Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for parking vehicles under a water surface, in particular under the water surface of an inland lake, consisting of a large-capacity container provided with at least one parking level, which can be lowered and stationed under the water surface and is connected to the shore via at least one bridge element .
  • CH-A 520249 discloses a device for parking vehicles which can be lowered below a water surface and which can be stationed locally, which device is designed as a large-capacity container with parking levels lying one above the other and is connected to the shore via a correspondingly arranged bridge.
  • the invention is based on the object of improving a device of the type mentioned above such that it can be lowered below the respective water surface and supported on the bottom without any changes in the topographical structure of the naturally grown bottom.
  • this object is achieved in that the large-capacity container can be lowered by means of lifting and lowering devices arranged thereon and can be leveled in relation to the topographical conditions and the load-dependent changes in position, and also by means of at least one tunnel-like and flange-mounted tunnel for vehicle and passenger transport is connected to the river or lake shore.
  • a side view and in its entirety designated 50 for parking vehicles preferably passenger vehicles below a water surface is shown and you can see in the profile cross-section the topographical structure of a bank, for example an inland lake -Shores.
  • 1 is essentially the naturally grown bottom of the lake, 2 the surface of the bottom, 3 the water and 4 referred to the water surface.
  • the per se mobile parking facility 50 is stationed at the destination, preferably in the area of a topographically corresponding entry and exit 55, 60 bank location with respect to the water surface 4 at an appropriate depth, that is, locally with suitable means 25, 25 'and 26, 26 'stored, for example floating.
  • weight elements 70, 70 ' are arranged at the top of the parking device 50 in appropriately provided, preferably divided in the country and transverse direction basins.
  • Precast reinforced concrete parts can be used as weight elements. Stone scree or the like can be used.
  • the individual, in Fig. 2 in number only partially shown basin 29 ', 30', 31 ', 32' and 33 'for the individual weight elements (not shown in Fig. 2) are in the longitudinal direction by webs 28, 28th ', 28 ⁇ (Fig. 1) and in the transverse direction by webs 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 (Fig. 2).
  • Fig. 2 shows on a larger scale and in a sectional view, for example, as a hull or large container 50 'designed parking facility 50.
  • the large container 50' has a bottom 45, two longitudinally oriented, vertical outer or side walls 40, 40th 'And two approximately transversely oriented, vertical end walls 35, 35' comprises.
  • the large-capacity container 50 ' is closed by means of a cover 45' which is arranged approximately parallel to the bottom 45 and extends over the entire length and width.
  • the substantially hull-shaped large-space container 50 ' has a cavity (not designated) formed by the outer walls 40, 40' and 35, 35 'and by the bottom 45 and cover 45', which is shown in Fig.
  • Fig. 3 shows the large-capacity container 50 'in section and in plan view with the parking level A divided into, for example, a plurality of parking spaces (not designated) and the side walls 40, 40', the front and rear walls 35, 35 'and one can be seen in the longitudinal direction oriented intermediate wall 41.
  • the intermediate wall 41 arranged on both sides, at a distance from the two walls 35, 35 'can in each case as a single element (not shown in detail) between the individual floors 45', 46, 47, 48 and 45 or As shown schematically in Fig. 4, be formed as a continuous partition 41 extending from the floor 45 to the cover 45 '.
  • stiffening elements 10, 10', 10 ⁇ ; 11, 11 ′, 11 ⁇ ; 12, 12 ', 12 ⁇ and 13, 13', 13 ⁇ provided.
  • outside on the longitudinally oriented side walls 40, 40 ' are at least two mutually spaced, columnar lifting and lowering devices 25, 25' and 26, 26 'arranged, by means of which the entire large-capacity container 50' on the one hand at the Installation of the local, topographical conditions and on the other hand can be leveled in operation in the event of any changes in position occurring due to different loads.
  • the lifting and lowering devices 25, 25 'and 26, 26' are preferably individually and appropriately controlled and actuated accordingly by sensors arranged in a corresponding manner and in operative connection with the lifting and lowering devices (not shown) for leveling the large-capacity container 50 '.
  • each parking level at least one toilet device 15, 15 'is also provided.
  • windows arranged at a distance from one another in the individual walls 35, 35' and / or 40, 40 ', preferably like porthole windows 36, 46 known per se in shipbuilding with correspondingly assigned underwater Lighting devices 37, 47 may be provided.
  • FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 the two end regions of the large-capacity containers 50 'are shown for the sake of a better overview, without the middle piece provided with approximately the same division.
  • the entrance and exit to the individual parking levels A, B and C takes place in a manner known per se, for example in the case of above-ground parking garages.
  • Fig. 4 shows on a larger scale and in section along the line IV-IV in Fig. 3, the approximately in profile cross-section container 50 'shown and you can see the laterally arranged support devices 25 and 26, which are essentially by the individual floors 45, 45 ', 46, 47, 48 separate parking levels A, B and C with the intermediate space D and the flange 60 sealed on the outside on the side wall 40 with means not shown.
  • the partially displaced tunnel 60 is preferably designed as a cylindrical tube and through an intermediate floor 61 essentially divided into a vehicle level 62 and a pedestrian level 63. Furthermore, in Fig.
  • the tunnel 55 is preferably designed analogously to the tunnel 60.
  • the parking device 50 described above and designed as a large-capacity container 50 ' can be manufactured industrially, for example, like a ship's hull made of steel or of prefabricated reinforced concrete parts and then transported to its destination, preferably towed to its destination in a floating manner.
  • the large-capacity container 50 ' is flooded, so that it is lowered to a depth not influencing shipping, for example to about 10 m below the water level 4, due to the dead weight and the weight of the water masses absorbed.
  • the lifting and lowering devices 25, 25 'and 26, 26' which are appropriately designed on the side facing the ground are drilled or pressed correspondingly deep into the ground.
  • the parking facility 50 is not tied to a specific location and can also be installed at another bank point if required without any special effort. In a variant, not shown, there is the possibility to support the parking device 50 carrying lifting and lowering devices 25, 25 'and 26, 26', this on appropriately arranged and embedded in the sea bed foundations and assemble. If the parking facility 50 were to change location, the foundations would remain in place.
