Claims (8)

1. Dispositifs d'alimentation, d'orientation et de chargement automatique frontal pour rivets, complets de pistolet riveur, et qui sont constitués de:
a) un vibro-alimentateur avec les guides correspondants (40) sur lesquels les clous (41) suspendus à l'anneau des rivets (42) glissent verticalement;
b) un groupe d'assiette, qui se trouve à la sortie du vibrateur et qui est constitué d'un tambour (43) doté de rotation alternée de 180° et de cavité radiale verticale (46) ayant une partie terminale fermée; le rivet avec le clou (41) en face de la sortie du vibrateur est introduit dans ladite cavité;
c) systèmes d'alimentation des rivets (42) avec le clou sur une position inverse, du tambour (43) à un dispositif frontal de chargement (6);
d) un dispositif de chargement frontal (6) du clou dans l'ouverture (60) de la tête (7) du pistolet riveteur, dispositif qui est constitué d'un guide à cames (64), qui est fixe et en forme de parallèlipi- pède, et de deux articulations (68, 69') non alignées en ce qui concerne l'axe du pistolet riveteur, des articulations qui sont fixées individuellement - auprès d'une extrémité - de manière désarticulée sur une bride (71), qui est reliée solidement avec un curseur de glissement (69) qui glisse sur une tige (69') du pistolet riveteur (5) et sont fixées - auprès de l'autre extrémité - à une tête (51) dotée de pince (52), où la partie terminale de la rallonge d'une des deux articulations (68') est dotée d'une griffe d'arrêt (67) qui glisse dans les cavités (65, 65', 66, 66') du guide à cames (64), par conséquent ledit guide (64) pousse la pince (52) dans le système d'alimentation quand le curseur (69) est retiré, tandis qu'il la pousse vers l'axe de l'ouverture (50) quand le curseur (69) est fait avancer.

2. Dispositif d'après la revendication 1, où le tambour (43) est doté d'organes de fixation et de rotation alternée, consistant d'un pignon (45) solidaire avec le tambour et d'une crémaillère (44) qui est fixée à l'extrémité d'un piston (44') doté de mouvement alternatif vertical.
3. Dispositif d'après la revendication 1 ou 2, où le tambour (43) est doté de tuyau (50) pour de l'air comprimé, tuyau qui aboutit dans la cavité radiale verticale (46).
4. Dispositif d'après une des revendications précédentes, où les systèmes d'alimentation de clous du tambour (43) au dispositif de positionnement (6) présentent un passage de tuyau (48) qui est placé auprès du support (47) du tambour à la hauteur de la cavité (46), un tuyau souple (49) et un passage de tuyau (49') fixé au système de positionnement (6).
5. Dispositif d'après une des revendications précédentes, où le passage de tuyau (49') et le guide à cames (64) sont fixés latéralement sur le corps du pistolet riveteur (5).

Dispositif d'après une des revendications précédentes, où le guide à cames (64) présente deux rainures (65 et 65') placés parallèlement à l'axe du pistolet riveteur (5) et deux rainures parallèles obliques (66 et 66') qui sont reliées aux précédentes et sont disposées de biais par rapport à l'axe du pistolet riveteur (5).
7. Dispositif d'après une des revendications précédentes, où le curseur (69) glisse le long de la tige (69') au moyen d'un piston à air comprimé placé dans le corps du pistolet riveteur.
