Definitions

  • the invention relates to a storey tower for displaying goods with a plurality of storeys and with at least one vertical spacer between two successive storeys, one end of the support being releasably coupled to the associated storey in that one of the parts: storey - an exterior support Arc or angle element with a horizontally extending line of curvature and vertically extending surface line is attached and on the other of these parts an inner arc or angle element with a horizontally extending line of curvature and vertically extending surface line is arranged, the inner arc or angle element with its outer surface on the inner surface of the outer curved or angular element is fixed in the direction of the line of curvature and in the direction of the surface line by a form-locking connection which can be engaged and disengaged.
  • Such a floor tower is known from DE-PS 21 53 603.
  • an inner, rectangular angle element is attached to both ends of the spacer.
  • the associated outer, also rectangular, angular element is located on the respective storey floor and is formed by part of an edge flange of the respective storey floor projecting upwards and downwards. Stop faces of the outer angle element are formed in that the inner contact surface of the outer angle element is set back with respect to the other inner peripheral surface of the edge flange.
  • On the side of the inner angle element remote from the outer angle element there is a third angle element which, together with the outer angle element, forms a shaft on the respective floor of the storey. In this shaft, the inner corner element can be vertical Direction.
  • Wedge cams are attached to the ends of the inner angle element that are spaced apart in the circumferential direction and, after the inner angle element has been completely inserted into the shaft, snap into corresponding cam receptacles on the inside of the outer angle element. To release the coupling between the inner angle element and the outer angle element, it is necessary to lift the ends of the inner angle element from the inner surface of the outer angle element to such an extent that the wedge-shaped engagement cams emerge from the recesses. Then the spacer with the inner angle element can be pushed out of the shaft in the vertical direction.
  • the invention has for its object to design a floor tower of the type mentioned in such a way that the coupling and uncoupling of the spacer ends with the floors is facilitated.
  • the arch or angular element associated with the spacer is exposed on its side remote from the arch or angular element of the tier floor in such a way that it can be fixed or horizontally moved relative to the arch or angular element of the tier floor. is solvable. It has been shown that one can completely dispense with insertion shafts on the floor and that a stable coupling of the spacer ends can be achieved with the floors.
  • the inner arch or angle element is preferably attached to the spacer and the outer arch or angle element to the floor, because then the outer arch or angle element of the floor can be formed by a flange that is often necessary for reasons of stability and for reasons of security.
  • outer curved or angular element may be attached to the spacer support and the inner curved or angular element to be attached to the floor of the storey.
  • the outer and the inner curved or angular element can each have approximately a rectangular cross-section. This is an embodiment that will be chosen in particular if you want to connect square or rectangular shelves with two or four spacing supports.
  • the inner arc or angle element and the outer arc or angle element are each designed approximately with a partial circular cross section, in particular with a semicircular cross section.
  • Such an embodiment is particularly appropriate if you want to connect two successive floors with two channel-shaped spacing supports, as known from DE-OS 30 06 377 per se.
  • the cross-section of the spacer supports can be adapted to the respective curved or angular element, that is to say they can also be designed to be curved or angular in cross-section. If you value optimal visibility and optimum coupling stability at the same time, it is recommended that the spacer supports have extensions pointing in the horizontal direction at the ends, which form parts of the respective curved or angular element. In this way, one achieves a large stability-enhancing support length of the arch or angle elements on the respective storey floor on the one hand and a good view of the goods on display in each case due to the relatively small cross-section of the sections of the spacing supports running between the storey floors.
  • the spacer supports can be designed with a cross-sectional shape that is almost identical to the entire height without restricting the view of the goods on display which corresponds to arc or angle elements.
  • the curved or angled elements attached to the storey floors can, under certain circumstances, be formed from a series of sub-elements which follow one another at intervals and which have an arc-shaped or angled envelope. The same also applies to the arch or angle elements on the spacer supports. In view of the highest stability, it is of course desirable to design the arc or angle elements continuously.
  • the shelves and the spacers are preferably made of plastic, in particular injection molded or cast, transparent plastic being particularly desirable in view of good visibility.
  • the latching which ensures that the counter abutment surfaces and the abutment surfaces remain in mutual contact, can thereby be ensured in the simplest way that the legs of the arc or angle element associated with the spacer support can be pivoted relative to one another about the respective apex line against elastic resistance.
  • the securing of the stop surfaces and counter-stop surfaces can also be secured thereby Ensure that the counter abutment surfaces and / or the abutment surfaces are undercut and, if necessary, provided with a bevel.
  • the latching of stop surfaces and counter-stop surfaces can also be additionally secured in that a slot is provided in the apex region of the arch or angle element associated with the spacer support. Thanks to such a slot, it is possible to elastically load the legs of the curved or angular elements either in tension or compression, thereby ensuring that the stop surfaces and counter-stop surfaces are properly seated in the fully assembled state, but also assembly and disassembly facilitate. At the same time, this measure reduces the requirements for manufacturing accuracy without questioning the abutment of counter-abutment surfaces and abutment surfaces in the fully assembled state.
  • the counter abutment surfaces of the inner arch or angle element associated with the spacer support are formed by end surfaces of the legs of this arch or angular element and the associated abutment surfaces of the outer arch or angle element of the floor of the storey of stop strips.
  • the pairs of forces responsible for the stability of the spacing supports on the floor of the floor lie at a maximum distance from one another and from the apex of the curved or angular elements.
  • the counter-stop surfaces and the stop surfaces are each formed by a pairing of a cam and a recess in the mutual contact surfaces of the outer and the inner curved or angular element.
  • the vertical securing against displacement of the spacer supports relative to the floors can be ensured in that the curved or angular elements are secured in the direction of the surface line by interlocking cams and recesses on the mutual contact surfaces of the curved or angular elements.
  • the cams and recesses used for vertical securing can be used in a double function, on the one hand forming stop and counter-abutting surfaces and, on the other hand, serving for vertical securing against displacement.
  • the recesses and cams are of course designed in such a way that they do not hinder the exclusively horizontal coupling and uncoupling of the curved or angular elements which are in contact with one another.
  • the securing of the stop surfaces and counter-stop surfaces to one another can also be ensured by surfaces on the cams and recesses which are parallel to the line of curvature and are undercut.
  • stop and counter stop surfaces are provided in the area of the ends of the arch or angle elements of the spacer supports and if interlocking cams and recesses are provided both near the apex and in the area of the ends of the arch or angle elements of the spacer supports.
  • the invention also encompasses any type of connection between the floor and spacing supports, in which the inner and outer curved or angular elements are secured to one another by push-button-like connections.
  • the invention further relates to a floor tower with the features of claim 22.
  • the spacer supports are particularly suitable for the arrangement of openings. These openings can be in the height direction of the spacers be elongated and can extend substantially over the entire height of the spacers between the upper and lower associated arc or angle elements. The loss of buckling stiffness which occurs through the openings can be more than compensated for by the fact that the spacer supports have stiffening ribs, in particular along their edges and / or along the edges of the openings.
  • the spacer supports to two adjacent corners of the storey floors allows the storey floors to have an edge flange protruding upwards and downwards along three adjacent rectangular sides and, in the area of a fourth rectangle side remote from the spacer supports, to have an edge flange which only protrudes downwards.
  • the shelves can be ribbed on the underside of the floor for additional stability. In order to avoid a risk of injury at the ends of the edge flange, it is recommended that the part of the edge flange protruding upwards ends in the area of the fourth side of the rectangle with rounded corners in the floor of the storey.
  • the invention also relates to a floor tower with the features of claim 34.
  • a floor tower With such a floor tower, the positive connection between the angle elements can be ensured in their respective horizontal longitudinal direction by the elasticity of both legs due to the slot in the apex. This is a significant advantage in terms of the stability of the etching tower.
  • the slot in the apex can be made in the simplest way, so that the additional stability does not require any significant additional effort.
  • a floor tower which is composed of a plurality of floors 10 and four spacers 12 between successive floors 10.
  • FIG. 2 shows the lower end of a spacer support 12 in the ready-to-engage position with respect to a floor 10.
  • an inner angle element 14 is attached, which faces an outer angle element 16 on the floor 10.
  • the inner angle element 14 is formed by the shaft 12a of the spacer support 12 and by horizontal extensions 12b and 12c.
  • the outer angle element 16 is part of a surrounding flange 18 which runs along the edge of the floor 10 and protrudes up and down.
  • engagement cams 20 are attached, which are intended for engagement in engagement recesses 22 on the outer surface 14b of the angle element 14.
  • Stop strips 24 are attached to the outer angle element 16 and form stop surfaces 24a.
  • the inner angle element 14 has end surfaces or counter abutment surfaces 26 which are intended to abut against the abutment surfaces 24a.
  • the inner angle member 14 is inserted into the outer angle member 16 so that the outer surface 14b of the inner angle member 14 abuts the inner surface 16a of the outer angle member 16 and the engagement cams 20 of the outer angle member 16 into the engagement recesses 22 of the inner one Engage angle element 14. Due to the engagement of the engagement cams 20 in the engagement recesses 22, the spacer 12 is secured in the height direction relative to the floor 10. 3 is only possible by uncoupling the one or the other of the extensions 12b, 12c in the direction of arrow B, as shown in FIG.
  • engagement formations similar to the engagement cams 20 and the engagement recesses 22 can also be provided in the apex region S between the outer angle element 16 and the inner angle element 14.
  • the angle element 14 is fitted exactly into the angle element 16, so that both end surfaces 26 abut exactly against the stop surfaces 24a and the surfaces 14b and 16a also abut each other at the same time, the elements shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 are sufficient for stability the clutch.
  • engagement cams 20 and 20a in FIG. 2 are therefore offset from one another in the direction of the curved line C in order to simplify the production by casting.
  • the slot 21 in the floor 10 serves the same purpose.
  • the spacer supports 112 have the cross section of semicircular channels and are accommodated in apse-shaped bulges in the middle of two opposite sides of the floors 110 in each case.
  • the connection of a spacer 112 to a floor 110 is shown in FIG. 5.
  • One end of the spacer 112 here forms an inner arch element 114, while the edge flange 118 forms an outer arch element 116 in the area of the apse-shaped extension.
  • engagement cams 120 are formed for height-securing engagement in engagement recesses 122 on the outer surface 114b of the inner arch element 114.
  • the outer arch element 116 has at its ends stop strips 124 with stop surfaces 124a, opposite which end surfaces 126 of the inner arch element 114 stand.
