Description

The invention relates to a rod guide for the flat ribbon rod of a rod lock, which is intended in particular for assembly in the canting space of sheet metal cabinet doors and in which the flat ribbon rod carries locking means, such as pins, hooks, roller pins or double roller pins, which can only be removed with great difficulty.

A rod guide for the flat strip rod of a rod lock, which is arranged in the canting space of sheet metal cabinets, is known from European Patent 0 176 890. The rod guide shown there is provided with recesses and, in addition to guiding the rods, is also used for locking by holding a pin carried by the cabinet body when the sheet metal cabinet door is closed, onto which an axial cutout of the flat ribbon rod is then pushed, thereby effecting the locking. Although this results in a relatively stable locking, this type of locking requires a very precise assembly of both the rod guide and the bolt to be received by the rod guide so that the door can be closed properly at all, and there is the further disadvantage that, the Rod of the rod lock can be used for both right and left-hinged doors, only locking can take place at the ends of the rod. With larger sheet metal cabinet heights and greater loads, for example due to the explosion pressure of arcs inside the control cabinet, it may be necessary not only to lock the door leaf at the top and bottom, but also at intermediate heights, which is not possible with the known rod lock or only if others are accepted Disadvantages such as asymmetry of the bars of the bar lock can be realized.

Another disadvantage of the known rod guide is that the rod can only be inserted into the guide by being axially inserted from above or below. With a certain construction of the rod lock this can lead to difficulties or be completely impossible.

Another disadvantage of the above-mentioned document is that it is not shown how the rod guide is attached to the door leaf.

The object of the invention is to develop a rod guide of the type mentioned in such a way that the type of attachment to the door leaf is clear, but in particular also in that the rod guide does not have to be pushed axially onto the rod, or the rod does not axially into the Rod guide can be pushed laterally onto the rod, clipped on or in a similar manner, so that it is not necessary to push the entire rod axially through the rod guide.

The task is alternatively solved by two different constructions. According to a first alternative, the rod guide consists of a one-piece L-shaped angle piece made of resilient material, such as plastic, on one leg of which a fastening hole is arranged and on the other leg on the outside on its free edge and in the angular region between the two legs A projecting, hook-shaped bar is provided for guiding the flat ribbon rod. According to a second alternative, but which fulfills the same task, the rod guide is an L-shaped angle piece which has two mutually lockable parts made of rigid material such as metal, the first part being a first L-shaped angle piece part, on one leg of which for screw fastening a first opening for receiving a fastening bolt or the like is provided in the door leaf corner space, and on the other leg on the outside of its free edge there is a projecting bar with a hook-shaped profile, and the second part is a second L-shaped angle part, on the other of which a leg for screw fastening or the like. together with the first contra-angle part, a second opening or incision is provided, the other leg of which protrudes over the outer angular region between the two limbs of the first L-shaped contra-angle part, has a hook-shaped strip in profile for guiding the flat band sta forms.

Both approaches have the advantage that they do not require an axial pushing of the ribbon rod to be guided, but e.g. can be attached to the side of the rod and then mounted on the door leaf. This simplifies the assembly of the ribbon rod lock in many applications, and it also enables the assembly of ribbon rod locks with rods that cannot be inserted axially due to the construction of the ribbon rods by guides.

Both approaches enable different embodiments. In the first-mentioned type of rod guide, stiffening walls can be arranged on both sides of the fastening hole within the space surrounded by the legs, which is particularly advantageous if the rod guide is injection molded from plastic.

According to yet another embodiment, the walls, which extend and widen skirting boards, can extend from the outer surface of the leg carrying the fastening hole. This benefits an improved support when fastening by means of welding studs in particular, because welding residues then do not appear to be a nuisance.

This reduced cross-section could be formed, for example, by a triangular groove, the triangle tip being close to the associated inner corner of the guideway. In particular, the hook strip attached to the corner corner area could form a resilient clip, the end of which rests on the attachment surface for

die Stangenführung abstützt.supports the rod guide.

According to yet another embodiment, the rod guide can be shaped in such a way that the angular outer surfaces around the fastening hole form an undercut for receiving burr (for screw fastening) or welding material (for welding stud fastening).

The leg forming the guide channel preferably has a greater axial extent than the leg provided with the fastening hole.

According to yet another embodiment, the reinforcement walls and / or the side edges of the leg or the extended guide channel can form a stop surface for a locking part carried by the rod.

In particular, however, a stop surface can be provided, which represents a locking part carried by the door frame or an alignment projection. This has the particular advantage that the door edge of a door that has a labyrinth for water-repellent ventilation instead of a rubber seal (which acts as a stop) does not directly hit the painted surface of the door frame and possibly damage the paint there, but instead is damaged by keep the anchor devices at a defined distance.

The alternative construction also allows several embodiments that can be used with advantage. For example, the second opening or the incision could be arched and have a radius that is considerably larger than that of the fastening bolt in order to accommodate burrs, welding residues or the like here too, and thereby to bring about a full support of the rod guide on the door leaf. The advantage of the arch-shaped incision (compared to a round hole of the same radius) is that it is easy to install: the second contra-angle part can be subsequently pushed under the first contra-angle part already placed on the screw bolt or the like. Before inserting the second contra-angle part, the flat ribbon rod can still be pushed under the hook of the first contra-angle part.

For more precise guidance of the narrow edge of the flat bar, it is also advantageous if the second elbow part forms an incision in its second leg, which faces away from the door leaf level, from which a guide lug or a guide web for one narrow side of the flat bar starts. This guide nose or web can be created by bending the leg end in the area of the incision by 90 ° inwards, or also by cutting into the other leg and bending out an auxiliary leg parallel to the second leg, but shorter and offset inwards be. The two parts can be punched out of metal or injection molded or cast from light metal, or at least one part can be injection molded from plastic.

Fig. 1 shows in a view from the rear of a sheet metal cabinet door 12 the canting space or channel 10 of the sheet metal cabinet door 12, a rod lock 14 arranged in this space, consisting of a lock 16, from which a flat ribbon rod 18 extending in the canting space 10 extends, on the one hand is slidably mounted within the lock 16, but also on the door leaf 12 in a rod guide 20. The sheet metal cabinet door 12, as can be seen in FIG. 3, is hinged to the cabinet body 24 in a manner known per se via hinge straps 22, which in turn exploit the other tilting space 11, which is welded between the outer bend 26 of the door 12 and one welded onto the inside of the door leaf 12 , A seal 28 receiving profile sheet 30 is formed. Usually, in sheet metal cabinets which have such tilting spaces 10, 11, in the tilting space for the lock one or, if the use of retractable pivot lever locks is planned, two rectangular openings 32 and 34 arranged symmetrically to the horizontal door center 36 are arranged.

As shown in Fig. 2, an axial sectional view ent Long the line BB of FIG. 1 can be seen, a hook-like projection 38 is screwed to the cabinet body 24, into which a double roller pin 40 carried by the locking rod 18 penetrates when the rod lock 18 is closed and thus forms a lock 42. In the sectional view CC through this lock, see FIG. 4, it can be seen that the rod 18, which is rectangular in cross section and made of flat strip material, carries a pin 44 in an interference fit which holds rollers 46 rotatably on both sides. The roles have so much play that they are easily rotatable, but can not slide off the pin 44, due to a head 48 on one side of the pin 44, and a flare 52, which after mounting the pin and rollers on the opposite side of the pen is generated.

The hook 38 is provided with a slot 50 for receiving the rod 18, the cross section of FIG. 4 giving the hook a U-shape in profile, the web of the U having a threaded hole into which a fastening screw 51 can be screwed to fix the hook 38, wherein the hook 38 can also have a rotation lock, for example in the form of a prismatic opening in the cabinet body 24, into which corresponding projections of the hook can be inserted in a rotationally secure manner.

74 aufweist und dadurch eine Führungsbahn 76 für die Flachbandstange bildet.FIG. 5, the sectional view DD according to FIG. 1, shows a rod guide 20 in which a part to be described, preferably molded from plastic, is arranged in a rotationally secured manner by means of a stud arrangement in the corner space of the bending space 10 and is designed in such a way that the ribbon rod 18 can be inserted into the guide by bending a projection 54 beforehand, after which the fastening nut 56 of the welding bolt 58 can then be tightened, as a result of which the projection 54 presses securely against the rod 18. The guide 20 can also be attached to the other side of the rod 18, i.e. outside the corner area of the door leaf which is difficult to access for welding work, in which case the base of the rod guide 20 could carry small projections which increase the friction, so that even then when welding studs are fastened, a suitable separate anti-rotation lock is achieved. In FIG. 6, the rod guide part injection molded from plastic and used in FIG. 5 is drawn out more clearly in an axial sectional view (left), a view from the rear (right) and a view from above (below). As can be seen, the rod guide 20 consists of a base bracket 60 made of resilient material, in particular plastic, one leg 62 of which has a fastening hole 64 and the other leg 66 on its upwardly free edge 68 and in the angular region 70 between the two legs 62, 66 each has a projecting ledge 72 or 74 which is hook-shaped in profile and thereby forms a guideway 76 for the flat ribbon rod.

On both sides of the mounting hole 64, stiffening walls 78 are arranged within the angle, which results in sufficient strength for the overall arrangement, in particular when produced from flexible plastic.

The hook-shaped strips 72, 74 are angled obliquely outwards at their hook ends and thus facilitate the insertion of the flat ribbon rod through this funnel shape. In addition, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 6, the hook strip 74 fastened to the corner corner region 70 can have an approach of reduced cross-section, whereby this reduced cross-section can be formed, for example, by a triangular groove 80, the triangular tip near the associated inner corner 82 of FIG Guideway 76 lies. When inserting the base bracket 60 or at least before tightening the corresponding fastening screw, the hook bar 74 can then be folded away in the direction of the arrow 84 and the rod pushed into the upper hook and then the bar 74 (which represents the projection 54 according to FIG. 5). can be folded in again, whereupon the base bracket 60 is fastened in the corner area, as a result of which the fold-away hook 74 is held in place by the bottom surface (see FIG. 5) of the door leaf.

As is clear from FIG. 7 of a similar embodiment as FIG. 6, baseboards 88 which continue and work on the walls 78 can emanate from the outer surface 86 of the leg 62 carrying the fastening hole 64.

The advantage of this construction according to FIG. 7 can be seen in the fact that more space is available for accommodating burrs or welding residues when the welding stud is fastened.

In a similar embodiment to FIG. 6, FIG. 8 shows a base bracket for a rod guide, in which the hook strip attached to the corner corner region 70 forms a resilient clip 90, the end 92 of which is supported on the fastening surface for the rod guide, not shown here that the pivoting movement in the direction of arrow 84 cannot take place. Overall, however, this clip-like configuration 90 is so flexible that even after assembly there is sufficient flexibility to first push the flat rod in at the top, and then to push it in at the bottom via the running surface of the clip 90, the clip yielding so far that the rod finally jumps in around the corner 94 and is then held there.

It is clear from FIG. 9 that the leg 66 forming the guide channel can have a greater axial extent than the leg 62 provided with a bore.

The rod guide is preferably shaped in such a way that the angular outer surface around the bore forms an undercut 96, in turn, for receiving burr (for screw fastening) or welding material (for welding stud fastening).

In den Fig. 10 bis 14 wird eine Stangenführung dargestellt, die aus zwei Teilen besteht, nämlich aus einem ersten Winkel 110, dessen einer Schenkel 114 zur Schraubbefestigung im Türblatteckraum mit einem torbogenförmigen Einschnitt 116 zur Aufnahme des Befestigungsbolzens 58 versehen ist, und dessen anderer Schenkel 118 eine Führung für die eine, vom Türblatteckraum weggerichtete Fläche 120 der Flachbandstange 18 bildet, sowie weiterhin einen zweiten Winkel 112 (Fig. 11), dessen einer Schenkel 122 zur Schraubbefestigung zusammen mit dem ersten Winkel 110 mit einer Rundbohrung 124 versehen ist und dessen anderer Schenkel 126 eine Führung für die andere, zum Türblatteckraum liegende Fläche 128 der Flachbandstange 18 bildet und am Ende in einen die eine Schmalseite 130 der Flachbandstange 18 umgreifenden Haken 132 bildet.10 to 14, a rod guide is shown, which consists of two parts, namely a first angle 110, one leg 114 is provided for screw fastening in the door leaf corner with an arch-shaped incision 116 for receiving the fastening bolt 58, and the Sen other leg 118 forms a guide for the one, facing away from the door leaf corner area 120 of the flat bar 18, and also a second bracket 112 (Fig. 11), one leg 122 for screw fastening together with the first bracket 110 is provided with a round bore 124 and whose other leg 126 forms a guide for the other surface 128 of the flat bar 18 lying to the corner of the door leaf and at the end forms a hook 132 encompassing one narrow side 130 of the flat bar 18.

As can be clearly seen from FIG. 12, the arch-shaped incision 116 has a radius which is substantially larger than the round opening 124 of the angle 112 adapted to the radius of the fastening bolt, again for the purpose of picking up burrs, welding residues or the like can and allow a full support of the angle on the mounting surface within the door leaf corner. As can be seen in FIG. 10, the bend 134 of the door leaf 12 results in a stop surface for the free edges 136 and 138 of the two angles 110, 112 and thus an excellent rotation lock in connection with the tightened screw connection 58. Instead of the arch-shaped incision, a closed one can also be used Breakthrough (round hole) should be provided with the same radius. Then the two brackets can only be installed at the same time (with the flat bar inserted). The incision allows the assembly of the second bracket, ribbon bar and bracket in separate steps, which can bring advantages.

As can be seen from FIG. 13, the first angle 110 can form an incision 140 in its second leg 118, which is directed away from the door leaf plane, from which a guide nose or a guide web 142 (FIG. 12) or 144 (FIG. 13) for the other narrow side 146 of the flat ribbon rod 18. The guide nose or the guide web can have been created by bending the leg end in the area of the incision by 90 ° inwards, see FIGS. 13 and 14, or by cutting into the other leg 136 and bending out a parallel to the second leg 118, but shorter and inwardly displaced auxiliary leg, see Fig. 12 and Fig. 10. The advantage of both designs is that the flat bar 18 is a little greater distance from the door leaf level 12, which can be advantageous with respect to other rod locking devices .

The two parts 110, 112 shown in FIGS. 10 to 14 can be punched out of metal, but alternatively a production out of plastic is also conceivable.

In general, it will be advantageous to mount the rod guide 20 as close as possible to one of the locking hooks 38 in order to keep the lever forces acting on the flat ribbon rod as small as possible. If one moves the two parts 20 and 38 even closer together than is shown in FIG. 2, it can be achieved that the lower part 148 of the hook 38 is supported on a corresponding contact surface 150 of the rod guide 20 and thus a particularly precise guidance of the door leaf with respect to the door frame results. The guidance is similar to how it is achieved by other means in the prior art. In particular, the hook 38 is jammed between the surface 150 of the rod guide 20 and the double roller pin 40, so that an extremely vibration-proof locking effect is achieved. Depending on the construction of the rod guide 20 comes as a support surface 150 z. B. the reinforcement wall 78 in question, or also the side edges of the leg 68 or, in Fig. 9, the end face of the extended guide channel.

Special alignment projections, which start from the door frame 24, can also be provided as an alignment device instead of the hook 38, which, in conjunction with the rod guide 20, result in the door leaf being fixed in relation to the door frame in the closed state.
