Abstract

Claims (7)

1. Dispositif d'arrêt d'une serrure à barillet, comportant une goupille (10; 30) de rotor et une goupille (15) de stator, soumises à l'effet d'un ressort, qui sont montées dans un alésage (17a) radial du stator (12) et ou dans un alésage (17b) du rotor (13) et qui sont alignés à t'aide d'une clef plate introduite dans le passage (14) pour clef, la goupille (10; 30) de rotor présentant une tête (3) et un corps (5) rapporté sur la tête (3), et un élément (1) susceptible de coulisser étant disposé sur le corps (5), lequel élément pour venir en butée à l'avant sur la tête (3), dispositif caractérisé en ce que l'élément (1) a une forme de manchon et est disposé de manière à pouvoir coulisser sur le corps (5), en ce que le corps (5) présente à son extrémité, dirigée à l'opposé de la tête (3), un diamètre extérieur plus faible que le diamètre extérieur de l'élément (1) en forme de manchon, en ce qu'aussi bien l'élément (1) que le corps (5) ont à leur extrémité extérieure un diamètre rédut créant un décrochement en forme de gradin, si bien que l'élément (1) peut se déplacer en translation vers l'extérieur en étant limité par une butée, et présente une partie (1a) en forme de manchon comportant un grand diamètre, et une partie (1b) en forme de manchon comportant un plus faible diamètre, et en ce que l'élément (1) est plus court que la partie activée de la goupille (10; 30) de rotor.
2. Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (1) formant coulisseau et la goupille (5) de rotor comportent à l'extrémité arrière un décrochement dont le diamètre réduit correspond à celui de l'alésage étagé (17b) qui lui est associé.
3. Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pointe (3) de la goupille (10) de rotor est fabriquée en tant que pièce séparée et est fixée avec un ajustement serré dans un alésage (7) du corps (5).
4. Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la pointe (3) est fabriquée en un matériau en métal dur ou en carbure.
5. Dispositif d'arrêt selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la goupille (10; 30) de rotor présente un alésage (27) dans lequel est montée une goupille (24) de verrouillage susceptible d'être déplacée longitudinalement vers l'extérieur en étant limitée par une butée, et en ce que dans l'alésage (27) est disposé un ressort (25) de pression, qui appuie avec précontrainte sur la goupille (24) de verrouillage, laquelle de son côté pousse sur la goupille (15) de stator.
6. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (1) constituant un coulisseau est plus court de 0,3 à 0,7 mm, de préférence de 0,4 mm, que la partie active de la goupille (10, 30) de rotor.
7. Dispositif d'arrêt selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la goupille (10, 30) de rotor présente un ressort de compression qui pousse vers l'extérieur l'élément (1) formant coulisseau.
