Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting plate for the adjustable mounting of the supporting wall stop part of a furniture hinge, which is composed of two separable mounting plate parts, of which the lower mounting plate part closer to the supporting wall can be fixedly attached to the supporting wall and the upper mounting plate part remote from the supporting wall part by an elastic spring Locking mechanism can be connected to the lower mounting plate part, the lower mounting plate part in its front end region facing the door leaf having at least one hook projection projecting in the direction from the interior of the body, to which a hook receptacle on the underside of the upper mounting plate part is assigned, the mutually associated engagement surfaces of the hook projection and the hook receptacle are complementary and at least in sections approximately circular arc-shaped and the resilient locking mechanism with a handle for unlocking de r Latch is provided between the mounting plate parts.
  • hinges held with such mounting plates on the supporting wall of a cabinet body it is possible to detach the hinges, which are otherwise mounted on the door leaf, one after the other from the supporting wall or to fasten them without any difficult manipulations by actuating the locking mechanism and the hinge -
  • the support arm is then swiveled up together with the upper mounting plate part connected to it. This is particularly advantageous for tall cabinets where the door leaves are attached to the cabinet body with more than two hinges because the door leaves can then be dismantled - and reassembled - by individuals.
  • the locking mechanism of the known hinge (DE-A-3 544 487) is formed by a slide which is guided in the lower mounting plate part and biased by a spring into the locking position, which has a locking projection with an oblique locking surface, which is resiliently held in engagement with a complementarily inclined locking surface in the upper mounting plate part.
  • the slide is actuated by means of a handle which is arranged on the rearward extension of the slide directed towards the inside of the body.
  • the locking mechanism has proven itself, but is structurally relatively complex and therefore expensive.
  • the handle provided on the inside of the body of the mounting plate is actuated by exerting an unlocking movement on the handle in the direction out of the inside of the body.
  • the known mounting plate represents the further configuration of another known, similarly constructed mounting plate (DE-A-3 525 279), in which the latching mechanism is, however, designed such that the handle is pressed in the opposite direction, ie into the interior of the body, for the purpose of unlocking got to.
  • the invention has for its object to simplify the effective locking mechanism between the upper and lower mounting plate part compared to the locking mechanism of the known hinge and thereby ensure that unwanted unlocking is not possible under any circumstances.
  • the upper mounting plate part partially encompasses the lower mounting plate part at least in its end region directed into the interior of the body and in the encompassing area is provided with two tongues which can be resiliently bent parallel to the supporting wall surface, each of which have a locking section, each with an associated locking receptacle in the lower mounting plate part are positively locked, the locking sections and the locking receptacles, however, can be brought out of locking engagement by opposing bending of the tongues parallel to the supporting wall surface, and that each tongue has a handle that is accessible in the locked position of the two mounting plate parts for the exercise of a pressure directed parallel to the supporting surface.
  • the desired simplification of the structure of the latching mechanism is obtained by attaching the latching sections to the resilient tongues themselves, so that a separate actuating slide which is to be manufactured precisely and is to be arranged in a fitted guide in the lower mounting plate part is dispensed with. Since two tongues are provided and thus before a possibility of separating the upper from the lower mounting plate part, both latching sections have to be pushed out of the associated latching receptacles in the lower mounting plate part, and since this requires an opposite bending of the two tongues, it is impossible for the unlocking to be inadvertent he follows.
  • the upper mounting plate part has an inverted U-shaped cross section with an upper elongated web surface and attached to the opposite longitudinal edges thereof lower mounting plate part laterally at least partially overlapping cheeks, the two resilient tongues then being fastened to their front end pointing out of the interior of the body on the upper mounting plate part and being shaped in their resilient area offset towards the inside of the body in such a way that they at least in sections to form the handles step over the boundary of the upper mounting plate part, there being a clear distance between the mutually facing inner surfaces of the resilient tongues and the surfaces of the mounting plate parts facing them, which allows the horizontal deformation of the tongues towards one another by the amount required for the unlatching.
  • the handles to be gripped and pressed against one another to actuate the unlocking mechanism are thus formed by sections of the resilient tongues themselves, which means a further simplification of the latching mechanism.
  • the resilient tongues can be manufactured separately and can be elongated strip-shaped sections made of resilient metal connected to the upper mounting plate part. Alternatively and preferably, however, they are formed as integral, strip-shaped sections cut free from the material of the upper mounting plate part, which means that the mounting of the separately produced resilient tongues on the upper mounting plate part is also omitted.
  • the resilient tongues are formed from the side cheeks of the mounting plate part by separating cuts made from the inside of the body.
  • the snap-in receptacles provided in the lower mounting plate part expediently have on the upper side facing the upper mounting plate part open-ended insertion openings for the snap-in sections provided on the resilient tongues, the insertion openings and / or the snap-in sections each having at least one respectively assigned snap-in section resiliently in the unlocking direction during insertion urgent start-up inclined surface and in the insertion direction are then each provided with an undercut surface, behind which the latching sections spring back together when the intended latching position of the two mounting plate parts is reached.
  • the resilient tongues can each be divided into a plurality of angled tongue sections following their fastening area on the upper mounting plate part or at the transition area into the associated lateral cheek of the upper mounting plate part, the first of which each slanting outwards and towards the inside of the body bent the mounting plate and the adjoining tongue section - which forms the handle - again in a position running approximately parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the mounting plate and the adjoining tongue section bent approximately at right angles to the longitudinal central axis and the adjoining end section forming the actual latching section again in an approximately parallel to the Longitudinal central axis are folded.
  • the tongue sections forming the latching section can be folded back from the tongue section bent approximately at right angles to the longitudinal central axis in the direction of the outer end of the mounting plate, or they can alternatively be in the opposite direction, i.e. folded over to the inside of the body of the mounting plate.
  • the resilient tongues near the latching section through a window-like opening in one Wall of the upper mounting plate part are guided, the clear height measured at right angles to the surface of the supporting wall is approximately the same or only slightly greater than the height of the tongue in the area passing through the respective opening, while the clear width measured in the actuating direction of the tongue when released is corresponding is dimensioned for the tongue bending path required for unlatching.
  • the openings also act as lateral stops for the tongues, so that it is therefore not possible to bend the tongues beyond the predetermined amount required for unlatching.
  • the stop action of the window-like opening also ensures that both tongues, ie also the tongue with higher spring preload, are completely unlocked because after the first tongue has come into contact with weaker prestress on the edge of the window-like opening forming the stop then no further deformation of this tongue is possible and the further unlocking force is then used exclusively to bend the second tongue with a stronger spring preload.
  • the resilient tongues are manufactured separately and elongated strip-shaped sections made of resilient metal are connected to the upper mounting plate part
  • an embodiment is expedient in which the resilient tongues are arranged inside the cheeks of the upper mounting plate part and are led out of the end of the body, their latching sections starting from the areas provided within the upper mounting plate part, bent outwards and lockable on an undercut surface of the lower mounting plate part, and the ends of the tongue protruding from the inner end of the body each pointing approximately at right angles in the opposite direction from each other and then to form the handle once folded approximately at right angles to the front, and in which finally a window-like opening is provided in each of the bent sections pointing away from one another, into each of which a Approach to the inside of the body of the cheeks of the upper mounting plate part occurs, the window-like openings being dimensioned approximately the same or only slightly higher than the height of the associated cheek attachment, while their clear width corresponds to that required for the tongue bending path required for unlatching is measured.
  • the two resilient tongues can be bent at right angles in their outer end region from a crosspiece connecting them in one piece, which is fastened to the inside of the web surface of the upper mounting plate part, preferably by riveting the crosspiece lying against the inside of the web surface with the web surface.
  • fastening separate tongues on the cheeks of the upper mounting plate part reduces the assembly effort.
  • embodiments of the mounting plate according to the invention can also be produced, in which the locking of the upper mounting plate part on the lower mounting plate part takes place by means of a displacement of the locking sections parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the mounting plate, although the unlocking continues also by a right angle to the longitudinal central axis, i.e. transverse movement on the tongues is triggered.
  • the snap-in receptacles are formed by a groove-like depression provided in the rear end wall of the lower mounting plate part, which runs parallel to the supporting wall surface and transversely to the longitudinal center axis of the mounting plate, and in that the fendering tongues extend over the rear end wall of the lower mounting plate part led out into the interior of the body and then bent back to the end wall of the lower mounting plate part in such a way that their free end sections forming the locking sections engage in the locking position in the groove-like recess of the lower mounting plate part.
  • the lower mounting plate part is provided at its inside end on the upper side facing the upper mounting plate part with a run-on inclined surface that extends transversely to the longitudinal central axis of the mounting plate and on which the latching sections rest when the upper mounting plate part is snapped onto the lower mounting plate part come and so far resiliently displaced towards the inside of the body that their free ends pass over the end wall of the lower mounting plate part until they spring back into the groove-like recess.
  • the configuration can also be such that the resilient tongues diverge obliquely backwards into the interior of the body from their fastening area on the upper mounting plate part and have sections projecting into the inside of the body via the rear end wall of the lower mounting plate part, each of which has a led up to behind the end wall bent-back tongue section adjoins, in turn, at which the end sections forming the latching sections are attached at a lateral, parallel distance from one another, and that approximately in the middle of the inside of the body of the lower mounting plate part there is a recess which is continuous from the upper side to the groove-like recess and is open towards the inside of the body, whose width measured transversely to the longitudinal central axis is smaller than the lateral distance between the latching sections, but is at least slightly greater than twice the material thickness of the latching sections.
  • the end sections of the tongues which form the latching sections are provided in the region which comes to rest on the lower mounting plate part when the upper mounting plate part is snapped on, with an inclined surface complementarily inclined to the run-up inclined surface of the lower mounting plate part.
  • the mounting plates described above are to be further developed so that a door wing attached to the body of a cabinet is possible not only in the manner described by unlatching the inner end of the body of the upper, from the lower mounting plate part and then pivoting up the hinge support arm, but also any other Separating movement, for example a lifting of the upper from the lower mounting plate part parallel to the load-bearing wall, this can be achieved in a further development according to the invention in that two hook projections, each forming a further snap-in receptacle, are provided on the front end region of the lower mounting plate part on the door wing, and in that the associated hook receptacles of the upper mounting plate part are each formed by further tongues resiliently bendable parallel to the surface of the supporting wall, each having a latching section which is positively latched in the respectively assigned latching receptacle, the latching sections and the latching receptacles, however, being able to be brought apart from latching engagement by mutually opposing bending of the further tongues and
  • the mounting plate designed in this way, disassembly in the usual form is now possible by unlatching the ends of the two mounting plate parts inside the body and then swiveling up, or simultaneous unlatching of the upper mounting plate part from the lower mounting plate part at both ends, whereupon the upper mounting plate part with any movements can be lifted off the lower mounting plate part.
  • This is particularly important if the mounting plate according to the invention is to be used in connection with hinges with different joint mechanisms, the kinematics of which differ greatly.
  • the latching sections formed on the tongues provided on the inside of the body of the mounting plate and the associated latching receptacles correspond in mirror image to those on the front end region on the door wing side in relation to a plane running approximately parallel to the hinge pivot axis and perpendicular to the surface of the supporting wall provided tongues formed further latching sections or the associated further latching receptacles.
  • latching sections and latching receptacles located on the inside of the body then also have arcuate engagement surfaces, it is in principle also possible to unlatch the upper mounting plate part from the lower mounting plate part in the area of the front end on the door leaf and to swing up about a pivot axis located in the area of the inside of the body of the mounting plate.
  • the upper mounting plate part seen transversely to its longitudinal extent, has an inverted U-shaped cross-section and, with its side walls formed by the legs of the U pointing downwards, fits over the side surfaces of the lower mounting plate part, it is advisable to open one in the side walls of the upper mounting plate part Provide in the edge of the relevant side wall opening facing the partition wall surface, in each of which a projection from the side surfaces of the lower mounting plate part engages appropriately.
  • the upper and lower mounting plate parts are additionally positively secured in the interconnected position against unwanted displacements in the longitudinal direction relative to one another.
  • the configuration is preferably such that the cutouts expand in the direction of the free edge of the respective side wall and the lugs have a correspondingly complementary shape.
  • the mounting plate according to the invention also has an adjustment option in the vertical direction, i.e. parallel to the pivot axis of a hinge to be mounted with the mounting plate
  • the lower mounting plate part can in turn be subdivided into a mounting part which locks the upper mounting plate part and a mounting plate which can be fastened to the supporting wall, the mounting part being displaceable and selectable parallel to the hinge pivot axis Displacement positions is held on the mounting plate.
  • the fastening plate can then be provided with two wing-like projections which project in opposite directions from the opposite longitudinal edges of the holding part, in each of which a fastening bore is provided for receiving the shaft of a fastening screw.
  • the mounting plate then has the shape of a height-adjustable "wing plate".
  • the distance of the mounting hole in the wing-like approaches from one another is then expediently dimensioned such that it or the like the distance dimension of rows of holes provided in the supporting walls of cabinets for receiving shelf supports. corresponds.
  • a distance dimension commonly used in the furniture industry today for the bores of such rows of bores is, for example, 32 mm.
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first exemplary embodiment, designated in its entirety by 30, of a mounting plate designed in the manner according to the invention, on which the support wall stop part, which is designed as an elongated support arm, of an articulated hinge which is otherwise state-of-the-art and therefore not shown is adjustably attachable.

  • the mounting plate 30 has an elongated strip-shaped holding section 32, in its rear end region, ie, inside the body, pointing towards the inside In a region provided with transverse corrugations 34, a threaded bore 36 is provided, into which the shaft of a fastening screw 38 serving to fasten the hinge support arm can be screwed.
  • the holding section 32 In the front end region, that is to say pointing out of the interior of the body, the holding section 32 has a recesses 39 which open in the front end face of the holding section 32 and open at the top for the passage of the neck section of a set screw (not shown) for adjusting the door leaf opening dimension.
  • the actual mounting plate 30 is made in two parts and is composed of a lower mounting plate part 40 (FIGS. 2 and 5 to 7) to be fastened directly on the body supporting wall and an upper mounting plate part 42 which is latched onto the lower mounting plate part 40 (FIGS. 2, 3 and 4) together.
  • the mounting plate 30 is designed as a so-called wing plate, in which a strip attachment 44, which usually serves for fastening the mounting plate on the supporting wall, emerges from the strip-shaped central mounting section 32 serving for the adjustable fastening of an associated hinge support arm.
  • the upper mounting plate part 42 which essentially forms the upper mounting section 32, is placed on the lower mounting plate part 40 and locked with it in the manner described below.
