Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ladegeschirr für den Transport von Katalysatorkörben.
- Zur Behandlung der Rauchgase in Kraftwerken, die mit fossilen Brennstoffen befeuert werden, sind eine Reihe von Verfahren entwickelt worden, so z.B. die katalytische Reduktion von Stickoxiden (N02). Die dafür benötigen Katalysatoren werden als stangenförmig ausgebildete Einzelelemente zur Erleichterung des Transports und des Einbaus in den Reaktor, in dem die Rauchgase behandelt werden, in sogenannte Katalysatorkörbe eingesetzt und auf diese Weise gebündelt. Die Beladung des Reaktorraums und der Austausch unbrauchbarer Katalysatoren kann so sehr viel schneller erfolgen.
- Wesentlich ist, daß diese Katalysatorkörbe möglichst platzsparend ausgeführt sind, damit der Raum des Reaktors weitestgehend für das eigentliche Katalysatormaterial und damit für die beabsichtigten Reaktionen zur Verfügung steht. Dies bedeutet insbesondere, daß der Zwischenraum zwischen den in einer Ebene aneinandergereihten Katalysatorkörben möglichst gering sein soll, da dieser Zwischenraum einen verlorenen Volumenanteil darstellt, der sogar abgedichtet werden muß, damit die Rauchgase nur die eigentlichen Katalysatorelemente durchströmen. Andererseits ist es erforderlich, daß die Katalysatorkörbe wegen ihres hohen Gewichtes (z.B. 1-2 t) mit einem Hebezeug bewegt und daher entsprechende Anhängevorrichtungen vorgesehen werden müssen, deren Platzbedarf bisher ein dichtes Aneinanderreihen der Katalysatorkörbe verhinderte.
- Ein Ladegeschirr mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes ist aus der FR-A 2 514 738 bekannt, wobei hier rückziehbare Arretierbolzen vorgesehen sind.
- Ferner ist aus der US-A 1 431 945 eine Traganordnung bekannt mit Kniehebeln zur Betätigung der eine Verriegelung herbeiführenden Schubstangen. Diese Kniehebel ragen aber in jeder Position, d.h. ob verriegelt oder entriegelt über den Tragrahmen hinaus und damit muß zwischen den einzelnen Katalysatorkörben ein ausreichender Bewegungsabstand für die Kniehebel verbleiben.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Ladegeschirr vorzuschlagen, mit dessen Hilfe Katalysatorkörbe sicher gehoben, transportiert und nahezu lückenlos aneinandergereiht werden können.
