Definitions
- the invention relates to a lifting conveyor, in particular a palletizer, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Lifting conveyors with an articulated swivel arm are known as so-called robots for use in many technical areas. These are also increasingly being used in the field of packaging technology as palletizers for picking up (large) packs or boxes from a lower level, in particular from a feeder, and for automatic transfer to one or more pallets.
- the operation of such a lifting conveyor is usually intermittent. Accordingly, the toothed belt connected to the load carrier on the one hand and a drive on the other hand is loaded intermittently, the load on the Timing belts are particularly critical in the area of their connection to the load carrier. There is a risk that after a long period of operation and corresponding fatigue of the toothed belt material, the toothed belt will actually tear.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a permanently shockproof connection between the toothed belt on the one hand and the load carrier on the other.
- the ends of the toothed belt are each anchored to the guide block of the load carrier via part of a toothed wheel, preferably via half a toothed wheel.
- the toothed belt ends are each guided over the tooth surface of the anchoring gearwheel with positive engagement of the complementary toothing of toothed belt and gearwheel. This enables an extremely favorable power transmission, namely distribution over several anchoring points.
- the anchoring gearwheels or anchoring gearwheel segments are designed as toothed rollers or toothed roller segments.
- the retaining tabs according to claims 2 and 3 essentially only have the function of preventing the toothed belt ends from falling off the associated anchoring toothed wheels or toothed rollers. Significant tractive forces do not have to be recorded here.
- the inventive design of the fastening of the toothed belt on the load carrier is also characterized by an extremely short or compact design.
- the lifting conveyor shown in Fig. 2 comprises an up and down movable load carrier in the form of an articulated swivel arm 16, on the free end of which means, not shown, for detecting objects, e.g. Large cigarette packs are arranged, the up, down or lifting and lowering movement of the swivel arm 16 taking place along a vertical guide which is designed in the form of upright guide columns 19. Specifically, two guide columns 19 are provided, which are arranged within a frame, of which only the base 18 and head 25 are shown.
- the lifting and lowering movement of the swivel arm 16 along the upright guide column 19 is carried out by a separate one th drive 13, which is arranged in the head 25 of the frame, the connection between this drive 13 and the swivel arm 16 being made by a toothed belt 14, which on the one hand via a pinion 15 assigned to the drive 13 and a rotatably mounted in the base 18 of the frame Toothed washer 17 is guided around on the other hand and the free ends 10 and 11 are each connected to a guide block 26 of the swivel arm 16.
- the lifting and lowering movement of the guide block 26 or swivel arm 16 is shown in FIG. 1 with the double arrow 12.
- the pivot arm 16 can be pivoted about an axis 33 which extends parallel to the upright guide columns 19.
- the swiveling movement of the swivel arm 16 about the axis 33 is brought about by an associated swivel drive 36, preferably an electric drive.
- the lifting conveyor shown stands with the base 18 on a horizontal floor 37.
- toothed belt ends 10, 11 are each guided for this purpose via a half toothed roller 20 or 21 attached to the guide block 26 with positive engagement of the complementary ones Toothed teeth of toothed belt 14 and toothed roller segment 20 or 21.
- narrower gearwheel segments are used as anchoring elements instead of toothed roller segments 20, 21.
- the toothed belt ends 10, 11 are thus guided over the tooth surfaces of the half toothed rollers 20, 21, as a result of which a very favorable force transmission is achieved, distributed over several anchoring points.
- the half toothed rollers 20, 21 are attached to the top and bottom of the guide block 26 in such a way that their tooth surfaces face each other.
- the attachment of the half toothed rollers 20, 21 on the guide block 26 he follows in each case via a mounting bracket or frame 27, 28, with the interposition of toothed belt tensioning and adjusting elements, which will be discussed in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.
- the toothed belt ends 10, 11 are held on the respectively assigned half toothed rollers 20, 21 by means of fastening tabs 23 screwed laterally onto the frame 27 or 28 (fastening screws 38), these holding tabs 23 essentially only having the function of preventing the toothed belt ends 10, 11 fall off the associated half toothed rollers 20, 21. Significant tensile forces do not have to be absorbed by the holding tabs 23.
- the holding tabs 23 are each assigned to the outermost free ends of the toothed belt 14. Accordingly, the effective swing angle of the toothed belt ends 10, 11 about the respectively assigned half toothed rollers 20, 21 is 180 degrees. This swing angle is more than sufficient for a shockproof connection between toothed belt 14 and guide block 26. With smaller versions, especially with smaller loads, swing angles of less than 180 degrees are sufficient. However, the wrap angle should preferably always be greater than 90 degrees.
- the frames 27, 28 are each designed as rectangular bearing plates which are arranged at a distance from the guide block 26, specifically via the toothed belt tensioning and adjusting elements already mentioned. These are each defined by a clamping screw arrangement 29, 30, 31 and 32, wherein in the illustrated embodiment each bearing plate 27, 28 is assigned four clamping screw arrangements arranged at the corners of an imaginary rectangle.
- the clamping screw arrangements 29, 30, 31 and 32 are each formed by a clamping screw threaded sleeve 35 screwed onto the guide block 26 and one of these assigned clamping screw 34 which is passed through the bearing plate 27 or 28 and can be countered by a nut 39.
- tensioning screw arrangements namely the tensioning screw arrangements 29 and 30, lie in the plane of the toothed belt 14 (see FIGS. 2 and 3), while the other two tensioning screw arrangements, namely tensioning screw arrangements 31, 32, are in the looping area of the toothed belt ends 10 and 11 are arranged, in each case closer to the holding tabs 23.
- the present invention can advantageously also be used in a device (palletizing) in the embodiment of DE patent application P 36 38 991.9.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 einen Hubförderer in Seitenansicht unter besonderer Darstellung des Anschlusses des Zahnriemens am Lastträger;
