Claims (6)
- Couteau (1), ayant au moins deux ailettes (2), susceptibles de tourner par un axe (3) commun, pour produire des tranches à partir de viande se présentant sous forme d'une barre, orientée parallèlement à l'axe (3) et mobile en direction longitudinale, chaque ailette (2) étant munie d'une arête de coupe (5) arquée, dont la longueur de coupe efficace correspond au moins au diamètre maximum de la barre de viande, caractérisé en ce qu'une masselotte supplémentaire est montée aux extrémités libres (6) des ailettes (2).
- Couteau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue comme masselotte supplémentaire un anneau (7) concentrique à l'axe (3) et reliant les extrémités (6) libres des ailettes (2).
- Couteau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un segment supplémentaire (9) formant masselotte est monté sur l'anneau (7), dans la zone de liaison de chaque ailette (2).
- Couteau selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les ailettes (2) sont fabriquées d'un seul tenant à partir d'une ébauche de couteau.
- Couteau selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque ailette (2) est constituée d'une pièce détachée, maintenue en position par un arbre entraînant le couteau (2) en rotation et par l'anneau (7).
- Couteau selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque ailette (2) présente un passage, de préférence carré, dont le contour intérieur correspond au contour extérieur de l'arbre, dans la zone de montage du couteau (1).
