Abstract

Behälter aus Karton od.dgl. aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt, mit einer Bodenfläche und an dessen Begrenzungskanten ange­lenkten Seitenwänden. Jeweils zwei in aufgerichtetem Zustand benachbarte Seitenwände (6, 7, 8) sind an ihren Rändern (15-20) miteinander versiegelt. Wenigstens eine Seitenwand (6) und die Bodenfläche (2) sind faltbar, wodurch der fertige Behälter flach zusammen­gelegt werden kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter aus Karton od. dgl., der aus einem einteiligen, flachliegenden Zuschnitt besteht, mit einer Bodenfläche sowie an dieser angelenkten Seiten­wänden.
  • Derartige Behälter sind in einer Vielzahl bekannt, wobei sie im allgemeinen als Zuschnitt oder nur geringfügig vorgeklebt beim Befüller angeliefert und erst dort zu ihrer endgültigen Gestalt aufgerichtet werden. Dazu sind dann aber komplizier­te und teure Maschinen notwendig, die nur bei großen Stück­zahlen von aufzurichtenden Behältern wirtschaftlich sinnvoll sind.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß er mit ein­fachen Vorrichtungen oder von Hand aufzurichten ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß jeweils zwei im aufgerichteten Zustand benachbarte Seiten­wände an ihren Rändern miteinander durch Siegeln od. dgl. verbunden sind, und daß wenigstens eine der Seitenwände sowie die Bodenfläche derart faltbar sind, daß der fertige Behälter flachgelegt werden kann.
  • Damit ist es möglich, den Behälter im flachgelegten Zustand, aber fertig versiegelt zu versenden und ihn erst beim Be­füllen aufzurichten. Werkzeuge oder Vorrichtungen sind für dieses Aufrichten im allgemeinen dann nicht notwendig.
  • Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Bodenfläche dreieckförmig ausge­bildet ist, an jeder ihrer Begrenzungskanten eine Seitenwand angelenkt ist und daß die Bodenfläche durch eine senkrecht auf einer Begrenzungskante stehende und durch einen Eckpunkt gehende Faltlinie unterteilt ist, welche sich in der über diese Begrenzungskante angelenkten Seitenwand fortsetzt und daß von den beiden anderen Eckpunkten der Bodenfläche aus­gehende Faltlinien vorgesehen sind, welche im Mittelpunkt der Bodenfläche auf die durchgehende Faltlinie treffen.
  • Eine solche Ausgestaltung des Behälters ergibt nicht nur eine sehr einfach herzustellende und aufzurichtende Form, sondern das Flachlegen ist auch sehr effektiv.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß am von der Bodenfläche abgewandten Ende jeder Seitenwand ein Lappen angeformt ist, der auf die Innenseite der jeweiligen Seiten­wand aufgefaltet ist.
    Dadurch sind an der Öffnungsseite freiliegende Schnittkanten vermieden.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt auch darin, daß wenigstens die Innenseite aller Behälter­wände vollflächig mit einem wasserdichten Kunststoff be­schichtet ist, der gegen sich selbst siegelbar ist. Damit kann der Behälter z. B. sehr vorteilhaft als Blumen­vase eingesetzt und einem Blumenstrauß beigelegt werden.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungs­beispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt
    • Fig. 2 einen flachgelegten Behälter aus dem Zu­schnitt gemäß Fig. 1 und
    • Fig. 3 ein Schaubild des aufgerichteten Behälters.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine dreieckförmige Bodenfläche 2 aufweist. Diese Bodenfläche weist drei Begrenzungskanten 3,4, und 5 auf, die als Falt­linien ausgebildet sind und über die jeweils eine Seitenwand 6,7 bzw. 8 an der Bodenfläche angelenkt ist. Alle drei Seitenwände sind an ihren beiden Längskanten über dort vorgesehene Faltlinien 9 bis 14 mit Randstreifen 15 bis 20 versehen, von denen jeweils zwei benachbarte 15/20, 16/17 und 18/19 zur Bildung der Verschlußnähte miteinander versie­gelt sind.
    Die Seitenwand 6 und die Bodenfläche 2 sind durch eine Faltlinie 21 in zwei Hälften unterteilt, die senkrecht auf der Begrenzungskante 3 zwischen Bodenfläche und Seitenwand 6 steht und durch den gegenüberliegenden Eckpunkt 22 der Bodenfläche geht. Von den beiden anderen Eckpunkten 23 und 24 der Bodenfläche gehen ebenfalls Faltlinien 25 und 26 aus, die sich im Mittelpunkt 27 der Bodenfläche mit der Faltlinie 21 treffen.
    An dem von der Bodenfläche abgewandten Ende jeder Seitenwand 6,7,8 ist ein Lappen 28,29 bzw. 30 angeformt, der auf die Innenseite der Seitenwand aufgefaltet und dort angesiegelt wird.
  • Zum Aufrichten des Behälters werden die drei Seitenwände 6,7 und 8 um ihre jeweilige Faltlinie nach oben gebogen, bis sich die Randstreifen 15 bis 20 gegenseitig berühren. Mit dem Zusammensiegeln der einander gegenüberliegenden Rand­streifen ist der Behälter bereits fertiggestellt. (Fig. 3)
  • Zum Flachlegen des Behälters wird gleichzeitig die Bodenflä­che am Mittelpunkt 27 nach oben und die Faltlinie 21 der Seitenwand 6 nach innen gedrückt. Dadurch wird die Seiten­wand 6 und die Bodenfläche zusammen- und zwischen die beiden anderen Seitenwände 7 und 8 eingefaltet. (Fig. 2)

Claims (4)

1. Behälter aus Karton od. dgl., der aus einem einteiligen, flachliegenden Zuschnitt besteht, mit einer Bodenfläche sowie an dieser angelenkten Seitenwänden, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß jeweils zwei im aufgerichteten Zustand benach­barte Seitenwände (6,7,8) an ihren Rändern (Randstreifen 15 bis 20) miteinander durch Siegeln od. dgl. verbunden sind, und daß wenigstens eine der Seitenwände (6) sowie die Boden­fläche (2) derart faltbar sind, daß der fertige Behälter flachgelegt werden kann.

Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenfläche (2) dreieckförmig ausgebildet ist, an jeder ihrer Begrenzungskanten (3,4,5) eine Seitenwand (6,7,8) angelenkt ist, und daß die Bodenfläche durch eine senkrecht auf einer Begrenzungskante (3) stehende und durch einen Eckpunkt (22) gehende Faltlinie (21) unterteilt ist, welche sich in der über diese Begrenzungskante (3) angelenkten Seitenwand (6) fortsetzt, und daß von den beiden anderen Eckpunkten (23,24) der Bodenfläche (2) ausgehende Faltlinien (25,26) vorgesehen sind, welche im Mittelpunkt (27) der Bodenfläche auf die durchgehende Faltlinie (21) treffen.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 od. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am von der Bodenfläche (2) abgewandten Ende jeder Seitenwand (6,7,8) ein Lappen (28,29,30) angeformt ist, der auf der Innenseite der jeweiligen Seitenwand aufgefaltet ist.
4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß wenigstens die Innenseiten aller Behälterwände (Seitenwände 6,7,8 und Bodenfläche 2) vollflächig mit einem wasserdichten Kunststoff beschichtet sind, der gegen sich selbst siegelbar ist.
