Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Richten eines metallischen Bandes (3) mit Erzeugung von Zug- und Biegedehnungen beim Durchlaufen des Bandes (3) gemäss einer Längsachse (30) in einem mit Spannungsmittel (11) (12) des Bandes (3) ausgerüsteten Richtgerüst, das innen in einem Gestell (6) mehrere Rollen (2, 15, 16, 18, 23, 24) mit zueinander parallelen und zur Durchlaufrichtung senkrechten Achsen aufweist, und zwar jeweils mindestens ein Paar Richtrollen (21, 23, 24) und Anticrossbow-(15) und Gegenbiegerollen (16), die in unterschiedlichen Ebenen, die einen über und die anderen unter dem Band (3) derart angeordnet sind, dass somit ein gewellte Bahn bestimmt wird, wobei mindestens zwei dieser Rollen (23, 24) einen unsymmetrischen Profil mit einem an einem Ende sich verjüngenden Teil (25, 25') aufweisen, dessen Durchmesser allmählich abnimmt, und wobei die sich verjüngenden Teile (25, 25') jeweils an entgegengestzten Enden der unsymmetrischen Rollen (23, 24) beiderseits der Achse (30) angeornet sind, und diese Rollen (23, 24) mit den sich verjüngenden Enden (25, 25') zwecks Anpassung des Querabstandes der sich verjüngenden Teile (25, 25') an die Breite des Bandes (3) in entgegengesetzten Richtungen parallel zu ihren Achsen verschiebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich verjüngenden Teile (25, 25') jeweils an entgegengesetzten Enden von zwei aktiven Rollen (23, 24) angeordnet sind, und dass jede aktive Rolle in an sich bekannter Weise durch mindestens zwei Stützrollen (21) (22) abgestützt ist, und dass jedes Richtwerk (4, 5), das aus einer oberen (23) bzw. unteren (24) aktiven Rolle und den zugeordneten Stützrollen (21) (22) besteht, auf einer oberen (35) (41) bzw. unteren (35') (51) Abstützung montiert ist, die innen in den Ständer (38), (61) des Gestells (6) des Gerüstes (10) gemäss zwei othogonalen Richtungen, jeweils einer senkrechten Richtung und einer axialen, zu den Achsen der Rollen (23, 24) parallelen Richtung gleitbar geführt ist, und dass die Vorrichtung Steuermittel (37, 37') (7, 7') zum axialen bzw. (39, 39') (64, 65) zum senkrechten Gleiten von jedem Richtwerk (4, 5) mit seiner Abstützung (35, 35') (41, 51) innen in diesem Gestell (6) zur Höheneinstellung von jeder aktiven Rolle (23, 24) bzw. zur Einstellung der axialen Lage von seinem sich verjüngenden Teil (25, 25') umfasst.
  2. Richtvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützung von jedem Richtwerk mit einer unsymmetrischen Rolle (23, 24) und seinen Stützrollen (21, 22) aus einem als Kassette (35, 35') ausgebildeten Châssis besteht, das gemäss einer axialen Richtung auf einem Stützträger (36, 36') gleitbar montiert ist, der senkrecht auf den Ständer (61) des Gerüstes (10) gleitbar geführt wird, dass die Mittel zur Einstellung der Axiallage von jeder Rolle (23, 24) aus Zylinder (37, 37') bestehen, die sich in axialer Richtung jeweils auf den entsprechenden Kassette (35, 35') und Träger (36, 36') abstützen, und dass die Mittel zur Höheneinstellung von jeder aktiven Rolle (23, 24) aus Zylinder (39, 39') bestehen, die sich in senkrechter Richtung jeweils auf dem entsprechenden Träger (36, 36') und dem Gestell (6) des Gerüstes (10) abstützen.
  3. Richtvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützung jedes Richtwerks (4, 5) mit einer unsymmetrischen Rolle (23, 24) und seinen Stützrollen (21, 22) aus einem oberen (41) bzw. unteren Träger (51) besteht, der jeweils gemäss der senkrechten Richtung und gemäss der axialen Richtung auf den Ständer (61) des Gerüstes (10) gleitbar montiert und über Laufrollen (42, 52) auf feststehenden, zu den Achsen der Rollen (23, 24) parallelen oberen (66) bzw. unteren (67) Schienen abgestützt ist, und zwar derart, dass dieser Träger (41, 51) zwischen den Ständer (61) des Gerüstes (10) bei Betätigung des Mittels (64, 65) zur Höheneinstellung der entsprechenden aktiven Rolle (23, 24) einerseits senkrecht verschiebbar ist, und bei Betätigung des Mittels (7, 7') zur Einstellung der Axiallage des sich verjüngenden Teils (25, 25') der entsprechenden aktiven Rolle (23, 24) auf diesen Trägerschienen (66, 67) anderseits axial verfahrbar ist, wobei die senkrechten Einstellmittel (63, 64) sich jeweils auf dem entsprechenden Träger (41, 51) derart abstützen, dass dieser in axialer Richtung verschiebbar ist.
  4. Richtvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufrollen (42) zur Abstützung des oberen Trägers (41) an jedem Ende des Trägers (41) auf um Horizontalachsen (44) angelenkten Arme (43) paarweise montiert sind, wodurch der Träger (41) mit dem Richtwerk (4, 5) bei Betätigung der Zylinder (64) in die Arbeitsstellung absenkbar und der Träger (41) in die obere Ausbaustellung rückstellbar ist.
  5. Richtvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Träger (41, 51) zur Abstützung des Richtwerks (4) (5) mit einer unsymmetrischer Rolle (23) (24) eine axiale Einstellvorrichtung (7) mit einem Zentrierplättchen (71) zugeordnet ist, das senkrecht zum Träger auf einem, auf zwischen den beiden Ständer (61) des Gestells (6) parallel zum Träger (41) (51) verlaufenden Schienen (81) gleitbar angeordneten Schlitten (8) gleitend montiert ist, wobei das Ende (72) des Plättchens (71) in einer auf dem Träger (41) (51) gemäss einer senkrechten Richtung angeordneten Führungsnut (47) zum Eingriff kommen kann.
