Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pulse generator according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a pulse generator is known from DE-OS 31 36 598.
- the two contact pairs consist of contacts arranged on a middle and two outer contact springs.
- the middle contact spring can be deflected by a toothed disc directly to both sides and come into operative connection with the respective outer contact spring.
- the end of the middle contact spring slips over the catch of a tooth and jumps into a middle position in which the contacts of the middle contact spring do not meet any contact of an external contact spring.
- the object is to be achieved without great effort to keep the abrasion of the latching cams as low as possible and still impart a perfect latching feeling and to ensure good contact that is as free of bumps as possible.
- 1 denotes a cup-shaped housing part, which can preferably be sealed tightly with a housing plate 2.
- a bearing bush 3 is formed or fastened, in which an axis 4 of a locking disk 5 is rotatable, but is non-displaceably supported by a locking washer 6
- a spring spring 10 serving as a locking element is provided in the recesses 8, 9 thereof without or with only a slight preload used.
- This is arranged so that it can cooperate in the area of the one clamping point, for example, the recess 8, with the locking cams 12 provided on the end face 11 of the locking disc 5, that is to say that they can be inserted into a groove 13 between two without or with little pretension Cams 12 engages.
- the center line 14 of the spiral spring 10 runs perpendicular to the direction of the locking cams 12 and also here parallel to the axis 4.
- Fig. 2 above the locking disc 5 four contact springs 15, 16, 17, 18 are arranged, which are fastened in the lower, straight housing wall 19, e.g. are embedded or molded, and project as connections 20, 21, 22, 23 downward from the housing part 1 or the housing wall 19.
- the contact springs 15, 16, 17, 18 are provided with contacts 24 and two contact springs 15, 16 and 17, 18 form a pair of contacts 25 and 26, respectively.
- the coil spring 10 is arranged between the inner contact springs 21 and 22 so that none of them is actuated when latching into a groove 13. If the locking disc 5 in FIG. 2 is rotated, for example, to the left, that is to say counterclockwise, the coil spring 10 is first deflected to the left and, with a section 27, takes it between the locking point (locking of the coil spring 10 with cams 12 or throat 13), in particular between the center and the other clamping point, that is to say the depression 9, with the contact spring 16. The coil spring 10 is tensioned. Finally, the contacts 24 of the contact springs 15, 16 meet and make contact. This increases the restoring force acting on the coil spring.
- the locking cams 12 and throats 13 are arranged in the direction of the axis 4 such that they point towards the contact springs 15, 16, 17, 18.
- the spiral spring 10 is arranged between the locking disk 5 and the contact springs 15, 16, 17, 18 parallel or at least approximately parallel to the disk plane. It is inserted on one side in a recess 9 of the housing plate 2 and its free end 28 lies, possibly with a slight preload, in a groove 13.
- a tab 29 formed on the inner contact springs 16, 17 can be taken along by the coil spring 10. The mode of operation corresponds to that described using the previous example.
- the locking disk can be driven via a step-up gear, in particular a spur gear.
- a step-up gear in particular a spur gear.
- a transmission which acts in two planes, is shown schematically in FIG. 6. It is housed between the housing cover 7 and the locking disk 5 to save space.
- a larger spur gear 32 is rigidly coupled, which in turn drives a smaller spur gear 33 rigidly coupled to the locking disk 5.
- the axis 4 also serves to support the locking disk 5 with the spur gear 33.
- the spur gears 31, 32 are mounted on an axle 34 which is molded or fastened to the housing part 1.
- a contact actuating element which can be deflected in the latching direction and the contact actuating direction can be provided.
- this is a resilient rod that can be clamped on one or both sides like the spiral spring.
- a rigid rod can also be provided, which can be resiliently clamped or supported on one side such that it can be deflected on all sides by springs.

Abstract
Description
