Claims (4)
- Procédé pour commander l'essorage dans un lave-linge à tambour, dans lequel le tambour recevant le linge est monté rotatif dans une cuve suspendue de manière à pouvoir osciller et un moteur électrique entraîne le tambour, le lave-linge comprenant un programmateur commandant le fonctionnement pour le lavage et l'essorage, un dispositif de commande de vitesse commandant la vitesse de rotation du moteur électrique, ainsi qu'un dispositif pour mesurer le balourd du tambour pendant l'essorage, le tambour étant accéléré à la vitesse d'essorage par une commande produisant une élévation de vitesse du moteur électrique,
caractérisé en ce que
le tambour est accéléré, immédiatement avant ou pendant la montée à la vitesse d'essorage (nS), à partir d'une position du balourd déterminée par le dispositif pour mesurer le balourd du tambour, cette position du balourd étant mise en évidence par une baisse de la vitesse de rotation, l'absorption d'un courant accru par le moteur et un couple plus élevé. - Procédé pour commander l'essorage dans un lave-linge à tambour selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la position et la grandeur du balourd sont déterminées pendant la phase d'accélération ou de montée en vitesse pour l'essorage, à l'intérieur de la plage de vitesse de rotation pour la répartition du linge ou l'application du linge contre la paroi du tambour.
- Procédé pour commander l'essorage dans un lave-linge à tambour selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la commande produisant l'élévation de vitesse du moteur électrique s'effectue de manière brusque avant que la plage de vitesse critique ne soit atteinte.
- Procédé pour commander l'essorage dans un lave-linge à tambour selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la commande produisant l'élévation de vitesse du moteur électrique s'effectue par une régulation de puissance adéquate du moteur lors du passage de la plage de vitesse critique, en fonction de l'angle de rotation du tambour et suivant la grandeur et la position du balourd.
