Abstract

Tragetasche od dgl. beutelartige Verpackung aus einer Kunststoffolie od. ähnlichem mit einem an einer Schmalseiten-Wand (5) vorgesehenen Tragegriff, der durch zwei im Abstand von einander vorgesehene langlochförmige Ausschnitte (7) gebildet wird, wobei zwischen den Ausschnitten ein als Tragegriff dienender Materialstreifen (8) liegt. Diese Schmalseiten-Wand (5) ist wenigstens im Bereich der Ausschnitte auf ihrer Innenseite mit einer Abdeckwand (9) hinterlegt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tragetasche od.dgl. beutelartige Verpackung aus einer Kunststoffolie oder ähnlichem, mit einem an einer Schmalseiten-Wand vorgesehenen Tragegriff.
  • Es sind zahlreiche Tragetaschen dieser Art bekannt, bei denen der Tragegriff an die Wände der Tragetasche angeschweißt ist. Dadurch geht bei den Wänden Werbefläche verloren, was nicht erwünscht ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tragetasche der genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der der Tragegriff ohne Beeinflussung der Seitenwände angeordnet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß in dieser Schmalseiten-Wand zwei langlochförmige Ausschnitte im Abstand von einander vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen ein als Tragegriff dienender Materialstreifen der Schmalseiten-Wand liegt, und daß diese Schmalseiten-Wand wenigstens im Bereich der Ausschnitte auf ihrer Innenseite mit einer Abdeckwand hinterlegt ist, die an ihrem Rand mit der Schmalseiten-Wand verschweißt ist.
  • Dadurch sind nicht nur die Seitenwände völlig unbeeinflußt von dem Tragegriff, vielmehr steht auch noch die Schmalseiten-Wand als zusätzliche Werbefläche zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus ist die Herstellung einer solchen Tragetasche und insbesondere die Ausgestaltung des Tragegriffes sehr einfach.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß die Schmalseite im Bereich des Tragegriffs mit einer Verstärkungslage versehen ist.
  • Dadurch kann die Schmalseiten-Wand verhältnismäßig dünn ausgebildet sein, ohne daß die Gefahr des Aufreißens besteht.
  • Dabei kann es besonders vorteilhaft sein, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Verstärkungslage sich auch über den Bereich der Ausschnitte erstreckt und ebenfalls mit entsprechenden Ausschnitten versehen ist.
  • Wird die Verstärkungslage gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung zwischen der Schmalseiten-Wand und den auf der Innenseite angeordneten Materialstreifen vorgesehen, so ist sie besonders wirksam, ohne die Bedruckbarkeit der Schmalseiten-Wand zu beeinträchtigen.
  • Dabei ist es sehr vorteilhaft, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Verstärkungslage mit der Schmalseiten-Wand wenigstens abschnittsweise verschweißt ist.
  • Dadurch wird vermieden, daß die Verstärkungslage ungewollt verrutscht.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 ein schematisch dargestelltes Schaubild einer beutelartigen Verpackung mit in der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand vorgesehenen Grifföffnungen und einer inneren Abdeckwand und
    • Fig. 2 eine schematische Schnittzeichnung einer beutelartigen Verpackung mit einer zusätzlichen Verstärkungslage zwischen oberer Schmalseiten-Wand und Abdeckwand.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine beutelartige Verpackung bezeichnet, die zwei Seitenwände 2, zwei Stirnwände 3, einen Boden 4 sowie eine obere Schmalseiten-Wand 5 aufweist. Am Boden 4 ist die Verpackung 1 durch eine umgelegte Siegelnaht 6 verschlossen. Die obere Schmalseiten-Wand 5 ist mit zwei Grifföffnungen versehen, zwischen denen ein als Tragegriff dienender Materialstreifen 8 liegt. Auf der Innenseite der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand 5 ist eine Abdeckwand 9 angeordnet, zu deren Sichtbarmachung in der Fig. 1 die vordere Stirnwand herausgetrennt ist. Die Abdeckwand 9 ist mit Hilfe zweier Schweißnähte 10 mit der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand 5 verbunden.
  • In Fig. 2 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, bei dem die Verpackung 11 nur teilweise aufgefaltet und an ihrem Boden offen ist. Die eine Stirnseite ist wieder entfernt, damit der innere Aufbau sichtbar ist. An die Innenseite der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand 5 ist zusätzlich zur Abdeckwand 9 eine Verstärkungslage 12 angeschweißt, die ebenfalls mit als Grifföffnungen dienenden Ausschnitten 7 versehen ist.

Claims (5)

1. Tragetasche od.dgl. beutelartige Verpackung aus einer Kunststoffolie od. ähnlichem, mit einem an einer Schmalseiten-Wand vorgesehenen Tragegriff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dieser Schmalseiten-Wand (5) zwei langlochförmige Ausschnitte (7) im Abstand von einander vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen ein als Tragegriff dienender Materialstreifen (8) der Schmalseiten-Wand liegt, und daß diese Schmalseiten-Wand (5) wenigstens im Bereich der Ausschnitte (7) auf ihrer Innenseite mit einer Abdeckwand (9) hinterlegt ist, die an ihrem Rand mit der Schmalseiten-Wand verschweißt ist.
2. Tragetasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmalseiten-Wand (5) im Bereich des Tragegriffes (8) mit einer Verstärkungslage (12) versehen ist.
3. Tragetasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungslage (12) sich auch über den Bereich der Ausschnitte (7) erstreckt und ebenfalls mit entsprechenden Ausschnitten (7) versehen ist.
4. Tragetasche nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungslage (12) zwischen der Schmalseiten-Wand (5) und dem auf der Innenseite angeordneten Materialstreifen (8) vorgesehen ist.
5. Tragetasche nach Anspruch 2,3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungslage (12) mit der Schmalseiten-Wand (5) wenigstens abschnittsweise verschweißt ist.
