Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchtstofflampe mit einer Leuchtstofflampenröhre und mit einem Anschlußelement für den Anschluß an eine Stromquelle.
- Leuchstofflampen finden gegenüber herkömmlichen Glühbirnenlampen immer mehr Verwendung, da die Leuchtstofflampen eine höhere Lebensdauer aufweisen und sparsamer im Energieverbrauch sind. Zudem ist es in einfacher Weise möglich, mit Hilfe von Leuchtstofflampen Licht gewünschter Färbung, insbesondere auch dem Tageslicht ähnliches Licht, zu erhalten, während Glühbirnenlicht eine gelbliche Färbung in Verbindung mit einer geringeren Lichtausbeute aufweist, was insbesondere zur Beleuchtung von Arbeitsräumen oftmals nicht ausreicht. Daher ist es üblich insbesondere Arbeitsräume, vor allem großflächige Arbeitsräume, wie Großraumbüros, Großküchen und dergleichen, mit Leuchtstofflampen auszurüsten, die zumeist als langgestreckte, festmontierte Deckenleuchten ausgebildet sind.
- Aufgrund der Vorteile, die Leuchtstofflampen gegenüber Glühbirnenlampen aufweisen, ist es jedoch wünschenswert, Leuchtstofflampen darüberhinaus auch in kleineren Räumlichkeiten verstärkt einzusetzen und hierzu Leuchtstofflampen flexibler zu gestalten, so daß Glühbirnenlampen auch in Bereichen, in denen sie noch ausschließlich verwandt werden, beispielsweise zur Beleuchtung von Nachttischen, Arbeitstischen und dergleichen, durch Leuchtstofflampen ersetzt werden können.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Leuchtstofflampe zu schaffen, die in unterschiedlichsten Räumlichkeiten in einfacher Weise an Netzspannung angeschlossen und mit ausreichendem Halt angeordnet werden kann.
- Die Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß durch eine Leuchtstofflampe gelöst worden, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß das Anschlußelement zu einem die Leuchtstofflampenröhre tragenden Gehäuse ausgeformt ist.
- Das Anschlußelement ist vorzugsweise so ausgebildet, daß es sowohl die Energieversorgung der Leuchtstofflampe ermöglicht, als auch der Leuchtstofflampe in angeschlossenem Zustand Halt gibt, so daß zusätzliche Halterungen mit Vorteil entfallen können. Das Anschlußelement kann beispielsweise ein Schraubsockel sein, der in eine dabei als Stromquelle dienende elektrische Lampenfassung eingeschraubt werden kann. Das Anschlußelement kann auch eine Kabelzuführung oder ein beliebiges Verbindungsstück mit elektrischen Kontakten sein. Vorzugsweise ist das Anschlußelement als ein Netzsteckerkörper mit einseitig vorstehenden, mit der Leuchtstofflampenröhre elektrisch leitend verbundenen Steckkontakten ausgebildet und ist der den Steckkontakten gegenüberliegende Bereich des Netzstekkerkörpers als Gehäuse ausgebildet.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Leuchtstofflampe kann mit Vorteil in eine Netzsteckdose eingesteckt werden, die in der Regel in jeder Räumlichkeit vorhanden ist. Die Leuchtstofflampe ist durch das Einstecken in die Netzsteckdose sowohl an die Netzspannung angeschlossen, als auch in vorteilhafter Weise mit ausreichendem Halt in der Netzsteckdose angeordnet, da ein Bereich des Netzsteckerkörpers selbst als Gehäuse ausgebildet ist und die Leuchtstofflampenröhre trägt. Die Leuchtstofflampe ist sofort betriebsbereit, und zusätzliche Halterungen an der Leuchtstofflampe und an den Wänden oder Decken der Räumlichkeit, in der sie eingesetzt werden soll, können mit Vorteil entfallen.
- Vorzugsweise ist der Netzsteckerkörper als Flachstecker ausgebildet, der auch als Euro-Stecker bezeichnet wird, so daß er in eine beliebige Netzsteckdose, insbesondere auch auf Reisen in Netzsteckdosen unterschiedlicher Normung, z.B. in einem Hotelzimmer, eingesteckt werden kann.
- Das Gehäuse ist bei einer bevorzugten Ausbildung, der Leuchtstofflampenröhre entsprechend, länglich ausgebildet und der Netzsteckerkörper ist mittig an einer Längsseite des Gehäuses angeordnet und steht von dieser Längsseite senkrecht vor, so daß auf die Steckkontakte und den Netzsteckerkörper, die die Leuchtstofflampe in eingestecktem Zustand in der Netzsteckdose halten, möglichst geringe mechanische Kräfte wirken.
- Bei einer bevorzugten, besonders handlichen Ausbildung weist das Gehäuse eine Länge von etwa 17 cm, eine Breite von etwa 4 cm und eine Höhe von etwa 2 cm auf.
- Damit eine einfache Montage des Gehäuses möglich ist, die Leuchtstofflampenröhre in einfacher Weise ausgewechselt und die zum Betrieb der Leuchtstofflampenröhre notwendige Schaltung bei Fertigung der Leuchtstofflampe installiert und nach Betrieb der Leuchtstofflampe gegebenenfalls repariert werden kann, ist das Gehäuse vorzugsweise zweiteilig aus zwei voneinander trennbaren Hc.lbschalen zusammengesetzt. Um eine besonders einfache und kostengünstige Herstellung dieser beiden Halbschalen zu ermöglichen, sowie um eine besonders einfache Montage, insbesondere auch durch technisch Unerfahrene zu gewährleisten, sind die beiden Halbschalen identisch ausgebildet, so daß sie gegeneinander vertauscht werden können. Die Steckkontakte sind vorzugsweise in der Trennebene der beiden Halbschalen angeordnet, so daß auch die Steckkontakte und andere Teile des Netzsteckers bei geöffnetem Gehäuse zugänglich sind. Besonders kostengünstig sind die Halbschalen als Spritzgußteile, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, herstellbar.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausbildung des Gehäuses erfolgt das Zusammensetzen der beiden, daß Gehäuse bildenden Halbschalen in einfacher Weise durch Zusammenstecken der beiden Halbschalen, die in ihrem Inneren sowohl negative, als auch positive, über die Trennebene der Halbschalen vorragende Rastelement aufweisen, die bei zusammengesetztem Gehäuse mit den passenden Rastelementen der jeweils anderen Halbschale in Eingriff stehen.
- Nach einer Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Leuchtstofflampe ist der Innenraum des Gehäuses etwa in Form zweier zueinander parallel verlaufender, aneinandergrenzender Hülsen ausgebildet, ist in der ersten Hülse die Leuchtstofflampenröhre angeordnet, ist in der zweiten Hülse eine zum Betrieb der Leuchtstofflampenröhre notwendige elektrische Schaltung untergebracht und ist an der der ersten Hülse abgewandten Längsschmalseite der zweiten Hülse der Netzsteckerkörper angeformt.
- In den beiden parallel zueinander verlaufenden Hülsankönnen die Leuchtstofflampenröhre sowie die zum Betrieb der Leuchtstofflampenröhre notwendige Schaltung kompakt und leicht auswechselbar untergebracht werden. Das Gehäuse weist mit Vorteil nur etwa das doppelte Volumen auf, wie die Leuchtstofflampenröhre, so daß die erfindungsgemäße Leuchtstofflampe handlich ist und so wenig Eigengewicht aufweist, daß sie sicher in einer Netzsteckdose gehalten werden kann. Der Netzsteckerkörper ist an der zweiten Hülse angeformt, die die Schaltung enthält, so daß die Steckkontakte durch kurze Verbindungen mit der Schaltung elektrisch verbunden werden können, und die Leuchtstofflampenröhre bei in eine Netzsteckdose eingesteckter Leuchtstofflampe von der Netzsteckdose weg in den zu beleuchtenden Raum weist.
- Die Raumform der ersten Hülse ist an die Leuchtstofflampenröhre angepaßt, so daß die Leuchtstofflampenröhre in diese erste Hülse eingelegt werden kann und in der ersten Hülse ohne Spiel gehalten ist. Um den Austritt des Lichtes der Leuchtstofflampenröhre aus dem Gehäuse zu ermöglichen, weist die erste Hülse in ihrer Wandung eine Aussparung als Fenster für die Leuchtstoff lampenröhre auf, wobei sich die Aussparung vorzugsweise nahezu über den gesamten Mittelbereich der Wandung der ersten Hülse erstreckt. Vorzugsweise ist die Aussparung beispielsweise zum Schutz der Leuchtstofflampenröhre und ihrer Anschlußkontakte gegen Staub, durch eine Abdeckung oder einen Einsatz, z.B. aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff, abgedeckt.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausbildung des Gehäuses mündet die zweite Hülse in Kammern, die außerhalb der ersten Hülse an die Stirnwandungen der ersten Hülse angrenzen und sind in der ersten Hülse an den Stirnwandungen Kontaktfahnen für stirnseitige Anschlußkontakte der Leuchtstofflampenröhre angeordnet, die durch die Kammern hindurch mit der in der zweiten Hülse angeordneten Schaltung elektrisch leitend verbunden sind. Die Kontaktfahnen sind so an den Stirnwandungen der ersten Hülse angeordnet, daß die Leuchtstofflampenröhre über ihre Anschlußkontakte elektrisch mit dem Netzstecker verbunden ist, sobald die Leuchtstofflampenröhre in die erste Hülse eingelegt ist, ohne daß sie durch Klemmverbindungen oder ähnliches angeschlossen werden muß. Vorzugsweise können in der ersten Hülse Führungen für die Anschlußkontakte der Leuchtstofflampenröhre vorhanden sein, damit die Leuchtstofflampenröhre nur in einer solchen Stellung in die erste Hülse eingelegt .werden kann, in der die Anschlußkontakte an den Kontaktfahnen anliegen.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel, aus dem sich weitere erfinderische Merkmale ergeben, ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen:

- Fig. 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf eine Halbschale 1, die mit einer zweiten identischen Halbschale 1 ein Anschlußelement bilden kann, das zu einem eine Leuchtstofflampenröhre 5 tragenden Gehäuse ausgeformt ist. Die beiden Halbschalen 1 weisen positive Rastelemente 2a und negative Rastelemente 2b auf, mit deren Hilfe sie zusammengesteckt werden können.
- Der Innenraum des von den beiden Halbschalen 1 gebildeten Gehäuses ist in Form zweier parallel zueinander verlaufender Hülsen 3,4 ausgebildet. In der ersten Hülse 3 ist die Leuchtstofflampenröhre 5 eingelegt, die Anschlußkontakte 6 aufweist, die an Kontaktfahnen 7 mit elektrischem Kontakt anliegen, welche an den Stirnwandungen 8 der ersten Hülse 3 angeordnet sind, und mit einer in der zweiten Hülse 4 untergebrachten, nicht dargestellten elektrischen Schaltung leitend verbunden sind. Die zweite Hülse 4 mündet in Kammern 9, die an die Stirnwandungen 8 der ersten Hülse 3 angrenzen und durch welche hindurch die Kontaktfahnen 7 mit der in der zweiten Hülse 4 be- cten Schaltung verbunden sind.
- In der Wandung der ersten Hülse 3 befindet sich eine Aussparung 10, die als Fenster für den Lichtaustritt der Leuchtstofflampenröhre 5 dient.
- Das Anschlußelement geht an der der ersten Hülse 3 abgewandten Längsschmalseite der zweiten Hülse 4 in das Gehäuse über und ist bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ein Netzsteckerkörper 11, aus dem Steckkontakte 12 vorragen, die über angedeutete Leitungen 13 mit der in der zweiten Hülse 4 untergebrachten Schaltung elektrisch verbunden sind und über die die Schaltung mit Spannung versorgt wird, wenn die Steckkontakte 12 in eine Netzsteckdose eingesteckt sind.
- In Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt der Halbschale 1 gemäß Fig. l dargestellt. Gleiche Bauelemente sind mit den gleichen Bezugszahlen bezeichnet wie in Fig. 1.
- In Fig. 2 ist insbesondere die Ausbildung des Innenraumes des Gehäuses in Form zweier zueinander paralleler Hülsen 3,4 zu erkennen. Außerdem sind die positiven Rastelemente 2a der Hülse 1 zu erkennen, die über die Trennebene 14 der beiden Halbschalen 1 vorragen. Weiterhin ist zu erkennen, daß auch die Steckkontakte 12 in der Trennebene 14 angeordnet sind. Die Leuchtstofflampenröhre 5 ist mit einem strichpunktierten Kreis angedeutet.
- In Fig. 3 ist eine Seitenansicht der Halbschale 1 gemäß der Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigt, die teilweise geschnitten dargestellt ist. Gleiche Bauelemente sind wieder mit den gleichen Bezugszahlen bezeichnet wie in den vorhergehenden Figuren.
- In der Fig. 3 sind insbesondere noch einmal die negative Rastelemente 2b sowie die positiven Rastelemente 2a zu erker nen, von denen die positiven Rastelemente 2a die Trennebene 1 der beiden Halbschalen überragen. Die Leuchtstofflampenröhre ist in der Fig. 3 mit einem gestrichelt gezeichneten Rechtec angedeutet.
Claims (15)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Anschlußelement zu einem die Leuchtstofflampenröhre (5) tragenden Gehäuse ausgeformt ist.
