Ungünstig bei dem vorbekannten Beschlag ist jedoch, daß sein Betätigungsgetriebe am Flügel des Fenster, der Tür od. dgl. insgesamt falzseitig vor dem hinterschnitten profilierten Führungskanal für die Treibstange eingebaut werden muß. Weil nämlich die Treibstange zur Erfüllung der ihr zugedachten Aufgabe im hinterschnitten profilierten Führungskanal einen relativ langen Stellweg, beispielsweise zwischen 35mm und 40mm, durchlaufen muß und der Drehwinkel für den Bedienungshandgriff des Betätigungsgetriebes hierbei höchstens 180 betragen darf, ist es einleuchtend, daß der hierfür notwendige Durchmesser des drehantreibbaren Antriebsgliedes einen relativ großen Einbauraum für das Betätigungsgetriebe vor der den Führungskanal enthaltenden Falzfläche des Flügels erforderlich macht. Der für den Einbau des bekannten Betätigungsgetriebes notwendige Freiraum vor der den Führungskanal enthaltenden Falzfläche des Flügelrahmens beträgt im günstigsten Falle immerhin mindestens 20mm, wobei ein solcher Freiraum bei der heute üblichen Formgestaltung der Metall- oder Kunststoffprofilie jedoch regelmäßig nicht zur Verfügung steht.A disadvantage of the known fitting, however, is that its actuating gear on the sash of the window, the door or the like must be installed overall on the rabbet side in front of the undercut profiled guide channel for the drive rod. Durch diese Ausgestaltungsmaßnahmen eines gattungsgemäßen Fensters bzw. einer gattungsgemäßen Tür od. dgl. und des zugehörigen Treibstangenbeschlages ergibt sich der Vorteil, daß ohne weiteres Metall- oder Kunststoffprofile handelsüblicher Art zum Einsatz gelangen können, die an ihrer Falzfläche einen einseitig offenen, aber beidseits in Querschnittsrichtung hinterschnitten profilierten Führungskanal zur längsschiebbaren Aufnahme von Treibstangen aufweisen, während andererseits ebenfalls die Möglichkeit besteht, handelsübliche Bedienungshandgriffe zu benutzen, die in einer auf der raumseitigen Stirnfläche des Flügelrahmens abgestützten Lagerrosette sitzen. Dieser bewegt dann die Sperrwippe 94 entgegen der Kraft der Schraubendruckfeder 102 in eine solche Stellung, daß ihr Sperrschenkel 99 mit den Sperr-Rastelementen 100 am Ausleger 101 außer Blockiereingriff gelangt. Claims (17)

1. A window or door or the like wherein at least the frame (1) of the moving member, hereinafter called panel, is combined from metal or plastics sections having on their rebated surface (4) a guide channel (5) which is open on one side but undercut on both sides transversely and which serves to receive a positioning bar (9) movable lengthwise in such channel, the positioning bar (9) being adapted to be coupled from the open side of the channel with an actuating transmission (10) having a driving member, such as a pinion (14), which is mounted in a casing (13) and is rotatable by an operating handle (11), the casing (13) being supported before the open side of the guide channel (5) on the metal or plastics section and being attachable thereto by screwed fastenings, the operating handle (11) being engaged positively by way of a polygonal shank, for example, a square or hexagonal shank, from the room-side end face of the moving frame (1) through an aperture (32) in the metal or plastics section, in a companion recess (26a, 26b) in the driving member (9) and being maintained in engagement therewith by means of a screwed fastening,
characterised in that
at least the metal and/or plastics section of the moving frame (1) is formed with an aperture (27) in the zone where the actuating transmission (10) is fitted,
the latter aperture (27) extends through the base (8) of the guide channel (5) in the metal and/or plastics section,
that casing part (15) of the actuating transmission (10) which receives the driving member (pinion 14) is mounted extends through the aperture (27) in the guide channel base (8),
while merely a casing part (16) of the actuating transmission (10), the latter part guiding for longitudinal movement a coupling slider (17) in permanent engagement with the driving member (pinion 14), bears on the metal and/or plastics section before the open side (7) of the guide channel (5),
the length of the coupling slider (17) is longer at least by its maximum adjustment travel than the length (28) of the aperture (27) in the guide channel base (8),
the coupling slider (17) has at both ends rearwardly directed entraining projections (17a, 17b) which project from a slot in the casing part (16; 16a, 16b) guiding it
and which are engageable in companion recesses (26a, 26b) in the positioning bar (9), and
the casing part (15) has at least on one side but preferably on both sides of the driving member (pinion 14), in a plane (20 - 20) which is parallel to the direction of coupling slider movement and which passes through the rotational axis (21) of the driving member (pinion 14), a screwthreaded socket (19) for fixing screws (43) which also extend through a bearing rose (12) for the operating handle (11), the rose (12) bearing on the room-side end face (31) of the moving frame (1).
2. A window or door or the like according to claim 1,
characterised in that
the rotational axis (21) of the driving member (pinion 14) and the screwthreaded sockets (19) receiving the fixing screws (43) in the casing (13) of the actuating transmission (10) are disposed in a plane (20 - 20) which coincides at least substantially with half the thickness of the base wall (3) of the guide channel (5).
3. A window or door or the like according to claim 1 and/or 2,
characterised in that
the aperture (32) through which the polygonal shank (41) of the operating handle (11) extends and the apertures (33a, 33b) through which the fixing screws (43) of the bearing rose (12) extend are bores which extend through an undercut zone (6) of the guide channel (5) as far as the aperture (27 in Figs. 1 to 4) in the guide channel base (8).
4. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 1 to 3,
characterised in that
the casing part (16) has at least at its ends, for example, on cantilever arms (16a, 16b), support claws (24) which cantilever out on both sides and which are adapted to engage the end face of the moving frame parts (16) bounded by the undercut guide channel (5).
5. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 1 to 4,
characterised in that
the casing part (16) has, on its side next to the room-side end face (31) of the moving frame (1), a coupling engagement (25 in Fig. 2) for a plug connector (38), the coupling engagement (25) being in alignment with the rotational axis (21) of the driving member (pinion 14), the plug connector being engageable in the coupling engagement (25) from the room-side end face (31) of the moving frame (1) through the registering bore (32) therein.
6. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 1 to 5,
characterised in that
the coupling engagement comprises a projecting neck (25) around which the plug connector (38) can engage (Fig. 2), and the same has a collar (39) adapted to bear on the room-side end face (31 in Fig. 2) of the moving frame (1).
7. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 1 to 6,
characterised in that
the positioning bar (9) is formed near the actuating transmission (10) with a recess (44) whose length (40) is longer at least by the maximum adjustment travel of the coupling slider (17) than the length (28) of the aperture (27) in the guide channel base (8) and the recess (44) has a width greater than the internal width of the opening side (7) of the undercut guide channel (5), while the width (9) of the aperture (27) in the guide channel base (8) is at most equal to the internal width of the open side (7) of the guide channel (5).
8. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the recess (44) in the positioning bar (9 in Fig. 5) is open on one side and the recesses (26a, 26b in Fig. 5) are in the form of transverse slots disposed at a distance from the ends of the recess (44).
9. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that by way of fixing stays (42) secured at the rear concentrically of the axes of the fixing screws (43), the bearing rose (12) of the operating handle (11) engages in at least a substantial fit in the bores (33a, 33b) in the room-side end face (31) of the moving frame (1).
10. A window or door or the like wherein the frame (51) of the moving member, hereinafter called panel, is combined from metal or plastics sections having on their rebated surface (54) a guide channel (55) which is open on one side but undercut on both sides transversely and which serves to receive a positioning bar (59) movable lengthwise in such channel, the positioning bar (59) being adapted to be coupled from the open side of the channel with an actuating transmission (50) having a driving member, such as a pinion (54), which is mounted in a casing (63) and is rotatable by an operating handle (61), the casing (63) being supported before the open side of the guide channel (55) on the metal or plastics section and being attachable thereto by screwed fastenings, the operating handle (61) being engaged positively by way of a polygonal shank, for example, a square or hexagonal shank, from the room-side end face of the moving frame (51) through an aperture (72) in the metal or plastics section in a companion recess (76a, 76b) in the driving member (59) and being maintained in engagement therewith by means of a screwed fastening,
characterized in that
at least the metal and/or plastics section of the moving frame (51) is formed with an aperture (77) in the zone where the actuating transmission (610) is fitted,
the latter aperture (77) extends through the base (58) of the guide channel (55) in the metal and/or plastics section,
that casing part (65) of the actuating drive (60) on which the driving member (pinion 64) is mounted extends through the aperture (77) in the guide channel base (58),
while merely a casing part (66) of the actuating transmission (60), the latter part guiding for longitudinal movement a coupling slider (67) in permanent engagement with the driving member (pinion 64) bears on the metal and/or plastics section before the open side (57) of the guide channel (55),
the length of the coupling slider (67) is greater at least by its maximum adjustment travel than the length (78) of the aperture (77) in the guide channel base (58),
the coupling slider (67) has at both ends rearwardly directed entraining projections (67a, 67b) which project from a slot in the casing part (66; 66a, 66b) guiding it
and which are engageable in companion recesses (76a, 76b) in the positioning bar (59),
profiled web pairs (74, 75) which extend at least near the casing part (65) on both longitudinal sides of the casing (63) parallel to the direction of movement of the coupling slider (67) and which project laterally from the casing (63) are provided and serve as an underweb (74a, 75a) and an overweb (74b, 75b) for the edges of the undercut zones (56) in the guide channel (55), and
at least in and/or on one (74b) of the overwebs (74b, 75b) a clamping member, such as a clamping screw (82), is retained and/or guided towards an undercut zone (56) of the guide channel (55).
11. A window or door or the like according to claim 10, characterised in that the overwebs (74b, 75b) of the web pairs (74, 75) each extend along the casing part (66), preferably over the whole length thereof, whereas the underwebs (74a, 75a) are disposed merely on the casing part (65).
12. A window or door or the like according to claim 10 and/or 11,
characterised in that
the spacing (80b) of the casing outside surfaces (flanks 74c, 75c) directed away from one another between the web pairs (74, 75) on both sides is less than the spacing (57) between the facing edges of the undercut zones (56) of the guide channel (55) and the aperture (77) in the guide channel base (58) has a width (79) greater at least by the difference between the spacings (80b, 57) than the maximum thickness (80a) of the casing zone (65).
13. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 10 to 12, characterised in that the overwebs (74b, 75b) of the web pairs (74, 75) have at least in the part of the casing zone (65) receiving the driving member (pinion 64), a greater cross-sectional width than the underwebs (74a, 75a in Figs. 2 to 4).
14. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 10 to 13,
characterised in that
the smallest internal distance between the underwebs (74a) and the overwebs (74b) of the web pair (74) is greater than the cross-sectional thickness of the undercut zone edges of the guide channel (55), while the smallest internal distance between the underweb (75a) and the overweb (75b) of the other web pair (75) corresponds approximately to the cross-sectional thickness of the undercut zone edges of the guide channel (55 in Figs. 2 - 4).
15. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 10 to 14,
characterised in that
the casing part (65) is offset from the casing part (67) lengthwise on both sides to form in each case a claw (84a, 84b), the distance between the base surfaces (85a, 85b) of the two claws (84a, 84b) is less than the length (78) of the aperture (77) in the guide channel base (58), and the distance between the free ends (86a, 86b) of the two claws (84a, 84b) is adapted to the length (78) of the aperture (77).
16. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 10 to 15,
characterised in that
the claw parts (88a, 88b) of the casing part (65) have a screwthreaded socket (89a, 89b) for fixing screws (90) on at least one side and preferably on both sides of the driving member (pinion 64) in a plane (70 - 70) which is parallel to the direction of movement of the coupling slider (67) and which passes through the rotational axis (71) of the driving member (pinion 64), and the fixing screws (90) also extend through a bearing rose (62) for the operating handle (61), the bearing rose (62) bearing on the room-side end face of the moving frame (51
17. A window or door or the like according to any of claims 10 to 16,
characterised in that
the casing part (66) has a spring-biased (102) locking rocker (94) of a malfunction lock, such rocker being so retained (96, 97) as to be tiltable around an axis (93) extending parallel to the length of the casing part (66), the malfunction lock having a locking arm (99) adjustable into and out of locking engagement with locking detent elements (100) disposed on a cantilever arm (101) of the coupling slider (67), the cantilever arm (101) projecting from the casing part (66).
