Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the plate (10) supports a fixed half-cap (136) and a movable half-cap (135) articulated on the plate, the two half-caps being biased into a position of bearing against each other for closing the passage of the plate under the action of a spring (137) fixed at its ends to the two half-caps.
18. Device according to Claim 17, characterized in that the movable half-cap (135) comprises, at the end of the passage (13) provided in the plate, a roller (140) revolving at the end of a fork mount­ing (144) integral with the half-cap.
19. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 18, characterized in that the flexible material (b), before passing through the slot (64) provided in the curved guide (62), passes a brake (59) enabling its tension to be adjusted.
20. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rollers (66) disposed near the slot (64) are supported by the curved guide (62) on the outside of this guide and pass through openings provided in the guide, to project inside in order to support and guide the part (C) to be wrapped.
