Claims (6)
- Hachoir contenant des couteaux qui présentent chacun une partie de serrage (1) configurée sous la forme d'un segment annulaire semi-circulaire avec une découpe centrale (2) en forme de demi-cercle et dotée de moyens de centrage disposés sur un arc de cercle commun, et qui présentent chacun une lame (5) en forme de faux raccordée sur la partie de serrage (1), le dispositif de coupe contenant également des disques de maintien des couteaux, pouvant être fixés à rotation entraînée sur l'arbre porte-lame du broyeur, caractérisé en ce que des boutons disposés à intervalles réguliers sur un arc de cercle commun sont fixés au disque de retenue, et en ce que deux alésages de centrage (3) sont prévus sur chaque couteau pour servir de moyen de centrage, le diamètre de ces alésages de centrage (3) correspondant en substance au diamètre des boutons, et en ce que plusieurs alésages de passage (4) de diamètre supérieur à celui des boutons sont disposés à écartement mutuel et à même distance des alésages de centrage (3) sur l'arc de cercle, et en ce que la lame (5) présente un tranchant (6) affûté en forme d'arc de cercle.
- Couteau pour broyeur, convenant à un broyeur selon la revendication 1, qui présente, fixé à rotation entraînée sur l'arbre porte-couteau du dispositif de coupe des disques de maintien des couteaux, des boutons disposés à intervalles réguliers sur un arc de cercle commun étant fixés au disque de retenue, chacun de ces couteaux présentant une partie de serrage (1) configurée sous la forme d'un segment annulaire semi-circulaire avec une découpe centrale (2) en forme de demi-cercle et dotée de moyens de centrage disposés sur un arc de cercle commun, chacun de ces couteaux présentant une lame (5) en forme de faux raccordée sur la partie de serrage (1), caractérisé en ce que deux alésages de centrage (3) sont prévus sur chaque couteau pour servir de moyen de centrage, le diamètre de ces alésages de centrage (3) correspondant en substance au diamètre des boutons, et en ce que plusieurs alésages de passage (4) de diamètre supérieur à celui des boutons sont disposés à écartement mutuel et à même distance des alésages de centrage (3) sur l'arc de cercle, et en ce que la lame (5) présente un tranchant (6) affûté en forme d'arc de cercle.
- Couteau pour broyeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les rapports au rayon (R) du couteau du rayon de courbure (A) du tranchant (6) et de la distance (B) séparant le centre de courbure (M) du tranchant (6) et l'axe (8) du couteau sont choisis de telle sorte que l'angle de courbe (α) vaut environ 55° tout au long du tranchant (6).
- Broyeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lorsque le rayon (r) de coupe augmente, le rapport de la largeur (C) de la lame au rayon (R) du couteau diminue de manière permanente depuis une valeur maximale d'environ 0,45, lorsque le rayon est minimum, à une valeur d'environ 0,17, lorsque le rayon vaut le rayon maximum (R), en passant par une valeur d'environ 0,29 lorsque le rapport des rayons (r/R) est de 0,8.
- Broyeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les rapports au rayon (r) du couteau du rayon de courbure (A') du tranchant (6') et de la distance (B') du centre de courbure (M') du tranchant (6') à l'axe (8) du couteau sont choisis de telle sorte que lorsque le rayon de coupe augmente, l'angle de coupe (α) passe d'environ 35° lorsque le rayon est minimum à environ 75° lorsque le rayon est maximum.
- Broyeur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le rayon (11) de l'arc de cercle des alésages de centrage (3) vaut approximativement la valeur moyenne du rayon intérieur (12) et du rayon extérieur (13) de la partie de serrage.
