Description

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en plastfolie for en isolerende bygningsflatekledning, omfattende en folie profilert med steg og noter som er parallelle og vekselvis åpne i motsatte retninger og som i tverrsnitt er svalehale- eller trapesformet.
Anbringelse av kledning i form av keramiske plater eller puss på eller i bygninger er ofte problematisk. Skader i form av riss i kledningen eller at denne løsner fra underlaget opptrer ofte når der er ekspansjonsspenninger mellom vegg- respektivt gulvunderlaget og kledningen. Også gjennomtrengning av fuktighet gjennom kledningen kan medføre skader, f.eks. når underlaget er gips- eller sponplater. Belegg av keramiske plater anbringes ofte ved tynnsjiktsmetoden, hvorved det anvendes en egnet kontaktlim. Det har vist seg vanskelig i praksis å finne lim som er egnet både for underlaget og baksiden av de keramiske plater. Materi-alene som skal festes til hverandre er i praksis så forskjellige at limen som anvendes alltid blir et kompromiss.
Fra CH-patentskrift 630.984 er det kjent en fuktighets-ugjennomtrengelig, isolerende plastfolie for bygningsflatekledning med profil med parallelle renner som vekselvis er åpne i motsatte retninger og som i tverrsnitt er svalehaleformet. Idet en slik plastfolie kan bøyes i profilens tverretning kan den til-passes i bredden til underlaget. En slik kjent plastfolie danner med dens steg på en side festeribber som festes til et herdbart underlag. De dannede, utad åpne noter tilfredsstiller estetiske krav og tjener til å lede bort fuktighet når de er anbrakt verti-kalt.
Plastfolier av denne type kan som regel bare festes i util-strekkelig grad i en mørtel eller i en lim på en vegg når kon-taktsjiktet er tilstrekkelig tykt, slik at mørtelen eller limen nesten fyller de dannede, svalehaleformede noter. Mørtelen eller herdelimen som fyller notene begrenser bøyeligheten til en slik anbrakt plastfolie på tvers av stegretningen.
Formålet med oppfinnelsen er å frembringe en plastfolie som er egnet for anvendelse ved fremstilling av fuktighetsugjennom-trengelige kledninger og som i høy grad utligner spenninger som skyldes underlaget eller kledningen samt som øker utvalget av anvendbare klebemidler som lim eller mørtel.
Dette oppnås ifølge oppfinnelsen ved hjelp av en plastfolie som er kjennetegnet ved at det på foliens bakside er festet et i og for seg kjent grovmasket nettvlies på en slik måte at nettvliesets tråder delvis rager ut fra folien, og at nettvlieset er delvis innsmeltet i de avsnitt som danner plastfoliens anleggsflate mot bygningen.
En slik plastfolie klebes med den folieside som er utstyrt med nettvlieset til bygningsunderlaget med et kontaktlag. Trådene i vlieset tjener derved som festeorganer, hvormed kontaktforbin-delsen mellom underlaget og plastfolien bedres sterkt. Nettvlieset hindrer derved at klebemidlet eller mørtelen i nevne-verdig grad trenger inn i de noter som er åpne mot bygningen. Plastfolien som på denne måte er anbrakt på underlaget kan nå funksjonere som bærer for kledninger, såsom keramiske plater, som festes med en mørtel eller et klebemiddel■med stor sjikttykkelse. På plastfoliens fremside anbringes mørtelen over hele flaten og fyller alle fuger. Keramiske plater eller pussmørtel anbringes deretter på kjent måte. Plastfolien anvendes til kledning av flater særlig når spenninger mellom underlag og kledning skal ut-jevnes, f.eks. i vegger og gulv, med innebyggede varmeinnret-ninger. Som følge av at notene på plastfoliens bakside blir værende åpne, kan folien som mellomlag bøyes i tilstrekkelig grad på tvers av stegene, slik at den vil utjevne spenninger som opptrer mellom underlaget og den ytre kledning.
I den ene eller begge foliens ender kan den ha et jevnt overlappingsparti som gjør det lettere å anbringe slike folier.
Oppfinnelsen vil bli nærmere forklart i det etterfølgende under henvisning til den medfølgende tegning, hvor: Fig. 1 viser et tverrsnitt gjennom en vegg som er kledd med plastfolien ifølge oppfinnelsen og derpå anbrakte keramiske plater. Fig. 2 viser et forstørret utsnitt av enden av plastfolien.
Fig. 3 viser et snitt etter linjen I-l i fig. 2.
Fig. 4 viser et snitt etter linjen II-II i fig. 2. Figurene viser en plastfolie 4 som er profilert, slik det særlig fremgår av fig. 3. Profilen er dannet av vekselvis anord-nete, svalehaleformede steg 41 og noter 42. Baksiden, som skal festes til underlaget, er angitt med henvisningstall 4a, mens forsiden, som vender mot kledningen, er angitt med henvisningstall 4b. På baksiden 4a er det anordnet festeorganer i form av et pålimt og delvis innsmeltet, grovmasket nettvlies. Nettvliesets 3 tråder er angitt med henvisningstall 31 og 32. Et slikt nettvlies spenner over hele baksiden 4a. Bare i det øvre og nedre parti,
hvor det er utformet et flatt overlappingsavsnitt 43 kan dette nett utelates.
På grunn av de valgte profileringer kan en slik plastfolie bøyes i tverretning i forhold til stegene 41. Plastfoliens fremside er på de enkelte flater særlig glatt, idet i bestemte an-vendelsestilfeller skal hefteevnen til en sparkelmasse som skal påføres om mulig unngås.
I den veggkonstruksjon som er vist i fig. 1 er det på et veggunderlag, f.eks. av gipsplater eller sponplater, påført et klebemiddelsjikt 2. Til sjiktet 2 klebes det plastfolier 4 av tilsvarende størrelse og tildekning. Overlappingsavsnittene kan dessuten tettes ved liming eller sveising. Nettvlieset 3 som er anordnet på plastfoliens 4 bakside 4a er festet i klebemiddel-sjiktet 2 med dets tråder 31 og 32 og er derved godt festet til underlaget 1. På fremsiden 46 anbringes det en sparkelmasse 5 som trenger inn i notene 42 og der fester seg på grunn av bak-snittene. Den dannede, glattsparklede flate 5 blir derved underlag for kledningen som skal påføres og som i dette utførelses-eksempel er et platebelegg av keramiske plater 7. For å feste disse keramiske plater 7 anbringes det på sparkelmasseflaten 5 et egnet klebemiddel 6. De keramiske plater påføres deretter ved tynnsj iktsmetoden.
Dersom det skal påføres en pussmørtel, kan denne direkte, eller eventuelt med en grunningspuss, anbringes på foliens for-side eller på den sparklede flate 5. Ved direkte påføring kan det være hensiktsmessig også på fremsiden av folien å anordne ytter-ligere forankringselementer i form av et grovmasket nettvlies.

Claims (2)

1. Plastfolie for en isolerende bygningsflatekledning, omfattende en folie (4) profilert med steg og noter (41,42) som er parallelle og vekselvis åpne i motsatte retninger og som i tverrsnitt er svalehale- eller trapesformet, karakterisert ved at det på foliens (4) bakside (4a) er festet et i og for seg kjent grovmasket nettvlies (3) på en slik måte at nettvliesets tråder (31,32) delvis rager ut fra folien, og at nettvlieset (3) er delvis innsmeltet i de avsnitt som danner plastfoliens anleggsflate mot bygningen.
2. Plastfolie i samsvar med krav 1, karakterisert ved at det i enden(e) av folien (4) er utformet et uprofilert, plant overlappingsparti (43).
