Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Klebeband für den wiederverschließbaren Verschluß eines Schlauchbeutels oder dergleichen, sowie dessen Verwendung als wiederverschließbarer Original-Verschluß und auch Schlauchbeutel oder dergleichen, die mit einem derartigen Verschluß ausgerüstet sind. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung ein Klebeband für einen Verschluß, der einerseits wiederholt geöffnet und wieder verschlossen werden kann, der andererseits aber nach Art eines Original -Verschlusses auf den ersten Blick zu erkennen gibt, ob dieser Verschluß bereits einmal geöffnet wurde oder nicht.
  • Es sind im Stand der Technik verschiedenartige wiederverschließbare Verschlüsse bekannt, die auch durchaus für Schlauchbeutel oder dergleichen geeignet sind. So beschreibt die europäische Patentanmeldung A2 134 130 einen Schlauchbeutel mit einem Klebeband-Verschluß, der wiederholt geöffnet und verschlossen werden kann. Dabei ist der Klebeband-Verschluß über eine Längsreihe von Schwachstellen in dem Schlauchbeutel derart geklebt, daß man mit Hilfe eines Anfassers an diesem Verschluß zunächst den Verschluß von dem Schlauchbeutel abzuziehen beginnt, bis die Reihe von Schwachstellen freizuliegen kommt, worauf diese Schwachstellen aufreißen und damit den Beutel öffnen und dessen Inhalt frei geben. Verschlossen wird der Beutel erneut im umgekehrten Sinn, der Klebeband-Verschluß wird in seine ursprüngliche Lage auf den Beutel gedrückt und damit wieder verschlossen. Ein derartiges Verschluß-System ist im Handel unter der Bezeichnung "tesa-seal" erhältlich.
  • Obwohl ein solcher Klebeband-Verschluß für viele praktische Anwendungen durchaus genügt, ist doch das Problem eines Original-Verschlusses damit unzureichend gelöst. Denn ein Originalverschluß soll auf einfache Weise zeigen, ob eine Verpackung, wie ein Schlauchbeutel, bereits einmal geöffnet und dann wieder verschlossen wurde oder nicht. Zwar kann der obige Klebeband-Verschluß des Standes der Technik bei näherem Hinsehen anhand der bereits aufgebrochenen Schwachstellen durchaus anzeigen, daß der Verschluß bereits einmal geöffnet wurde, jedoch ist es nach einiger Übung möglich, den Verschluß so exakt wieder zu verkleben, daß es für einen Nicht-Fachmann kaum möglich ist, festzustellen, ob der Verschluß bereits einmal geöffnet wurde. Den hohen Anforderung an einen Original-Verschluß kann dieses bekannte Verschluß-System daher nicht immer genügen.
  • Auch aus GB 2.147.564 A ist ein Beutel mit einem wieder verschließbaren Klebverschluß bekannt, der als Originalverschluß zum Öffnen zwischen zwei Klebzonen aufgeschnitten wird (S. 1, Z. 71 - 86), bei Gefahr z.B. der Beschädigung der darunter liegenden Beutelwand.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung war es, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, insbesondere ein Klebeband für den wiederverschließbaren Verschluß eines Schlauchbeutels oder dergleichen zu schaffen, der zugleich auf unzweideutige Weise anzeigt, ob der Verschluß bereits einmal geöffnet wurde.
  • Demgemäß betrifft die Erfindung ein Klebeband gemäß
    • Anspruch 1
  • Mit diesem erfindungsgemäßen Klebeband läßt sich auf einfache Weise sowohl ein Originalverschluß als auch ein wiederverschließbarer Verschluß für Schlauchbeutel und dergleichen herstellen, der auf den ersten Blick und für den Laien erkennbar werden läßt, ob der Verschluß bereits einmal geöffnet wurde oder nicht.
  • Der Träger des erfindungsgemäßen Klebebandes besteht vorzugsweise aus einer Kunststoff-Folie, die insbesondere für transparente Schlauchbeutel ihrerseits transparent sein kann und damit das Aussehen der Verpackung nicht beeinträchtigt. Auf dem in Längsrichtung des Klebebandes verlaufenden Anfasser ist vorteilhaft eine Anleitung aufgedruckt, wie der Verschluß zu handhaben ist, etwa in welche Richtung zu ziehen und wieder zu verschließen ist. Der verwendete Kleber ist vorteilhaft ein Selbstkleber, ggf. auch transparent. Bei geeigneter Ausgestaltung sind aber auch Kleber vom Typ hot melt oder dergleichen zu verwenden.
  • Im Aufreißbereich ist der Anfang vorteilhaft als Anfasser ausgebildet, etwa indem ein Teil des Aufreißbereiches angerissen und vorgebogen ist, oder aber indem auf den Anfang ein kleines Stück Klebeband aufgeklebt ist, vorzugsweise in einer auffälligen Farbe eingefärbt, oder aber auch, indem auf den Anfang ein kräftiger Lack oder dergleichen aufgedruckt ist. Auch in dem Aufreißbereich kann eine Gebrauchsanweisung aufgedruckt sein, etwa in welcher Richtung zu ziehen ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Träger des Klebebands selbst für ein Aufreißen im Aufreißbereich besonders geeignet ausgebildet, indem man einen in Längsrichtung des Klebebandes stark gereckten Träger verwendet, vorzugsweise einen Träger aus überwiegend monoaxial gerecktem Polypropylen.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Klebebandes sind in den Zeichnungen dargestellt. Es zeigen im einzelnen

  • Das in Figur 1 im Querschnitt dargestellte erfindungsgemäße Klebeband 1 besteht aus einem Träger 2 aus monoaxial gerecktem Polypropylen, gereckt in Richtung des Klebebandes. Der Träger 2 ist teilbeschichtet mit einem Selbstkleber 5a und 5b derart, daß ein Anfasser 3 sowie ein Aufreißbereich 4 frei von Kleber verbleibt. Der Aufreißbereich 4 ist durch eine Reihe von längs verlaufenden Schlitzen aus dem Träger 2 aufreißbar ausgebildet. An den Aufreißbereich 4 schließt sich ein Klebebereich 6 an, der den Kleber 5b trägt.
  • Die Figuren 2 - 4 zeigen die verschiedenen Stadien eines erfindungsgemäßen Klebebandes, Figur 2 im Stadium des Origianlverschlusses und verklebt auf einem Schlauchbeutel 11 mit einer Längsreihe von Schwachstellen 10, hier ausgebildet als eine Längsreihe von kleinen Schlitzen. Durch Ziehen das Aufreißbereichs 4 in Richtung des Pfeils A wird der Träger 2 derart getrennt, daß die in Figur 3 dargestellte teilgeöffnete Form verbleibt. In dieser Form wird nunmehr der Anfasser 3 ergriffen und in Richtung des Pfeiles B gezogen. Dabei hebt sich, wie in Figur 4 dargestellt, der Kleber 5a von dem Schlauchbeutel 11 ab und legt die bis dahin von dem Kleber 5a verdeckte Längsreihe von Schwachstellen 10 frei. Diese brechen bei weiterem Ziehen in Richtung des Pfeiles B auf, der Beutelinhalt ist zugänglich und geöffnet. In Richtung des Pfeiles C, Figur 4, wird das Klebeband mit einem Kleber 5a wieder auf den Schlauchbeutel 11 gedrückt und damit wird dieser verschlossen, wie in Figur 3 dargestellt. In dieser Form ist es für den Betrachter ohne weiteres ersichtlich, daß der Origianlverschluß wie in Figur 2 dargestellt, nicht mehr besteht, daß vielmehr der Verschluß bereits einmal geöffnet wurde, indem der Aufreißbereich 4 fehlt. Damit ist auch für Laien und auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich, ob es sich um eine original-verschlossene Verpackung handelt oder nicht.
  • In Figur 5 ist schematisch dargestellt, wie ein erfindungsgemäßes Klebeband, aufgebracht als Verschluß auf einem Schlauchbeutel mit einer Längsreihe von Schwachstellen 10, und ausgerüstet mit einem Anfasser anfangs des Aufreißbereichs 4, durch Ziehen in Richtung der Pfeile A und dann B geöffnet werden kann.

Claims (7)

  1. Klebeband für den wiederverschließbaren Verschluß eines Schlauchbeutels oder dergleichen, aus einem mit einem Kleber (5a) teilbeschichteten Träger (2) mit einem seitlichen, in Längsrichtung des Klebebandes verlaufenden Anfasser (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Träger (2) angrenzend an den Anfasser (3) in einen Aufreißbereich (4) fortsetzt, der nach Art eines Original-Verschlusses in Längsrichtung des Klebebandes (1) aufreißbar und durch starkes Recken des Trägers (2) in Längsrichtung des Klebebandes (1) ausgebildet ist, sowie daran angrenzend sich in einen weiteren mit Kleber (5b) beschichteten Klebe-Bereich (6) fortsetzt.
  2. Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) eine transparente Polypropylen-Kunststoff-Folie und der Kleber (5a, 5b) ein Selbstkleber ist.
  3. Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anfang (8) des Aufreißbereichs (4) als Anfasser ausgebildet ist.
  4. Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufreißbereich (4) mit einem in Längsrichtung des Klebebandes (1) verlaufenden Aufreißstreifen (9) unterlegt ist.
  5. Klebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufreißbereich (4) in Längsrichtung des Klebebandes (1) verlaufende Perforationen oder Schlitze aufweist.
  6. Verwendung eines Klebebandes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5 als wiederverschließbarer Origianl-Verschluß eines Schlauchbeutels oder dergleichen, wobei der mit dem Kleber (5a) teilbeschichtete Träger (2) in an sich bekannter Weise über eine Längsreihe von Schwachstellen (10) in dem Schlauchbeutel oder dergleichen geklebt wird, zum erstmaligen Öffnen der Aufreißbereich (4) aufgerissen wird, worauf der Anfasser (3) zugänglich ist, der nun angehoben wird, bis der Kleber (5a) sich soweit von dem Schlauchbeutel oder dergleichen abhebt, bis die Schwachstellen (10) freiliegen und bei weiterem Anheben des Klebebandes (1) aufreißen und so den Verschluß öffnen, worauf der freigelegte Teil des Klebers (5a) erneut mit dem Schlauchbeutel oder dergleichen verklebt werden kann, wobei jedoch erkennbar bleibt, daß der Original-Verschluß nunmehr bereits geöffnet wurde.
  7. Schlauchbeutel oder dergleichen, verschlossen über einer Längsreihe von Schwachstellen (10) mit einem Klebeband gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5.
