Claims (10)

1. Façade ou couverture de type métal-vitre, constituée d'un bâti en métal, dont les différents cadres comportent des vitres (27), le bâti en métal situé sur le côté du bâtiment se composant de profilés principaux (16) et, perpendiculairement à ces derniers, de profilés servant de meneaux (28) ainsi que, sur le côté extérieur, de profilés formant couvercle (24), couvrant les bords des vitres et formant un assemblage vissé avec les profilés principaux (16) ou les profilés servant de meneaux (28), les profilés principaux (16), les profilés servant de meneaux (28) et les profilés formant couvercle (24) présentant des rainures d'ancrage (25,35) pour les baguettes d'étanchéité (26, 48) prenant appui sur les bords des vitres, et les profilés principaux et les profilés servant de meneaux présentant des rigoles de retenue pour les eaux de condensation (20, 37) ainsi que des rainures de retenue pour les eaux d'infiltration (19, 32) et étant conçus sous forme de profilés comportant des cavités, le fond (41) des rainures de retenue pour eaux d'infiltration (32) des profilés servant de meneaux (28), s'étendant jusque dans la zone des rainures de retenue pour eaux d'infiltration (19) des profilés principaux (16), les bords extérieurs longitudinaux des rainures de retenue (19) étant constitués par les rainures d'ancrage (25) des baguettes d'étanchéité (26) des profilés principaux (16) et les fonds (42) des rainures d'ancrage (35) des baguettes d'étanchéité (36) des profilés servant de meneaux (28) étant alignés sur les fonds (41) des rainures de retenue (32) des profilés servant de meneaux, caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise le support des fonds (42) des rainures d'ancrage (35) des baguettes d'étanchéité (36) des profilés servant de meneaux (28) et des fonds (41) des rainures de retenue (32) sur les deux bords supérieurs des rainures d'ancarge (25) des baguettes d'étanchéité (26) des profilés principaux (16), en ce que la hauteur de construction prévue pour les baguettes d'étanchéité (26) posées sur le profilé principal (16) est supérieure à celle des baguettes d'étanchéité (36) des profilés servant de meneaux (28), et en ce que les baguettes d'étanchéité (26 et 36) prennent appui sur une même surface de vitrage.

Façade ou couverture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les profilés servant de meneaux (28) présentent une cavité principale (30) située en dessous du fond de la rigole de retenue pour eaux de condensation (37) et au dessous d'une cavité secondaire (31), elle-même située entre les rigoles de retenue pour eaux de condensation (37), et dont le fond (38) est aligné sur les fonds (39) des rigoles de retenue (37), ce fond (38) de la cavité secondaire, ainsi que les fonds (39) des rigoles de retenue pour eaux de condensation, prenant appui sur le bord supérieur longitudinal (40) des rigoles de retenue (20) pour eaux de condensation du profilé principal.
3. Façade ou couverture selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, sur les profilés principaux (16), les fonds des rigoles de retenue pour eaux de condensation (20) et les fonds des rainures de retenue pour eaux d'infiltration (19) sont alignés les uns sur les autres et constituent ensemble le plafond (18) d'une cavité (17) du profilé principal.
4. Façade ou couverture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dont les rainures de retenue pour eaux d'infiltration (19) des profilés principaux sont séparées en leur milieu par une aile verticale (21) surmontée d'une rainure taraudée (22) avec laquelle elle forme une pièce unique, et dont les profilés servant de meneaux présentent une rainure taraudée (33) destinée à créer une séparation médiane entre les rainures de retenue pour eaux d'infiltration (32), caractérisé en ce qu'un pied de fixation (42a) d'une baguette profilée (41a) en plastique est enfoncé dans les rainures taraudées (22, 33) des profilés principaux et des profilés servant de meneaux, cette baguette profilée (41a) couvrant toute l'épaisseur du vitrage d'isolation.
5. Façade ou couverture selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le pied de fixation présente des crans (43) qui s'imbriquent dans les cannelures des rainures taraudées (22, 33).
6. Façade ou couverture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une fente d'évacuation (49) d'eau est prévue à l'intersection de la face frontale d'un profilé formant couvercle, fixé sur un profilé servant de meneau, et du profilé formant couvercle traversant, vissé sur le profilé principal.
7. Façade ou couverture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les baguettes d'étanchéité (48), fixées sur les profilés formant couvercle, prennent appui sur une bande de film support (47) de même largeur et de même longueur que les profilés formant couvercle, cette bande étant revêtue d'un matériau d'étanchéifica- tion sur son côté orienté vers le vitrage.
8. Façade ou couverture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que deux bandes de film support revêtues sur leurs côtés orientés vers le vitrage, se superposent à l'intersection des profilés formant couvercle.
9. Façade ou couverture selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, dans la zone de la fente d'évacuation d'eau (49), l'ouverture ménagée dans la face frontale du profilé formant couvercle, vissé sur le profilé servant de meneau, est obturée par un matériau d'étanchéification.
10. Façade ou couverture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'un coin d'étanchéité, conçu comme pièce profilée est prévu dans la zone de l'angle formé par l'intersection des deux baguettes d'étanchéité, les baguettes d'étanchéité (26, 36) étant liées au montant dudit coin d'étanchéité pénétrant dans les rainures d'ancrage (25, 35).
