Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de sécurité antidéroulement pour une porte roulante ou analogue venant en prise avec un arbre d'enroulement (5), entraîné par un moteur, pour la porte roulante (6) avec une roue à denture hélicoïdale (7) disposée solidaire en rotation sur l'arbre d'enroulement et avec une vis sans fin (8) engrènant avec celle-ci, qui est montée de façon à pouvoir coulisser dans le sens axial et peut être déplacée axialement contre une butée (15) par la roue à denture hélicoïdale (7) quand la vitesse de rotation de celle-ci augmente du fait d'un défaut, de telle sorte que l'auto-blocage dynamique intervenant entre la vis sans fin (8) et la roue à denture hélicoïdale (7) freine celle-ci, dispositif de sécurité caractérisé en ce que la vis sans fin (8) est entraînée, suivie et commandée par un servomoteur (17) dans la gamme de vitesse de rotation de fonctionnement de l'arbre d'enroulement (5) par rapport à la roue à denture hélicoïdale (7) et en ce que le servomoteur (17) présente une vitesse de rotation maximale dimensionnée d'après l'importance de la vitesse de rotation maximale de fonctionnement de l'arbre d'enroulement.
  2. Dispositif de sécurité antidéroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la commande (18) présente deux interrupteurs (20, 21) qui peuvent être commandés en fonction de la translation de l'axe (9) de la vis sans fin (8).
  3. Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (9) de la vis sans fin (8) présente un collet (19) dans la zone des deux côtés duquel sont disposés les interrupteurs (20,21).
  4. Dispositif de sécurité selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un organe de détection pour déterminer si une retombée de la porte a eu lieu, quand l'axe (9) de la vis sans fin (8) repose fermement sur la butée (15).
  5. Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le moteur pour l'arbre d'enroulement et le servomoteur (17) s'arrêtent quand on a constaté une retombée.
  6. Dispositif de sécurité selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un corps amortisseur (16) dans la zone de la butée (15).
  7. Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps amortisseur est en mousse d'aluminium.
