Claims (10)

1. Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten und Halten von zwei an ihren Enden zu verschweißenden Schienen (12, 14) mit zwei Haltepressen (42, 44) für die Schienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen starren Rahmen aufweist, der von zwei fluchtende durch einen gebogenen Teil (16) verbundenen Anschlagplatten (18, 20) gebildet wird und horizontal so angeordnet werden kann, daß eine Anschlagplatte an einer Vertikalseite (30) des Kopfes der einen Schiene und die andere an der entsprechenden Vertikalseite (36) des Kopfes der anderen Schiene anliegt, wobei der gebogene Teil einen Arbeitsbereich un die Enden (38, 40) bildet und jede Anschlagplatte eine Haltepresse (42, 44) mit einer Klemme (46, 58) aufweist, die an der gegenüberliegenden Vertikalseite des Schienenkopfes anliegen kann, und wobei die beiden Anschlagplatten jeweils mit zwei Anschlägen (26, 28, 32, 34) versehen sind, die so im Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, daß sie vier voneinander beabstandete Anschläge und so eine Bezugslinie für die Ausrichtung der Schiene ergeben.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Haltepresse (42, 44) mit im wesentlichen gleichem Abstand zwischen den zwei Anschlägen (26,28,32, 34) der entsprechenden Anschlagplatte angeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Anschlagplatte (18, 20) mit einem Verankerungsblock (72, 74) zur Aufnahme einer Einstellpresse (76) für das Ausrichten der Schienenfüße versehen ist, die eine Klemme (86) aufweist, die am Ende des Schienenfußes anliegen kann, so daß die Schräglage zur Ausrichtung der beiden Schienenfüße verändert werden kann.
4. Fahrbarer Wagen (104) mit mindestens einer Ausrichtvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3.
5. Wagen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser ein zweirädriger Wagen in der Art einer Stechkarre ist und zwei Halterungen (106, 108) aufweist, die die horizontal angeordnete Ausrichtvorrichtung (10) abnehmbar aufnehmen können.
6. Wagen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser ein selbstfahrender Spurwagen (118) ist, der auf dem Geleise bewegbar ist und mindestens eine von einem Gelenkarm (130, 132) getragene Ausrichtvorrichtung (126, 128) aufweist.
7. Wagen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Transporteinrichtung (120) für das Schweißmaterial für die Schienen bildet.
8. Feststehende Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Schweißverbindung von Schienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese einen Rahmen (156) mit einer Ausrichtvorrichtung (168) nach Anspruch 1 umfaßt.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtvorrichtung (168) parallel zur Ausrichtrichtung der Anschlagplatten um eine Horizontalasche (174) des Rahmens (156) drehbar gelagert ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (156) mit zwei Verankerungsblöcken zur Aufnahme einer Einstellpresse zur Ausrichtung der Schienenfüße versehen ist, wobei diese Presse eine Klemme aufweist, die am Ende des Schienenfußes anliegen kann, dessen Schräglage zur Ausrichtung der beiden Schienenfüße verändert werden kann.
