Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tragetasche od.dgl. beutelartige Verpackung aus einer Kunststoffolie, mit einem in einer oberen oder unteren Schmalseitenwand angeordneten Tragegriff, der aus zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, zwischen sich einen Materialstreifen einschließenden langlochförmigen Ausschnitten besteht, wobei der Tragegriff auf seiner Innenseite mit einer Abdeckwand hinterlegt ist, welche mit der die Ausschnitte aufweisenden Verpackungs-Wand verschweißt ist.
  • Aus der FR-A-2 340 250 ist eine aus einer Kunststoffolie hergestellte Tragetasche bekannt, welche einen aus zwei Ausschnitten und einem dazwischen liegenden Materialstreifen gebildeten Tragegriff aufweist, der zusätzlich mit einer äußeren Verstärkungslage versehen ist.
  • Eine derartige Lage bringt nur eine äußerst geringe zusätzliche Belastbarkeit.
  • Darüber hinaus ist aus der FR-A-2 610 596 eine aus Karton gebildete Trageverpackung bekannt, bei der in einer auf die Verpackung aufgesetzten Deckwand ein derart ausgebildeter Tragegriff vorgesehen ist.
  • Bei einer aus Karton hergestellten Trageverpackung ist eine derartige Ausgestaltung sicher auch ausreichend; wollte man eine aus Kunststoffolie hergestellte beutelartige Verpackung jedoch in dieser Art ausbilden, so würde der Tragegriff insbesondere bei einem erhöhten Füllgewicht der Verpackung der auftretenden Zugbelastung nicht standhalten.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tragetasche der genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß ohne Beeinflussung der Seitenwände eine hohe Tragfähigkeit erreicht wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Schmalseitenwand wenigstens im Bereich des den Tragegriff bildenden Materialstreifens mit einer Verstärkungslage versehen ist, die zwischen der Schmalseitenwand und der auf der Innenseite der Tragetasche angeordneten Abdeckwand angeordnet ist, daß sich die Verstärkungslage auch über den Bereich der Ausschnitte erstreckt und ebenfalls mit entsprechenden Ausschnitten versehen ist und daß die Verstärkungslage mit der Schmalseiten-Wand wenigstens abschnittsweise verschweißt ist.
  • Damit ist ein stark belastbarer Tragegriff geschaffen, der wirksam zum Innern der Verpackung hin abgedichtet ist, wobei die Seitenwände der Verpackung in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt werden.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 ein schematisch dargestelltes Schaubild einer beutelartigen Verpackung mit in der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand vorgesehenen Grifföffnungen und einer inneren Abdeckwand und
    • Fig. 2 eine schematische Schnittzeichnung einer beutelartigen Verpackung mit einer zusätzlichen Verstärkungslage zwischen oberer Schmalseiten-Wand und Abdeckwand.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine beutelartige Verpackung bezeichnet, die zwei Seitenwände 2, zwei Stirnwände 3, einen Boden 4 sowie eine obere Schmalseiten-Wand 5 aufweist. Am Boden 4 ist die Verpackung 1 durch eine umgelegte Siegelnaht 6 verschlossen. Die obere Schmalseiten-Wand 5 ist mit zwei Grifföffnungen versehen, zwischen denen ein als Tragegriff dienender Materialstreifen 8 liegt. Auf der Innenseite der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand 5 ist eine Abdeckwand 9 angeordnet, zu deren Sichtbarmachung in der Fig. 1 die vordere Stirnwand herausgetrennt ist. Die Abdeckwand 9 ist mit Hilfe zweier Schweißnähte 10 mit der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand 5 verbunden.
  • In Fig. 2 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, bei dem die Verpackung 11 nur teilweise aufgefaltet und an ihrem Boden offen ist. Die eine Stirnseite ist wieder entfernt, damit der innere Aufbau sichtbar ist. An die Innenseite der oberen Schmalseiten-Wand 5 ist zusätzlich zur Abdeckwand 9 eine Verstärkungslage 12 angeschweißt, die ebenfalls mit als Grifföffnungen dienenden Ausschnitten 7 versehen ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Tragetasche od.dgl. beutelartige Verpackung(1) aus einer Kunststoffolie, mit einem in einer oberen oder unteren Schmalseitenwand(4,5) angeordneten Tragegriff, der aus zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, zwischen sich einen Materialstreifen(8) einschließenden langlochförmigen Ausschnitten(7) besteht, wobei der Tragegriff auf seiner Innenseite mit einer Abdeckwand(9) hinterlegt ist, welche mit der die Ausschnitte(7) aufweisenden Verpackungs-Wand(5) verschweißt ist, wobei ferner die Schmalseitenwand(5) wenigstens im Bereich des den Tragegriff bildenden Materialstreifens(8) mit einer Verstärkungslage(12) versehen ist, die zwischen der Schmalseitenwand(5) und der auf der Innenseite der Tragetasche(1) angeordneten Abdeckwand(9) angeordnet ist, sich die Verstärkungslage(12) auch über den Bereich der Ausschnitte(7) erstreckt und ebenfalls mit entsprechenden Ausschnitten(7) versehen ist und die Verstärkungslage(12) mit der Schmalseiten-Wand(5) wenigstens abschnittsweise verschweißt ist.
