Claims (14)

1. Vorrichtung zum auf der Strecke erfolgenden kontinuerlichen Messen der Form des Querschnittprofils des Nutzteils des Kopfs wenigstens einer Schiene eines Schienenweges umfassend einen Tragrahmen (2), der von den Schienen (2) geführt ist und längs diesen durch ein Eisenbahnfahrzeug gezogen wird, mit dem er durch Anlenkverbindungen verbunden ist, die eine senkrechte und eine seitliche Verschiebung dieses Rahmens (7) gegenüber dem Fahrzeug ermöglichen, wobei dieser Tragrahmen (7) mit einer Reihe von Tastern (16, 17) versehen ist, die mit der Oberfläche des Schienenkopfes (2) zusammenwirken und quer zur Schiene gegeneinander versetzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (7) einen als Bezugsbasis dienenden Führungs-Dieder aufweist, dessen Kante parallel zur Längsachse der Schiene (2) verläuft und der am oberen Abschnitt (9) der Schienenlauffläche und am unteren Abschnitt (11) der Innenfläche des Kopfes (12) der Schiene (2) anliegt, daß sie wenigstens eine zur Kante des Führungsdieders (7) parallel Anlenkachse (21) aufweist, an der wenigstens drei mechanische Taster (16) angelenkt sind, die wenigstens drei unterschiedliche Mantellinien bzw. Erzeugenden der Schiene messen und mit Organen (20) zur punktförmigen Berührung versehen sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, in einer quer zur Oberfläche des Schienenkopfes (12) verlaufenden Meßzone mit der Schiene (2) in Berührung zu kommen, daß jeder Taster (16, 17) zwei an der Achse (21) angelenkte Arme (18, 19) aufweist, deren freie Enden durch einen Steg (16) miteinander verbunden sind, an dem das Berührungsorgan (20) befestigt ist, daß die an derselben Achse (21) angelenkten Taster (16, 17) in Draufsicht ineinandergeschachtelt angeordnet sind, und daß die Berührungsorgane (20) aller Taster (16, 17) im wesentlichen auf der Spur ausgefluchtet bzw. gerichtet sind, die durch den Schnittpunkt einer zur Schiene (2) senkrecht stehenden Ebene mit der Oberfläche (9) des Kopfes (12) dieser Schiene gebildet ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (21), auf der die Taster (16, 17) angelenkt sind, seitlich auf einer Seite der Längsmittelebene der Schiene (2) versetzt ist und daß die Berührungsorganq (20) von wenigstens zwei der Taster (16, 17) mit Punkten auf der Oberfläche (9) des Kopfes (12) der Schiene (2) zusammenwirken, die sich auf der anderen Seite dieser Längsmittelebene der Schiene befinden.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei am Tragrahmen (7) befestigte, parallele Achsen (21, 21a) umfaßt, die beiderseits der senkrechten Ebene liegen, die durch die Längsachse der Schiene (2) verläuft, wobei jede dieser Achsen (21, 21a) als Anlenkung für wenigstens zwei mechanische Taster (16, 17) dient.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in Draufsicht die Arme (18) eines an einer der Achsen (21) angelenkten Fühlers (16) sich zwischen den Armen (19) von zwei Fühlern (17) befinden, die an der anderen Achse (21a) angelenkt sind.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Draufsicht die benachbarten Arme (18) von zwei an der gleichen Achse (21) angelenkten Fühlern (16) zwischen den Armen (19) von zwei an der anderen Achse (21a) angelenkten Fühlern (17) gelegen sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens drei Taster (16, 17) umfaßt, deren Berührungsorgan (20) mit der Lauffläche (9) der Schiene zusammenwirkt, und wenigstens zwei weitere Taster (16) aufweist, deren Berührungsorgan (20) mit der inneren Rundung der Schiene (2) zusammenwirkt.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens noch zwei weitere Taster (17) aufweist, deren Berührungsorgan (20) mit der äußeren Rundung der Schiene (2) zusammenwirkt.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung (48) zum Anheben aller Taster (16, 17) aufweist, die gleichzeitig von einem und demselben Steuerorgan (30, 33) gesteuert werden, das sich auf der Bahn einer Gegenschiene (29) befindet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung (48) zum Anheben aller Taster (16, 17) aufweist, die gleichzeitig von ein und demselben Steuerorgan (30, 33) gesteuert werden, das sich auf der Bahn einer Gegenschiene (29) befindet, und daß sie weiters Einzieheinrichtungen (13, 37, 39, 45) für die Taster (16, 17) besitzt, deren Berührungsorgan (30, 33) mit der äußeren Rundung der Schiene (2) zusammenarbeit und die von einem zweiten Steuerorgan gesteuert werden, das unabhängig vom anderen Steuerorgan ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (7) Schuhe (8a) für die senkrechte Führung aufweist, die dazu bestimmte sind, auf der Lauffläche (9) der Schiene (2) zu ruhen und beiderseits der Gruppe von Fühlern (16, 17) angeordnet sind und daß die Schuhe (8a) am Tragrahmen (7) um Achsen angelenkt sind, die senkrecht zur Längsachse der Schiene (2) stehen.
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (7) mit Schuhen (10a) für die seitliche Führung versehen ist, die am genannten Tragrahmen (7) um Achsen angelenkt sind, die senkrecht zur Längsachse der Schiene (2) stehen und dazu bestimmte sind, in Berührung mit der inneren Seitenfläche (11) Schiene (2) zu kommen und beiderseits der Gruppe von Fühlern (16, 17) angeordnet sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Tragrahmen (7) umfaßt, von denen jeder einer der Schienen (2, 2a) einer Schienenstrecke zugeordnet ist, daß sie mit einer Abstandhalteeinrichtung (14, 14') versehen ist, die bestrebt ist, diese Rahmen (7) voneinander entfernt zu halten und die Schuhe (10a) für die seitliche Führung an der Innenfläche jeder Schiene (2, 2') anzulegen, und daß das Steuerorgan für die Anhebeeinrichtung (30, 33) jedes Tragrahmens (7) auf der Bahn einer Gegenschiene (29) gelegen ist, die der mit dem anderen Tragrahmen (7) zusammenwirkenden Schiene (2) zugeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerorgane (30, 33) für die Anhebeeinrichtung der Taster (16, 17) einen Nocken (48) aufweisen, der mit einem Organ (49) zusammenwirkt, das fest mit dem Führungsrahmen (7) der Vorrichtung verbunden ist und gleichzeitig mit dem Einziehen der Taster das Anheben des Führungsrahmens (7) bewirkt.
14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens acht mechanische Taster (16, 17) umfaßt, von denen wenigstens einer (17) unabhängig von den anderen einziehbar ist.
