Claims (7)

  1. Bande adhésive pour la fermeture refermable d'un petit sac ou analogue, constituée d'un support (2) partiellement revêtu d'une matière adhésive (5a), avec une patte de saisie latérale (3) courant dans le sens longitudinal de la bande adhésive, caractérisée en ce que le support (2) se prolonge, à la limite de la patte de saisie (3), par une zone de déchirure (4) qui, à la manière d'une fermeture d'origine, est déchirable dans le sens longitudinal de la bande adhésive (1) et est formée en étirant fortement le support (2) dans le sens longitudinal de la bande adhésive (1), et se prolonge aussi, à la limite de celle-ci, par une autre zone de collage (6) revêtue de matière adhésive (5b).
  2. Bande adhésive suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support (2) est un film plastique en polypropylène transparent et en ce que la matière adhésive (5a, 5b) est une matière autoadhésive.
  3. Bande adhésive suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le début (8) de la zone de déchirure (4) est formé par une patte de saisie (3).
  4. Bande adhésive suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la zone de déchirure (4) est munie d'une languette de déchirure (9) courant dans le sens longitudinal de la bande adhésive (1).
  5. Bande adhésive suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la zone de déchirure (4) présente des perforations ou des fentes disposées dans le sens longitudinal de la bande adhésive (1).
  6. Utilisation d'une bande adhésive suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 5 comme fermeture d'origine refermable d'un petit sac ou analogue, où le support (2) partiellement revêtu de matière adhésive (5a) est collé, de manière connue en soi, sur une ligne de zones de moindre résistance (10) prévue dans le petit sac ou analogue, où la zone de déchirure (4) est déchirée pour la première ouverture, où ensuite la patte de saisie (3) est accessible et est alors soulevée jusqu'à ce que la matière adhésive (5a) se détache du petit sac ou analogue et que les zones de moindre résistance (10) se découvrent et se rompent sous une traction supplémentaire sur la bande adhésive (1) et ouvrent ainsi la fermeture, et où enfin la partie libérée de la matière adhésive (5a) peut être à nouveau collée sur le petit sac ou analogue, tout en laissant apparaître que la fermeture d'origine a déjà été ouverte.
  7. Petit sac ou analogue, fermé sur une ligne de zones de moindre résistance (10) au moyen d'une bande adhésive suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 5.
