Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ski with an element which can be fastened by means of its underside to the top of this ski, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a ski with one element is disclosed in DE-OS 28 07 279 in several embodiments.
  • the heel plate is screwed tight by means of a screw, according to FIG. 3, however, is fixed using a fastener that is hammered into the shoulder. In both cases, additional fasteners are required to fix the element on the top of the ski.
  • the end plate of a multi-layer ski is to be held by means of fastening means.
  • the direction of the so-called fingers, which are inserted into slots in the multi-layer ski, runs in the longitudinal direction of the ski, that is to say in a plane that is normal to the plane in which the inventive method is used Element and also the fastening element according to the state of the art already taken into account.
  • the solutions according to FIGS. 1 to 6 of this document do not go beyond the state of the art that has already been taken into account.
  • the protective piece according to FIGS. 7 and 8 is not intended for an exchange, so that this configuration could scarcely be used for the object of the invention.
  • DE-OS 35 27 219 describes an element which has a projection whose height dimension is smaller than the thickness of the upper wall of the box of the ski. This projection cooperates with a recess in the upper layer of the ski, the depth of which is adapted to the height of the projection. This measure only secures the element against shifting relative to the ski; the actual attachment is done by gluing and / or screws.
  • such elements are fastened by screwing, nailing and gluing and, if necessary, by combining these measures, as are described in DE-GM 1,965,159 and in DE-PS 28 07 279, which was already discussed at the beginning.
  • Gluing alone, as disclosed in FR-OS 2,092,844, is not sufficient for a secure hold against displacement of the element relative to the ski.
  • DE-OS 21 07 032 describes a fastening device for the support ring of a motor vehicle headlight, in which the stepped end of a bolt is inserted into the blind bore of the support ring without play.
  • the outer surface of the offset bolt end is provided with circumferential grooves, which give the bolt end greater elasticity.
  • the bolt has a radially projecting shoulder, which can be pivoted by rotating the bolt under a shoulder of the support ring, the shoulder being lockable against undesired twisting on the shoulder.
  • the drilling end is thus rotatably mounted in the blind bore of the support ring.
  • a hardening adhesive can be introduced into the grooves of the bolt end.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to improve the element described at the outset in such a way that it can be securely held on the top of the ski without additional mechanical and / or chemical fastening means.
  • the set goal is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.
  • the special design of the projection achieves both easy assembly and a secure hold of the element on the top of the ski.
  • the element can be replaced repeatedly and without difficulty.
  • this object is also inventive, since the desired holding force can be calculated precisely on the one hand by the press fit and on the other hand a time-consuming assembly process, as is required with expansion anchors and separate fastening means, is eliminated.
  • the element to be fastened e.g. The assembly is already finished using a hammer, which is fixed on the top of the ski. Therefore, compared to the use of expansion anchors and fasteners, there is a considerable reduction in the time required for fastening.
  • the effect that can be achieved by the invention lies, if not only in the simplified embodiment - the use of additional determination means is unnecessary - at least in the handling, i.e. in the strictest sense post-technical area.
  • the features of claim 2 ensure both easy detachment of the projection from the ski and easy insertion of the projection into the hole in the ski.
  • the features of claim 3 also point in this direction.
  • FIG. 1 and 2 show cracks, which are assigned to one another, a first exemplary embodiment of the use of the element according to the invention in connection with a cross-country binding, with FIG. 1 being an elevation and FIG. 2 being a plan view, and FIG. 3 being a second exemplary embodiment, in which another element according to the invention is used in connection with a front jaw of a ski binding, in elevation, FIG. 3b shows a plan view of the element according to FIG. 3, FIG. 4 shows the configuration of the projection according to FIGS. 1 and 3 in an enlarged manner 4a and 4b scale and two further variants of the design of the projection.
  • a cross-country ski binding designated in its entirety by 2 with a guide plate 3 and a heel plate 4 is arranged on the top of a ski 1.
  • the cross-country binding 2 is by means of fastening screws 5 in a known manner on the Top of the ski 1 attached.
  • the cross-country ski binding 2 has a shell 7 which can be pivoted up about a transverse axis 6 and which is held in the sliding position by means of a spring-loaded lock 9 which can be pivoted about a further transverse axis 8.
  • a cross-country binding 2 of this type with a cross-country ski boot, not shown here, is known per se and is not the subject of the present invention, so that there is no need to go into further details.
  • the guide plate 3 has a base plate 11 with two guide ribs 12a, 12b extending in the longitudinal direction of the ski. These guide ribs 12a, 12b are triangular in cross section and interact in a known manner with complementary guide grooves of the cross-country ski boot, not shown here.
  • the free end regions of the individual guide ribs 12a, 12b remote from the cross-country binding 2 each run under a bevel 13a, 13b to the base plate 11.
  • two projections 14 are provided on the underside of the base plate 11, the design of which can be seen better in FIG. 4 and will be described in more detail later with reference to this figure.
  • a heel plate 4 is further arranged on the top of the ski 1, which essentially consists of a base plate 15, support ribs 16a-16g provided on the top thereof and four projections arranged on the underside of the base plate 15 14 exists.
  • the heel plate 4 serves to fix the ski boot in the sliding phase of cross-country skiing on the top of the ski 1.
  • a toe in its entirety designated 22 recognizable.
  • a slide plate 23 is also arranged on the top of the ski 21.
  • the front jaw 22 is fastened to the top of the ski 21 by means of fastening screws 25.
  • lateral sole holders 26 On the front jaw 22, lateral sole holders 26, a sole hold-down device 27 which can be adjusted in height by means of an adjusting screw 28 and an adjusting screw 29 which can be adjusted to adjust the pretensioning of the release spring, not shown here.
  • a front jaw 22 is known in every detail and does not form part of the subject matter of the present invention.
  • the sliding plate 23 has a base plate 31 which carries on its upper side a sliding element 32 made of a material with good sliding properties.
  • a base plate 31 which carries on its upper side a sliding element 32 made of a material with good sliding properties.
  • two projections 14 are fastened, the design of which is identical to that of FIGS. 1 and 2 and will now be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 4 shows a detail of FIG. 1 with a single projection 14 attached to the underside of the base plate 11 and inserted into the ski 1 on an enlarged scale. Due to the same configuration of the projections 14 arranged on the base plates 15 and 31, the following description also stands for them.
  • the ski 1 is designed as a multi-layer ski with a hard box 1c and a core 1d that is soft relative to it.
  • the projection 14 viewed in its longitudinal direction, has on its shaft 14a a first section 14c which continuously increases in cross-section downwards and a second section 14d which adjoins this and continuously decreases in cross-section.
  • the free end region of the section 14d ends in a small cross section 14e, which corresponds, for example, to the diameter of the shaft 14a at the connection region on the base plate 11.
  • the projection 14 has its largest cross-section, by means of which the projection 14 is held on the inner wall 1b of a recess in the ski 1 designed as a bore 1a.
  • FIG. 4 a and 4 b show two variants of the design of the projection 14 illustrated in FIG. 4. These variants are referred to in succession as projections 44 and 54.
  • the reference numbers of the ski 1 with the bore 1a have been retained unchanged throughout these figures.
  • the projection 44 has a ball 44 b at the free end region of its shaft 44 a.
  • the largest, central cross section of the ball 44b forms the holding surface 44f on the inner wall 1b of the bore 1a of the ski 1, similar to the holding surface 14f in the embodiment according to FIG. 4.
  • FIG. 4b A further, dowel-like configuration of the projection 54 can be seen from FIG. 4b.
  • the projection 54 has four holding claws 54g on its shaft 54a in a symmetrical arrangement, which continue in sections 54d tapering from top to bottom and terminate at the free end region of the shaft 54a with the smallest cross section 54e, as a result of which easy insertion of the projection 54 into the bore 1 a of the ski 1 is ensured.
  • the largest cross sections of the upper end regions of the holding claws 54g form the holding surface 54f for the projection 54.
  • the holding surface 54f is thus interrupted, viewed on the circumference of the inner wall 1b of the bore 1a, so that the retaining of the projection 54 in the bore 1a by four Holding surface sections takes place.
  • each projection 14 on one of the base plates 11, 15 or 31 can be replaced by one of the projections 44 or 54 according to FIGS. 4 a and 4 b.
  • the hole in the ski can also have a different design; for example, a hole countersink can be provided, which further facilitates the insertion of the projection into the ski.
  • the recess can also be formed in an embodiment that deviates from the shape of a bore, for example with a square cross section. Analogously, the individual projections will then experience a holding surface with such a configuration.
