Abstract

Als Zwischenträger für eine isolierende Gebäudeflächenbekleidung wird eine Kunststoffolie 4 vorgeschlagen, die gebildet ist aus parallelen, einander abwechselnden schwalbenschwanzförmigen Stegen 41 und Nuten 42. Auf der zur Untergrundbefestigung vorgesehenen Rückseite 4a dieser Kunststoffolie ist ein aufgeklebtes oder teilweise eingeschmolzenes grobmaschiges Netzvlies vorgesehene mit den Fäden 31 und 32. Ein solches Netzvlies überspannt die gesamte Rückseite 4a.

Description

  • Die Aufbringung von Bekleidungen an oder in Gebäuden in Form von Keramikplattenbelägen oder einem Putz ist vielfach prob­lematisch. Schäden in Form von Rissen oder Ablösen der Ver­kleidung vom Untergrund treten häufig dann auf, wenn unter­schiedliche Ausdehnungsspannungen im Wand- bzw. Bodenunter­grund und in der Verkleidung auftreten. Auch das Durchtreten von Feuchtigkeit durch die Verkleidung kann zu Schäden führen, beispielsweise bei Gips- oder Spanfaserplatten als Untergrund. Keramikplattenbeläge werden vielfach im soge­nannten Dünnschichtverfahren verlegt, bei dem ein geeigneter Kontaktkleber Verwendung findet. Es erweist sich in der Praxis schwierig, geeignete Kleber zu finden, die sowohl für den Untergrund als auch für die Rückseite einer Keramik­platte gleichermaßen geeignet sind. Die anzubindenden Werk­stoffe sind in der Praxis so unterschiedlich, daß der jeweilig verwendete Kleber immer ein Kompromiß bleibt.
  • Bekannt ist aus der CH-PS 630 984 eine feuchtigkeitsundurch­lässige, isolierende Kunststoffolie für eine Gebäudeflächen­bekleidung mit zueinander paralleler wechselseitig offener, im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanzförmiger Profilierung. Da eine solche Kunststoffolie in Querrichtung zu der Profilierung dehnfähig ist, ermöglicht sie zur Breitenanpassung an den Untergrund einen Längenausgleich. Eine solche bekannte Kunst­stoffolie bildet mit ihren Stegen an einer Seite Befestigungs­rippen, die vorzugsweise im aushärtbaren Untergrund verklammernd eingebracht werden sollen. Die gebildeten nach außen offenen schwalbenschwanzförmigen Nuten dienen dabei zur Befriedigung ästhetischer Ansprüche sowie der Abführung von Feuchtigkeit in vertikaler Richtung bei entsprechendem Einbau.
  • Kunststoffolien dieser Art lassen sich in der Regel nur dann in ausreichendem Maße in einem Mörtel oder Kleber an einer Wand befestigen, wenn die Kontaktschicht ausreichend dick ist, so daß der Mörtel oder der Kleber in die gebildeten schwalben­schwanzförmigen Fugen nahezu ausfüllend eingreift. Der die Fugen ausfüllende Mörtel bzw. der aushärtende Kleber beschränkt die Dehnfähigkeit einer solchen eingebauten Kunststoffolie quer zur Richtung der Stege.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine Kunststoffolie für eine isolierende Gebäudeflächenbekleidung, mit zueinander paralleler wechselseitig offener, im Querschnitt schwalben­schwanzförmiger Profilierung so vorzubereiten, daß sie zur Erstellung von feuchtigkeitsundurchlässigen Aufbauten einge­setzt werden kann, in denen vom Untergrund oder der Verklei­dung herrührende Spannungen weitgehend ausgeglichen werden können, und bei der die Auswahl der einzusetzenden Verbindungs­mittel wie Kleber oder Mörtel erleichtert wird.
  • Gelöst wird die Erfindungsaufgabe mit einer solchen Kunst­stoffolie, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß auf einer Seite der Kunststoffolie ein grobmaschiges Netzvlies fest aufgebracht ist. Dabei können die Fäden des Netzvlieses teilwiese vorstehend angeordnet sein. Vorzugsweise ist das Netzvlies in den die gebäudeseitige Anlagefläche bildenden Abschnitten eingepreßt bzw. teilweise eingeschmolzen.
  • Eine solche erfindungsgemäße Kunststoffolie wird mit der mit dem Netzvlies versehenen Folienseite auf dem Gebäudeuntergrund mit einer Kontaktschicht angeklebt. Die Fäden des Netzvlieses dienen dabei als Verklammerungselemente, wodurch die Kontakt­verbindung zwischen dem Untergrund und der Kunststoffolie stark verbessert wird. Das Netzvlies verhindert dabei, daß der Kleber oder der Mörtel in nennenswertem Maße in die zur Gebäudeseite offenen Nuten eindringt. Die auf diese Weise auf dem Untergrund angebrachte Kunststoffolie kann nunmehr als Träger für Verklei­dungen, wie beispielsweise Keramikplattenbelägen, dienen, die mit einem Mörtel oder Kleber in größerer Schichtdicke befestigt werden. Von der Vorderseite der Kunststoffolie her wird dabei der Mörtel vollflächig und die Fugen ausfüllend aufgebracht. Keramikplatten oder Putzmörtel werden dann in bekannter Weise darauf aufgebracht. Die Kunststoffolie wird insbesondere dann zur Flächenbekleidung eingesetzt, wenn Spannung zwischen Untergrund und Bekleidung auszugleichen sind, beispielsweise im Bereich von Wänden oder Fußböden, in denen Heizungseinrich­tungen eingebaut sind. Da von der Rückseite her die Nuten der Kunststoffolie offen bleiben, bleibt diese als Zwischenträger eingesetzte Folie quer zu den Stegen in ausreichendem Maße dehnfähig und ist so in der Lage, auftretende Spannungen zwischen Untergrund und äußerer Verkleidung in weitem Maße auszugleichen.
  • Zur Erfindung gehört auch der Vorschlag, am Ende und/oder am Anfang einer solchen Kunststoffolie einen unprofilierten glatten Überlappungsabschnitte vorzusehen, der das Verlegen solcher Folien erleichtert.
  • Anhand eines im Prinzip abgebildeten Ausführungsbeispieles wird die Erfindung im folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch den Aufbau einer mit der erfindungsgemäßen Kunststoffolie und darauf aufgebrachten Keramikplatten verkleideten Wand,
    • Fig. 2 eine vergrößerte Teilansichtsdarstellung des Endes einer eingesetzten Kunststoffolie,
    • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie I-I in Fig. 2
      und
    • Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 2.
  • Die in den Figuren dargestellte Kunststoffolie 4 ist, wie insbesondere aus Figur 3 ersichtlich, profiliert. Das Profil wird gebildet aus parallelen einander abwechselnden schwalben­schwanzförmigen Stegen 41 und Nuten 42. Die zur Untergrund­befestigung dienende Rückseite trägt die Ziffer 4a, die zur Verkleidungsseite gerichtete Vorderseite trägt die Ziffer 4b. An der Rückseite 4a sind Verklammerungselemente vorgesehen in Form eines aufgeklebten oder teilweise eingeschmolzenen grobmaschigen Netzvlieses 3. Die Fäden dieses Netzvlieses 3 tragen die Ziffern 31 und 32. Ein solches Netzvlies überspannt die gesamte Rückseite 4a. Lediglich im oberen und unteren Bereich, in dem ein flacher Überlappungsabschnitt 43 ausgebil­det ist, kann dieses Vlies entfallen.
  • Aufgrund der gewählten Profilierungen ist eine solche Kunst­stoffolie in Querrichtung zu den Stegen 41 dehnfähig. Die Vorderseite 4b der Kunststoffolie ist bezüglich der einzelnen Flächen besonders glatt, da in bestimmten Anwendungsfällen nach Möglichkeit die Anhaftung einer aufzubringenden Spachtelschicht vermieden werden soll.
  • Bei dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Wandaufbau ist auf dem Wanduntergrund 1, beispielsweise aus Gipsplatten oder Span­faserplatten eine Kleberschicht 2 aufgebracht. Auf diese Schicht 2 werden Kunststoffolien 4 in entsprechender Größe und Überdeckung aufgeklebt. Die Überlappungsabschnitte können dabei noch zusätzlich durch Verklebung oder Verschweißung abge­dichtet werden. Das auf der Rückseite 4a der Kunststoffolie 4 vorgesehene Netzvlies 3 verklammert sich mit seinen Fäden 31 und 32 in der Kleberschicht 2 und ist damit fest mit dem Wand­untergrund 1 verbunden. Auf die Vorderseite 4a wird ein Spach­telmörtel 5 aufgebracht, der in die Nuten eindringt und sich dort aufgrund der Hinterschneidungen verklammert. Die gebildete glatt gespachtelte Fläche 5 bildet dann den Untergrund für die aufzubringende Bekleidung, die im Ausführungsbeispiel ein Plattenbelag aus Keramikplatten 7 ist. Zur Befestigung dieser Keramikplatten 7 wird auf die Spachtelfläche 5 der geeignete Kleber 6 aufgebracht. Die Keramikplatten 7 werden dann im bekannten Dünnbettschichtverfahren aufgebracht.
  • Ist ein Putzmörtel aufzubringen, so kann dieser direkt gege­benenfalls mit einem Unterputz auf der Vorderseite der Folie oder auf der gespachtelten Fläche 5 aufgebracht werden. Dabei kann es bei direkter Aufbringung zweckmäßig sein, auch an der Vorderseite der Folie zusätzliche Verklammerungselemente in Form eines grobmaschigen Netzvlieses vorzusehen.

Claims (4)

1. Kunststoffolie für eine isolierende Gebäudeflächenbekleidung, mit zueinander paralleler, wechselseitig offener, im Quer­schnitt schwalbenschwanzförmiger Profilierung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Seite (4a) der Kunst­stoffolie (4) ein grobmaschiges Netzvlies (3) fest aufge­bracht ist.
2. Kunststoffolie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß das Netzvlies (3) derart aufgebracht ist, daß die Fäden (31,32) gegenüber der Befestigungsfläche teilweise vorstehen.
3. Kunststoffolie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß das Netzvlies (3) in den die gebäudeseitige An­lagefläche bildenden Abschnitte eingepreßt bzw. teilweise eingeschmolzen ist.
4. Kunststoffolie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß am Ende und/oder am Anfang ein unprofilierter, glatter Überlappungsabschnitt (43) vorhanden ist.
