (D2), umfaßt, die beiderseits des Bandes (A) angeordnet sind und jeweils eine Arbeitswalze (2) für das Planieren umfassen, die um eine zur Vorbeilaufrichtung des Bandes senkrechten Achse drehbar angebracht ist, und wobei sich wenigstens eine der Arbeitswalzen (2) mit der Möglichkeit der Rotation um ihre Achse auf einer Fläche (51,4) eines Querträgers (5) in Form eines widerstandsfähigen Trägers, der sich quer zwischen den Stützen (11,12) des Gerüstes (1) erstreckt, mittels einer Reihe von beabstandeten Stützorganen (3) abstützt, die je einem Positionierorgan (6) variabler Länge zugeordnet und auf der Länge der Arbeitswalze (2) verteilt sind, wobei jedes Stützorgan (3) wenigstens ein in einem Gehäuse (32) montiertes Stützteil (31) umfaßt und jedes zugehörige Positionierorgan (6) aus einer Betätigungseinrichtung gebildet ist, die ein erstes Element (61), das an dem Querträger befestigt ist, und ein zweites Element (62), dessen Position in bezug auf das erste Element (61) senkrecht zur Vorbeilaufebene P geregelt werden kann, umfaßt, um die individuelle Höhe des Stützteiles (31) in bezug auf den Querträger (5) zu regeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gehäuse (32) eines Stützorganes (3) mit dem Querträger (5) durch Mittel (42, 43) zum spielbehafteten Verbinden befestigt ist, die Rückholmitteln (44) zugeordnet sind, die das Anlegen des Gehäuses (32) an die Stützfläche (51,4) des Querträgers (5) in einer Rückzugsposition der entsprechenden Betätigungseinrichtung (6) bestimmen und einen geringen Abstand des Stützorgans (3) auf der entgegengesetzten Seite unter der Einwirkung der Betätigungseinrichtung (6) erlauben.
  2. Planiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (62) jeder Betätigungseinrichtung (6) sich an dem Gehäuse (32) des entsprechenden Stützorgans (3) durch eine Druckfläche (65') abstützt, die eine im wesentlichen punktförmige Stützung in der Achse der Betätigungseinrichtung (6) bildet und an dem Gehäuse (32) durch die Rückholmittel (44) des Gehäuses (32) in entgegengesetztem Sinn in Kontakt gehalten wird.
  3. Planiermaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum spielbehafteten Verbinden des Querträgers (5) jedes Gehäuses (32) mit der Stützfläche (51,4) wenigstens eine Tragstange (42) des Gehäuses (32) mit der Möglichkeit eines Spiels quer zum Querträger (5) umfassen, wobei jede Stange (42) einem elastischen Rückholelement (44) für das Gehäuse (32) zum Querträger (5) hin mit Führung entlang der Stange (42) zugeordnet ist.
  4. Planiermaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Stützorgan (3) mindestens eine Rolle (31) umfaßt, die um eine Achse, die zu der Planierwalze parallel ist, drehbar am Gehäuse (32) angebracht ist und auf die sich die Planierwalze (2) mit der Möglichkeit zur Drehung um ihre Achse stützt.
  5. Planiermaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Zwischenrolle (21) zwischen die Planierwalze (2) und die zugehörigen Stützrollen (31) gesetzt ist.
  6. Planiermaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der der oberen Planierausrüstung (D1) zugeordnete Querträger (5) aus einem Träger besteht, der sich wenigstens mit seinen Enden auf die beiden Stützen (11, 12) des Gerüsts (1) stützt und einen hohlen Kasten bildet, in dessen Innerem die Betätigungseinrichtungen (6) angeordnet sind, wobei diese letzteren je ein erstes Element (61), das an einer ebenen Unterseite des Querträgers (5) befestigt ist, und ein zweites Stützelement (62), das sich an dem Gehäuse (32) des entsprechenden Stützorganes (3) im nach unten gerichteten Spreizsinne des letzteren abstützt, umfassen.
  7. Planiermaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Positionierorgan (6) ein mechanisches, pneumatisches oder hydraulisches Stellmittel ist, das ein erstes Element umfaßt, das einen Hohlkörper (61) bildet, der an der Stützseite (51) des Querträgers (5) befestigt ist und in dessen Innerem ein zweites Element (62) verschiebbar angebracht ist, das einen Kolben zur Einstellung des entsprechenden Stützorgans (3) bildet.
  8. Planiermaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Positionierorgan (6) eine Schraubenwinde mit Spielverringerung ist, die mit einem Getriebemotoraufbau (64) mit Codiereinrichtung zur Einstellung der Position des entsprechenden Stützorgans (3) in Abhängigkeit von den durch eine Bedienungsperson oder ein automatisches Steuersystem gegebenen Angaben verbunden ist.
  9. Planiermaschine nach einem der vorsehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gehäuse (32) eines Stützorganes (3) mit Spiel an einem Tragrahmen (4) befestigt ist und daran durch die Rückholmittel (44) anliegend gehalten wird, wobei der Rahmen im Betrieb an der Stützseite (51) des Querträgers (5) anliegend gehalten wird, und wobei der Rahmen (4) mit einer Reihe von Öffnungen (46) versehen ist, die jeweils für den Durchgang des beweglichen Elements (62, 65) der dem Gehäuse (32) zugeordneten Betätigungseinrichtung (6) senkrecht zu jedem Gehäuse (32) angeordnet sind.
  10. Planiermaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zwischenstück (65) zwischen dem beweglichen Element (62) jeder Betätigungseinrichtung (6) und dem Gehäuse (32) des entsprechenden Stützorgans (3) eingesetzt ist und dass das Zwischenstück (65) in der entsprechenden Öffnung (46) des Tragrahmens (4) untergebracht und in dieser quer zur Achse der Arbeitswalze (2) verschiebbar so angebracht ist, dass es einen durch das Positionierelement betätigten Kolben bildet.
  11. Planiermaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenstück (65) mit einer konvexen, gerundeten, im wesentlichen eine punktförmige Abstützung am entsprechenden Gehäuse (32) bildenden Fläche (65') versehen ist.

Planiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Planierwalze (2) auf zwei Lager (22) drehbar montiert ist, die jeweils an einem Träger (41, 41') angebracht sind, der am Rahmen (4) befestigt ist, und dass dieser letztere auch die gesamte Planierausrüstung trägt, die die Arbeitswalze (2), gegebenenfalls eine oder mehrere Zwischenrollen (23) und die entsprechenden Stützorgane (3) umfaßt, und eine Kassette bildet, die zum Zurückziehen der Planierausrüstung und zum Instellungbringen dieser mit der Möglichkeit zur Bewegung parallel zur Achse der Walze lösbar am Querträger (5) angebracht ist.
  13. Planiermaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragrahmen (4) aus einer Platte besteht, die dazu geeignet ist, sich an eine Rückhaltefläche (51) des Querträgers (5) anzulegen, und dass jedes einem Stützorgan (3) zugeordnete Zwischenstück (65) eine kleine Platte bildet, die im wesentlichen die gleiche Dicke wie die Tragplatte (4) aufweist und in einer Öffnung (46) der Platte untergebracht ist.
  14. Planiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragrahmen (4) mit wenigstens einem Paar Rollen (45) versehen ist, die auf zwei Schienen (55) laufen, die entlang des Querbalkens (5) parallel zur Achse der Planierwalze (2) angeordnet sind, um das Abheben der Kassette (4, 3, 2) durch Lauf auf den Schienen (5) zu gestatten.
  15. Planiermaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Querträger (5) an den beiden Pfosten (11, 12) des Gerüsts (1) quer zur mittleren Vorbeilaufebene P des Bandes verschiebbar angebracht ist und mit wenigstens einem Stellmittel (13) zur Bewegung des Querträgers zwischen einer Arbeitsposition und einer zurückgezogenen Position verbunden ist.
  16. Planiermaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der der oberen Planierausrüstung (D1) zugeordnete obere Querträger (5) in der zurückgezogenen Position durch wenigstens ein Rollenpaar (56) abgestützt ist, das sich mit Spiel auf ein Tragstück (14) stützt, dessen vertikale Position von wenigstens einem Stellmittel (13) eingestellt werden kann, wobei das Tragstück (14) zwei Schienen (15) für den Lauf der Rollen (56) trägt, um das Zurückziehen des von dem oberen Querträger und der Planierungsausrüstung gebildeten Aufbaus und das erneute Instellungbringen dieses Aufbaus zu gestatten.
