Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt aus Karton od.dgl. wie im oberbegritt des Anspruchs 1 beschrieben.
  • Derartige Verpackungen (siehe Z.B. US-A-4.362.245) sind in ihrer Anwendung sehr vorteilhaft und eignen sich besonders als Flüssigkeitsverpackungen, wobei sie auch bei einer großen Füllmenge noch ausreichend Festigkeitseigenschaften aufweisen.
  • Daraus resultiert aber, daß sie nur sehr schwer zu öffnen sind.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß sie auch ohne Zuhilfenahme von Werkzeugen leicht zu öffnen und zu entleeren ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale im Kenntlichen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Dadurch läßt sich die Verpackung am Randstreifen erfassen und mit dessen Hilfe aufreißen.
  • Außerdem ist eine wirklich flachliegende obere Kopfpartie der Verpackung gewährleistet, die sich dann auch leicht öffnen läßt.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß am Übergang von der freien Seitenwand-Hälfte zum Randstreifen eine Einkerbung vorgesehen ist.
  • Damit wird das Aufreißen noch weiter erleichtert.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die Siegelnaht am oberen Ende der Verpackung stufenförmig und parallel zur Außenkante verläuft.
  • Damit wird dann beim Aufreißen der Verpackung auch gleichzeitig die Siegelnaht mit aufgerissen.
  • Dieses gleichzeitige Aufreißen der Siegelnaht wird auf jeden Fall gewährleistet, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Siegelnaht im Randstreifen oberhalb einer gedachten Verlängerungslinie der oberen Kante der freien Seitenwand verläuft.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:

    ein Schaubild der gleichen Verpackung und
    Fig.3
    eine Ansicht einer vorgeklebten und wieder flachgelegten Verpackung.
  • Mit 1 ist in den Fig.1 und 2 eine Verpackung bezeichnet, die aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt aus Karton aufgerichtet ist. Dieser Karton-Zuschnitt ist sowohl auf seiner Innenseite als auch auf seiner Außenseite siegelfähig mit Kunststoff beschichtet. Die Verpackung weist zwei Seitenwände 2 und 3 sowie zwei schmälere Stirnwände 4 und 5 und einen Bodenabschnitt 6 auf. Die aus zwei Abschnitten bestehende Seitenwand 2 ist durch eine Längssiegelnaht 7 verschlossen, wobei diese Siegelnaht 7 auch über den ebenfalls aus zwei Teilen bestehenden Bodenabschnitt 6 verläuft und damit eine oben und unten offene Hülse der Verpackung bildet, die wieder flachgelegt werden kann, wie dies in Fig.3 dargestellt ist. Dabei wird die Hülse über jeweils zwei von vier zwischen den Seitenwänden 2,3 einerseits und den Stirnwänden 4,5 andererseits verlaufenden Faltlinien 8,9,10,11 zusammengelegt. Der Bodenabschnitt 6 ist von der jeweiligen Seitenwand 2,3 durch eine bogenförmig verlaufende Faltlinie 12 bzw. 13 abgeteilt, deren Enden durch eine am unteren Ende der Stirnwände 4,5 quer über diese verlaufende, gerade Faltlinie 14,15 verbunden sind. Die durch diese Faltlinien 14,15 abgeteilten Abschnitte sind durch zwei weitere Faltlinien 16,17 zu Zwickelecken unterteilt.
  • Zum Aufrichten der Verpackung wird zuerst die Hülse wieder in eine im Querschnitt rechteckige Form gebracht, die dann an ihrem unteren Ende durch eine Quersiegelnaht verschlossen wird. Diese Quersiegelnaht wird dann bis zur Anlage an dem Bodenabschnitt umgelegt und gleichzeitig der Boden leicht nach Innen eingedrückt. Dadurch stehen die durch die Faltlinien 14,15,16,17 gebildeten Zwickelecken etwa senkrecht vom Boden ab und werden in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang an diesen angelegt. Die Verpackung kann nun an ihrer Oberseite befüllt werden. Anschließend wird auch hier eine Quersiegelnaht 18 angebracht, die den strichpunktiert angedeuteten Verlauf aufweist.
  • Diese Siegelnaht 18 verläuft über jeweils eine Hälfte der beiden Seitenwände 2,3, über die zusammengefaltete Stirnwand 5 sowie über einen an die andere Hälfte der beiden Seitenwände sowie die andere Stirnwand angeformten Randstreifen 19 und ist Z-förmig ausgebildet. Am Beginn des Randstreifens 19 ist am Übergang zwischen diesem und der freien Seitenwand-Hälfte eine Einkerbung 20 angebracht.
  • Zum Öffnen der Verpackung wird an der Einkerbung 20 eingerissen und der randstreifen 19 etwa entlang einer linie 21 abgerissen. dadurch ist die Siegelnaht 18 im Bereich des Randstreifens entfernt und die Verpackung in diesem Bereich geöffnet. Eine schräg verlaufende Faltlinie 22 dient dann dazu, daß sich eine Ausgießtülle ausbilden kann, die das Ausschütten des Füllgutes wesentlich erleichtert.

Claims (3)

  1. Verpackung(1) aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt aus Karton od.dgl., der auf seiner inneren, dem Füllgut zugekehrten Seite siegelfähig mit Kunststoff beschichtet ist, mit einem Bodenabschnitt(6) sowie zwei Seiten- und zwei Stirnwänden(2,3,4,5), die durch Faltlinien(8,9,10,11) mit einander verbunden sind, sowie mit Faltlinien(14,15,16,17) zum Abteilen von Zwickelflächen vom Bodenabschnitt(6) bzw. den beiden Stirnwänden(4,5) der Verpackung, wobei in Verlängerung der den Bodenabschnitt unterteilenden Faltlinien die zwischen den Seitenwänden(2,3) und den Stirnwänden(4,5) liegenden Faltlinien(8,9,10,11) verlaufen, wobei quer über den oberen Rand der Verpackung eine Siegelnaht(18) verläuft, in welcher die beiden Seitenwände und die insich gefalteten Stirnwände aufeinander liegen, wobei an den oberen freien Rand der Siegelnaht(18) ein Randstreifen(19) anschließt, der etwa über die Hälfte der beiden Seitenwände(2,3) sowie eine daran anschließende Stirnwand(49 reicht und dessen Übergang von der freien Seitenwand-Hälfte wenigstens annähernd rechtwinklig ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Seitenwänden(2,3) und den Stirnwänden(4,5) verlaufenden Faltlinien(8,9,10,11) am oberen Ende bogenförmig ausgebildet sind und zusammenlaufen, wodurch die beiden Stirnwände(4,5) im oberen Abschnitt dreieckförmig ausgebildet sind.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Übergang von der freien Seitenwand-Hälfte zum Randstreifen(19) eine Einkerbung(20) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 od. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siegelnaht(18) am oberen Ende der Verpackung stufenförmig und parallel zur Außenkante verläuft.
