Claims (20)

1. Tragbare, handgesteuerte Vorrichtung zur Bandumwicklung eines Stücks (C), wie insbesondere elektrische Kabelbäume, mit einem weichen Material (b) in Form eines Bandes, Streifens oder Schnur, die von einer Spule abgewickelt werden, welche von der Vorrichtung getragen wird, wobei diese eine Tragplatte (10) umfaßt, die einen Antriebsmotor (14) sowie die Steuerungselemente (30, 32) dieses Motors trägt und einen offenen Durchlaß (13) zur Aufnahme des Stücks (C) aufweist, einen auf der Tragplatte (10) rotierenden Drehkranz (16), dessen Drehung vom Motor (14) mittels eines Antriebselements (18) in Gang gesetzt wird, wobei der Kranz (16) eine Öffnung (15) aufweist, in welche das mit einem Band zu umwickelnde Stück (C) eintritt, wenn diese Öffnung (15) mit dem offenen Durchlaß (13) der Tragplatte zusammentrifft, und mindestens eine mit dem weichen Material (b) in Form eines Bandes, Streifens oder Schnur versehene Vorlagespule (B) sowie Vorgelege- und Führungselemente (52, 54, 56, 58, 60) für dieses Material (b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehkranz (16) am hinteren Ende seiner Öffnung (15), welche das Stück (C) aufnimmt, eine bogenförmige Führung (62) zur Positionierung des Stücks im Kranz (16) sowie einen Schlitz (64) aufweist, der in der Führung (62) zur Zuleitung des weichen Materials (b) zu Stück (C) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Führung (62) außerdem in der Nähe des Schlitzes (64) mindestens zwei Rollen (66) zur Vermeidung des Aufeinanderreibens des Materials (b) aufweist, wobei dessen spiralförmige Wicklung auf Stück (C) möglich bleibt, die auf die Drehung des Kranzes (16) und das von der Länge des Stücks (c) abhängige manuelle Verschieben der Tragplatte (10) folgt, wodurch die Kontrolle des Schrittes und der Richtung der Wicklung auf dem Stück ermöglicht wird, wobei die Tragplatte (10) mit einem einzelnen Handgriff (12) versehen ist, der von einer Hand des Benutzers gehalten wird, während Stück (C) von seiner anderen Hand geführt wird.
2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Schutzelemente (39, 41) vorgesehen sind, die von der Tragplatte (10) am Eingang des Durchlasses, der das mit Band zu umwickelnde Stück aufnimmt, getragen werden, wobei diese Schutzelemente vorzugsweise als Klappen, die bei der Betätigung des Drehkranzes (16) durch den Antriebsmotor in Verschlußstellung verriegelt sind und als runde, vorzugsweise durchsichtige Schutzkappe (71) ausgeführt sind.
3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Klappen (39, 41) mittels eines Stifts (44), der durch Bedienung der die Drehung des Motors (14) bewirkenden Drücker (30, 32) betätigt wird oder mittels eines elektrischen Kontaktverschlusses verriegelt werden.

Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auf der Tragplatte (10) vorgesehene Greifgriff (12) ein System mit zwei Drückern (30/32) zur Motorsteuerung umfaßt, wobei ein erster Drücker (30) die Steuerung der Motordrehung sicherstellt, um die Bandumwicklung auszuführen, und ein zweiter Drücker (32) eine weitere Steuerung der Drehung gewährleistet, um eine Folge von exakten Rückstellbewegungen des Drehkranzes auszulösen, damit das Gerät in Öffnungsposition gebracht wird, d.h. in eine Position, in welcher der Durchlaß der Tragplatte und die Öffnung des Drehkranzes zusammenfallen, um auf diese Weise das Einführen bzw. die Entnahme der zu umwickelnden und der bereits umwickelten Stücke zu erleichtern.
5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Drücker (32) den Steuerungsmotor mittels eines zweiten Drückers (30) unter Zuhilfenahme einer Reibrolle (36), die gegen eine von Drücker (30) oder einem zweckmäßigen Hebel getragene Druckvorrichtung (37) drückt, in Gang gesetzt wird, wobei die beiden Drücker (30/32) insbesondere durch ein System, bei welchem ein Stift in eine Nut eingreift, verriegelt werden können.
6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (14) ein Elektromotor ist, dessen Steuerung mittels eines Systems mit zwei Drückern von der in einer Spule (49) entstandenen Feldänderung erfolgt.

Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System, welches den Antrieb des beweglichen Kranzes unter Zuhilfenahme des Motors gewährleistet, aus einem Endlosstreifen (18) mit einer Spannvorrichtung besteht, die als doppeltes, sich hin- und her bewegendes Element (24) ausgeführt ist und deren Wirkung im Verhältnis zum Widerstandsmoment steht, um eine auf das Mindestmaß reduzierte Spannung des Streifens zu erreichen.
8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese mit einem vereinfachten und leichtgebauten Vorschubsystem ausgestattet ist, welches mit der Drehung des beweglichen Kranzes gekoppelt ist, z.B. mittels einer Konstruktion von selbstdrehenden Reibrollen, die auf dem zu umwickelnden Stück zur Anlage kommen.
9. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Arm der bogenförmigen Führung (62) länger ist als der andere, um so von oben das zu umwickelnde Stück (c) gegen den Boden und in der Mitte der Führung festzuhalten.

Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von der Vorlagespule (B) abgerollte weiche Material (b) vor seinem Eintritt in den Schlitz (64) der bogenförmigen Führung (62) von mindestens einer Reibrolle (68) und einem Teil in Form einer doppelkegeligen Rolle (60) geführt wird, wodurch Änderungen der Materialwicklungsrichtung auf dem zu umwickelnden Stück ermöglicht werden.

Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bogenförmige Führung (62) einen gewölbten Abschnitt aufweist und aus einem Material mit niedrigem Reibbeiwert, insbesondere Bronze, hergestellt ist, und möglicherweise mit einer geeigneten Plastikschicht überzogen ist.

Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese zur Gewährleistung einer in eine Richtung gehenden Wicklung des weichen Materials (b) erstellt wird, wobei durch eine Drehung von 180° unter Zuhilfenahme eines Drehrings eine Wicklung in zwei Betriebsrichtungen nach einer gleichen Schraubenlinie ausgeführt werden kann, wobei die Vorrichtung hier zwei symmetrische Steuerungshandgriffe aufweist, die abwechselnd die Rolle des genannten einzigen Handgriffs übernehmen.
13. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf der Tragplatte (10) angebrachter Schnellabschaltschalter (46) vorgesehen ist, der von oben durch das Handgelenk des Benutzers betätigt wird, um ein sofortiges Anhalten des Antriebsmotors (14) auszulösen.

Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff zwei Drücker (30/32) aufweist, wobei ein Drücker (30) mittels unterschiedlich langer Anschlagselemente (104, 106) auf den Kontaktflächen (107, 108) eines Mikrorelais (110) wirkt und im Einzelfall den Antrieb des Motors mit konstanten, aber unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten auslöst.

Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Drehstift (92) mit einer Nase (93) vorgesehen ist, um in eine Lagerung (94) des Drehkranzes (16) einzugreifen, um diesen so zu positionieren, daß der Durchlaß (13) der Tragplatte mit der Öffnung (15) des Kranzes zusammenfällt, um das zu umwickelnde Stück (C) in die bogenförmige Führung (62) einzuführen.
16. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (12) der Tragplatte hohl ist und eine wiederaufladbare Batterie (120) zur netzunabhängigen Betätigung des Antriebsmotors (14) umfaßt.
17. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (10) eine feste Kappenhälfte (136) und eine bewegliche Kappenhälfte (135) trägt, die an die Tragplatte angelenkt sind, wobei die beiden Kappenhälften unter Einwirkung einer Feder (137), die an ihren Enden an jeweils einer der Kappenhälften befestigt ist, in eine Stellung zurückgeholt werden, wobei eine auf der anderen aufliegt, um den Durchlaß der Tragplatte zu verschließen.
18. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Halbkappe (135) am Ende des in der Tragplatte vorgesehenen Durchlasses ( 13 ) eine Reibrolle (140) aufweist, die sich am Ende einer mit der Kappenhälfte verbundenen Abdeckung (144) dreht.
19. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Material (b) vor der Durchquerung des in der bogenförmigen Führung vorgesehenen Schlitzes (64) eine Bremsvorrichtung (59) passiert, die eine Regulierung seiner Spannung ermöglicht.

Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nahe des Schlitzes (64) angebrachten Rollen (66) an der Außenseite der bogenförmigen Führung (62) gelagert sind und in dieser Führung vorgesehene Öffnungen durchlaufen, um im Inneren als Stabilisator zu wirken und so das zu umwickelnde Stück (C) zu stützen und zu führen.
