Abstract
Körnige, ein Schüttgewicht von 300 bis 550 g/1 aufwei
sende Waschhilfsmittel mit hohem Gehalt an nichtionischen
Tensiden lassen sich durch Sprühtrocknung ohne nennens
werte Rauchbildung in der Abluft und ohne Gefahr einer
Selbstentzündung im Sprühturm herstellen, wenn man eine
Aufschlämmung aus 50 bis 65 Gewichtsteilen eines Gemi
sches aus nichtionischen Tensiden und Trägersalzen in 35
bis 50 Gewichtsteilen Wasser bei einer Temperatur von 75
bis 90°C und einem Druck von 35 bis 100 bar Sprühdüsen
zuführt und in einen Trockenturm versprüht, wobei das im
Gegenstrom geführte Trocknungsgas eine Eintrittstempera
tur von 160 bis 240°C und eine Austrittstemperatur von 80 bis
95°C aufweist. Das Sprühprodukt enthält (A) 15 bis 30
Gew. -% nichtionische Tenside, (B) 8 bis 18 % Natriumsilikat,
(C) 25 bis 55 Gew.-% Zeolith, vorzugsweise vom Typ NaA, (D)
0 bis 25 Gew.-% Na-Tripolyphosphat, (E) nicht mehr als 3
Gew.-% an anionischen Tensiden sowie Wasser, von dem 9
bis 16 Gew.-% bei einer Trocknungstemperatur von 130°C
entfernbar sind. Die Mittel sind vorzugsweise frei von
anionischen Tensiden vom Sulfonat- bzw. Sulfat-Typ.
