Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pulse generator according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a pulse generator is known from DE-OS 31 36 598.
- the contact spring set consists of three contact springs arranged parallel to one another, all of which are fastened on one end and provided with contacts at the free ends.
- the middle contact spring is extended and protrudes into the ring gear of a toothed washer.
- the middle contact spring is pressed to one or the other outer contact spring and closes the contacts assigned to one another.
- the free end part of the middle contact spring jumps into the following tooth gap after actuation of the contact, the contact being opened.
- a pulse sequence is output that is proportional to the angle of rotation.
- the contact springs and the toothed disk lie in a line, so that a correspondingly long construction is created.
- the object of the present invention is to achieve a pulse generator of the type mentioned to be able to manufacture more reliably in a more compact manner.
- a housing of a pulse generator which consists of a base part 2 and a cover part 3, in particular a trough-shaped or box-shaped part.
- Support supports 4 for the base part 2 can be provided in the base part 2.
- Fixed contacts 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are preferably provided in the bottom part 2 and protrude externally as connection elements. For example, these are inserted or molded into the base part 2, a contact spring 11, 12 being fastened to the upper fixed contacts 5, 6 in a mechanically strong and electrically conductive manner. In particular, the attachment is carried out by welding.
- the fixed contacts 7, 8 or 9, 10 provided on the free end 13 of the contact springs 11 or 12 form pairs of contacts with the contacts 14 of the contact springs 11 or 12, in particular changeover contacts.
- the contact springs 11, 12 are biased so that their inner contacts 14 are in contact with the inner fixed contacts 8 and 9, respectively, and thus each form a normally closed contact.
- a toothed disk 16 rotatable about an axis of rotation 15 and a plate-shaped switching rocker 18 that can be pivoted about a pivot axis 17 are arranged such that the connecting line 19 between the axis of rotation 15 and the pivot axis 17 is at least approximately runs parallel to the contact springs 11, 12.
- the shift rocker arm 18 has a bearing bore 20 for mounting on the pivot axis 17 or an elongated hole 20 running in the Ruhr position of the shift rocker arm 18 in the direction of the connecting line 19.
- the switching rocker 18 engages in the rest position with a tooth-like projection designed as a latching element 21 in an opposite tooth gap 22 of the toothed disk 16.
- the rest position is obtained by means of a compression spring 23 which presses the switching rocker 18 against the toothed disk 16 when it is designed with an elongated hole. It is designed, for example, as a bar or leaf spring and presses on the outer side 24 of the switching rocker 18 opposite the latching element 21.
- the outer side 24 is preferably designed in a straight line or inward in an arc shape, so that two lateral outer edges 25, 26 are formed, which on the Apply compression spring 23.
- the position of the switching rocker 18 is fixed and, after deflection by the toothed disk 16 as a result of the force of the compression spring 23, after the rotary shaft 27 is released, it can be pivoted back into the rest position.
- the toothed disk 16 and the rotary shaft 27 are also locked in the last rotary position.
- a locking on the toothed disc 16 can also be provided, e.g. a ball catch.
- the return can be supported in that limit stops are provided which prevent the rocker arm 18 from pivoting further and instead cause the rocker arm 18 to shift in the respective direction of the elongated hole 20, indicated by the dashed arrow 30, when the toothed disk 16 is turned further.
- the latching element disengages from the moving tooth in that the tooth slides over the inclined contact surfaces 31 of the latching element 21. The latter can thus snap into the next tooth gap 29.
- the shift rocker 18 is moved upwards.
- the inner fixed contacts 8, 9 serve as a limit stop, which is done by correspondingly positioning them in connection with the shape of the side walls 32 of the switching rocker 18.
- the contact springs 11, 12 can run above but also below the toothed disk 16, the rocker arm 18 being effective in two planes by the latching element 21 in the plane of the toothed disk 16 and the arms 28 are arranged in the plane of the contact springs 11, 12.
- a transmission gear is provided in this embodiment. This comprises a toothed pinion 33 which is rigidly coupled to the toothed disk 16 or forms a structural unit with it, and a toothed wheel 34 which meshes with the latter. The latter can be driven via the rotary shaft 27.

Abstract
