Abstract
Das untergestell (2) und Kühldeckel (1) verbindende Gelenk (12) ist vorteilhaft durch einen einsteckbaren Fortsatz (5) gebildet, der mit dem saugfähigen Material (8) überzogen ist. Zum Nachfüllen des Wassers braucht dieses lediglich auf den Kühldeckel gegossen zu werden. (Fig. 2)
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kühlbehälter für Butter oder dergleichen mit den im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. In einem solchen Kühlbehälter kann z.B. Butter bei verhältnismäßig konstanter und niedriger Temperatur aufbewahrt werden, wobei ihre Streichfähigkeit erhalten bleibt.
- Es sind verschiedene Kühlbehälter für Butter bekannt (DE - PS 44 370 und DE - PS 809 466), bei denen der Deckel in Form einer Glocke, oder einer Haube ausgebildet ist, die auf isoliertem Boden abgestützt und mit saugfähigem Material überzogen sind. Die Glocke kann auch aus porösem Ton bestehen (DE - GM 81 30 421).
Bei diesen Behältern ist das Wasser in kurzer Zeit verdunstet. Auch ist die Wartung des saugfähigen Materials problematisch. Da eine Schutzkappe über der feuchte Schicht fehlt, genügen diese Behälter nicht den Anforderungen hinsichtlich Hygiene und Ästhetik. Beim Öffnen dieser Behälter besteht die Gefahr, daß Waser ausgeschütet wird und man braucht einen freien, sauberen Platz, um die Glocke oder Haube abzulegen, so daß die Handhabung umständlich und unhygienisch ist.
Ferner ist eine ungekühlte Butterdose mit einem abnehmbaren und in einem Gelenk schwenkbaren Deckel bekannt (DE - OS 15 29 341). Das Gelenk ist durch einen an dem Deckel angeordneten hakenförmigen Steg gebildet, der in der Butterschale in einen Schlitz eingreift. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Kühlbehälter der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem sich häufiges Wassernachfüllen erübrigt und bei dem dennoch einwandfreie hygiensche Verhältnisse und eine einfache Bedienung bei der Entnahme der Butter, beim Auffüllen des Wassers und bei der Wartung des saugfähigen Materials gewährleistet sein sollen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Kühlbehälter nach dem Oberbegriff erfindungsgmäßig durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß der Wasservorratsbehälter vom Butterraum getrennt ist und der Kühldeckel in einfacher Weise mit saugfähigem Material überzogen werden kann. Die Schutzkappe vermindert eine Verschmutzung des saugfähigen Materials und verhindert eine zu rasche Verdunstung des Wassers, was den hygienischen Forderungen entspricht.
Der Wasservorrat von etwa 0,6 Liter im Wasserovrratsbehälter reicht für etwa 14 Tage.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Durch die Ausbildung des Kühlbehälters gemäß Patentanspruch 2 läßt sich das saugfähige Material leicht auswechseln. Es genügt ein Blatt Küchenpapier, das genügend saugfähig ist und die passende Größe hat zu befeuchten und auf den Deckel und den flossenartigen Fortsatz aufzulegen. Eine einfache konstruktive Ausbildung des Kühlbehälters ergibt sich, wenn der flossenartige Fortsatz für die gelenkige Verbindung herangezogen wird.
Durch die Ausbildung gemäß Patentanspruch 4 läßt sich eine wirksame Kühlung der Butterschale von unten her erzielen. Die Anordnung einer Rinne gemäß Patentanspruch 5 hat den Vorteil, daß Wasser bei geschlossenem Kühlbehälter d.h. bei aufgestztem Deckel nachgefüllt werden kann, ohne daß Wasser auf das zu kühlende Gut gelangt, wenn es auf die Oberseite des Deckels gegossen wird. - Der Kühlbehälter ist auch zum Frischhalten von Nahrungsmitteln wie Käse oder Wurst gut geeignet. Die Praxis hat gezeigt, daß zum Beispiel auch belegte Brote stundenlang die Frische im Kühlbehälter halten können ohne auszutrocknen.
- Die Erfindung wird anhand von in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen im folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

- Figur 3: einen Querschnitt durch einen Kühlbehälter mit einem Kühlboden
- Figur 4: einen Teilquerschnitt durch die Innenwand und das Untergestell mit der gelenkigen Verbindung
- Der Kühlbehälter für Butter besteht aus einem Kühldeckel 1, einem Untergestell 2 und einer Butterschale 3. Der Kühldeckel 1 besteht aus einer Innenwand 4, die unten vorne und seitlich vone einer Rinne 6 umgeben ist und hinten einen flossenartigen Fortsatz 5 aufweist, der durch entsprechende Gestaltung in Verbindung mit dem Untergestell 2 ein leicht aufsetzbares Gelenk 12 bildet.
Die Innenwand 4 und der flossenartige Fortsatz 5 sind auf ihrer Außenseite mit einem saugfähigem Material 8 überzogen. Auf der Außenseite der vorderen Rinne 6 befindet sich ein Griff 7, um das Öffnen und Schließen des Kühldeckels 1 zu erleichtern.
Auf dem äußeren Rand der Rinne 6 ist eine abnehmbare, gelochte Schutzkappe 9 aufgesetzt, die das saugfähige Material 8 vor Schmutz und zu rascher Verdungstung des Wassers schützt. Das Untergestell 2 ist als Wasservorratsbehälter 11 ausgebildet, an dessen Vorderseite sich ein Sichtfenster 10 befindet, durch das der Wasserstand kontroliert werden kann. Zum Nachfüllen von Wasser braucht dieses lediglich auf die Oberfläche des Kühldeckels gegossen zu werden. - Das Wasser sammelt sich in den Rinnen 6 und kann von da über den flossenartigen Fortsatz 5 in den Wasservorratsbehälter 11 fließen.
Im oberen Bereich des Untergestells 2 ist eine abnehmbare Bodenplatte aufgesetzt.
Diese weist eine Vertiefung oder Wölbung zum Zentrieren der Butterschale auf und kann entweder als Thermoisolierplatte 15 (Figur 2) oder als Kühlboden ausgebildet sein.
Bei der zuletzt genannten Ausführungsform ist die Bodenplatte mit einem flossenartigen Fortsatz 13 versehen. Bodenplatte und Fortsatz sind mit saugfähigem Material 8 überzogen. Die Bodenplatte ist durch eine Trennplatte 14 von Wasser abgetrennt, wobei das Untergestell 2, um die Verdunstung des Wassers zu ermöglichen, oben seitlich und vorne gelocht ist (Figur 3). - Auf die Bodenplatte kann eine herausnehmbare Butterschale 3 aufgesetzt werden.
- Wenn der Wasservorratsbehälter 11 mit Wasser gefüllt, das saugfähige Material 8 aufgelegt und der Kühldeckel 1 geschlossen ist, wird das Wasser durch das auf dem flossenartigen Fortsatz befindliche saugfähige Material 8 angesaugt und auf der Oberfläche des Kühldeckels verteilt, wo es verdunstet. Dabei wird dem Raum unter dem Kühldeckel Wärme entzogen, so daß dort eingebrachte Butter kühl gehalten wird und ihre Streichfähigkeit behält.
