Claims (4)

1. Coffrage pour des éléments préfabriqués de série généralement allongés en béton armé ou précontraint prévu principalement pour des traverses en béton précontraint pour des aiguillages, produits en série dans les bancs de fabrication (1). Le coffrage consiste en deux parties latérales (4) avec fond de moule (5) intermédiaire ainsi que des cloisons délimiteuses (6), qui limitent la longueur des éléments de série au moins en partie. La plaque de fond (5) y sert à fixer des pièces incorporées (8) dans le coffrage et présente des réservations (7) qui laissent passer des boulons d'ancrage (30 ou 9 respectivement) introduits de dessus dans les pièces incorporées (6, 8) et boulonnés à leurs faces inférieures. Le coffrage a des caractéristiques suivantes:
- Des douilles taraudées déplaçables (11, 34) pour l'ancrage des boulons d'ancrage (9, 30) se trouvent au-dessous de la plaque de fond (5) sur un plan parallèle à celle-ci.
- Les douilles taraudées (11) ont la forme de mouton et les moutons (13) sont déplaçables en travers dans des réservations (14) des griffes de serrage (12).
- Les griffes de serrage (12) sont déplaçables longitudinalement à l'aide de talons (15) dans des glissières (16) située au dessous de la plaque de fond (5).
- La plaque de fond (5) peut être serrée fermement contre le bord supérieur des douilles taraudées (11) par une butée (10) sur les boulons d'ancrage (9).
- Les pièces incorporées (6, 8) et les boulons d'ancrage (30, 9) sont formés de sorte qu'ils ne dépassent pas le bord supérieur des éléments latéraux (4) du banc de fabrication (1).
2. Vis de serrage pour attacher une pièce incorporée pour faire passer un boulon de serrage de glissière dans un coffrage selon revendication 1 ayant des caractéristiques suivantes:
La vis présente des éléments suivants:
- une tête de vis (36) à six-pans creux,
- une partie supérieure de tige (37) dont le diamètre de tige (38) est faiblement plus petit que le diamètre du noyau (41) d'un écrou (40) incorporé dans la partie d'about (39) de la pièce incorporée (8),
- une partie de tige (42) dont le diamètre de tige (43) est faiblement plus petit que le diamètre de la partie de tige (37) et qui est enveloppée par une douille de montage (44) ayant un diamètre intérieur faiblement plus grand que le diamètre de tige (43) de la vis de serrage et un diamètre extérieur faiblement plus petit que le diamètre intérieur de la partie inférieure (45) de la pièce incorporée (8), et
- une partie filetée (46) ayant un diamètre extérieur (47) faiblement plus petit que le diamètre de tige (43), qui peut être vissée dans une douille taraudée (11) et par laquelle la douille (11) peut être serrée fermement contre la plaque de fond (5).
- Une bague (49) élastique comme caoutchouc est placée au bord inférieur de la tête de vis (36) et serre fortement les pièces incorporées (8) contre la plaque de fond (5) par l'écrou (40) et la rondelle (51) au moyen de l'épaule (48) générée par l'écart entre la tête de vis (36) et la partie de tige (37).
3. Coffrage selon revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que l'orifice pour la vis de serrage (9) dans la pièce incorporée (8) peut être fermé par un couvercle (50).
4. Coffrage selon revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que les bords supérieurs de la douille taraudée (11), de la griffe (12) et de la glissière affleurent exactement.
