Abstract

Bekannte Zweipunkt-Spritzversteller, auf dem Prinzip eines steuerbaren Hydrostößels beruhend, haben den Nachteil, daß der Arbeitskolben im Hydrostößel häufig bewegt wird und deshalb verschleißt. Vorliegende Erfindung soll diesen Verschleiß vermeiden, ohne auf eine Spritzverstellung von Hub zu Hub verzichten zu müssen.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht in einem Steuerkolben (6) dessen Fortsatz (21) das Rückschlagventil (19) aufstößt, sobald der Steueröldruck in der Ölleitung (16) abfällt. Dadurch wird der Arbeitskolben 3 des Hydrostößels 1 beim nächsten Einspritzhub auf den Anschlag (24) gedrückt, wo er bis zum Ansteigen des Steueröldrucks verbleibt. Dadurch werden schnelle Reaktionen des Hydrostößels mit geringstmöglicher Bewegung des Arbeitskolbens (3) verwirklicht.
Der erfindungsgemäße Hydrostößel eignet sich vor allem für Industriedieselmotoren mit Einzeleinspritzpumpen.
