Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schläger für ein Ballspiel bzw. insbesondere einen Tennisschläger (1) mit einem aus Schlägerkopf (5) Schaft (4) und Griff (3) bestehenden Rahmen (2), dessen Griff (3) relativ zum Schlägerkopf (5) verstellbar ist. Um eine einfache Fertigung, eine exakte Einstellung und eine gute Übertragung der auftretenden Kräfte zu erzielen, sind der Griff (3) und der Schlägerkopf (5) bezüglich ihrer Winkelstellung kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schläger für ein Ballspiel, insbesondere einen Tennisschläger mit einem aus Schlägerkopf, Schaft und Griff bestehenden Rahmen, dessen Griff relativ zum Schlägerkopf verstellbar ist.
  • Ein Tennisschläger der genannten Art ist aus der deutschen Gebrauchsmusterschrift 77 17 463 bekannt. Hier ist der Griff über eine Rastverbindung stufenweise verstellbar, so daß der Schläger mit unterschiedlichen Einstellungen benutzbar ist. Dies ist vor allem zum Üben des Rückhandspieles vorteilhaft. Der bekannte Tennisschläger hat sich aber nicht bewährt, da die Verstellung zeitaufwendig ist und da sie nur stufenweise und somit in fest vorgegebenen Winkeln möglich ist. Ausserdem tritt bei längerem Gebrauch ein Verschleiß im Bereich der Verzahnung ein, wodurch sich die Griffteile lockern. Schließlich ist auch die Herstellung kostenaufwendig.
  • Des weiteren ist aus der US-PS 3 545 755 ein Tennisschläger mit starrem, relativ zur Schlagebene verdrehtem Griff bekannt. Dieser Tennisschläger hat sich aber in der Praxis nicht durchsetzen können.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schläger für ein Ballspiel, insbesondere Tennisschläger zu schaffen, dessen Griff sich relativ zum Schlägerkopf stufenlos verstellen läßt, der kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann und dessen Verstellmechanismus möglichst einfach zu handhaben ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung vor, daß der Griff und der Schlägerkopf bezüglich ihrer Winkeleinstellung relativ zueinander kraftschlüssig miteinander verbindbar sind.
  • Die kraftschlüssige Verbindung erlaubt eine stufenlose Feineinstellung des relativ zum Schlägerkopf verdrehbaren Griffes. Sie ist darüber hinaus einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen, weil nur glatte Berührungsflächen benötigt werden.
  • Vorzugsweise sind am Schaft des Schlägers ein Konus und am Griff eine konische Bohrung bzw. ein Innenkonus angeordnet. Sie gestatten sowohl eine gute Übertragung der im Schlägerschaft bzw. Griff auftretenden Querkräfte als auch in gelockertem Zustand eine stufenlose Feineinstellung des Schlägerkopfes relativ zum Griff.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung gehen aus der Beschreibung und den Ansprüchen im Zusammenhang mit der Zeichnung hervor.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen, die in der Zeichnung dargestellt sind, näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1: einen Tennisschläger mit einem stufenlos verstellbaren Griff;
    • Fig. 2: einen Schnitt durch den Griff mit einem Teil des Schaftes in größerem Maßstab und
    • Fig. 3: einen Schnitt durch eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform.
  • Ein erfindungsgemäßer Tennisschläger 1 besteht aus einem Rahmen 2 mit einem Griff 3, einem Schaft 4 und einem Schlägerkopf 5 mit Besaitung 6. Der Griff 3 ist relativ zum Schlägerkopf 5 um die Schlägerlängsachse 7 stufenlos verdrehbar und in jeder Stellung befestigbar. Bezüglich ihrer Winkeleinstellung und somit zur Aufnahme der Dreh- oder Torsionskräfte sind der Griff 3 und der Schlägerkopf 5 kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden.
  • Hierzu sind kegelförmige bzw. kegelstumpfförmige Flächen 8 und 9 zwischen dem Griff 3 und dem Schlägerkopf 5 vorgesehen. Zur Bildung dieser Flächen dienen ein Konus 1o am Schaft 4 und eine konische Bohrung 11 bzw. ein Innenkonus 11 am Griff 3.
  • An dem Konus 1o des Schaftes 4 ist ferner ein Gewindebolzen 12 angeordnet, zu dem am Griff 3 ein Griffstück 13 mit einem Innengewinde 14 gehört.
  • Der Griff 3 ist im wesentlichen hülsenförmig und übergreift mit seinem Innenkonus 11 den Konus 1o am Schaft 4 und nimmt mit einer Bohrung 15 den Gewindebolzen 12 auf. Mit Hilfe des auf den Gewindebolzen 12 nach Art einer Mutter aufschraubbaren Griffstückes 13 ist der Griff 3 am Schaft 4 befestigt, wobei dies nach Verdrehen von Griff 3 und Schaft 4 in jeder beliebigen Position möglich ist.
  • Das Griffstück 13 ist bei den in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen am Griffende 16 angeordnet und stützt sich in Richtung der Schlägerlängsachse 7 auf diesem ab. An seinem Umfang ist das Griffstück 13 profiliert.
  • Die Fig. 3 zeigt eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform, gemäß der ein ebenfalls ein Innengewinde 17 für den Gewindebolzen 12 aufweisendes Griffstück 18 vorgesehen ist, das mit einem hülsenförmigen Teil 19 in die Bohrung 15 des Griffes 3 greift. Das hülsenförmige Teil 19 weist eine Ringnut 2o auf, in die sich mindestens ein mit dem Griff 3 verbundenes Halteelement 21 erstreckt. Das Halteelement 21 ist beispielsweise durch die Wand 22 des Griffes 3 geschraubt und dient als Widerlager beim Drehen bzw. Lösen und Festziehen des Griffstückes 18. Die Teile 2o und 21 bilden eine Kulissenführung.
  • Hinsichtlich Form und Gestalt werden die konischen Teile und der Gewindebolzen entsprechend den auftretenden Kräften dimensioniert. Als Werkstoff dient zweckmäßigerweise ein Kunststoff, wobei wegen der Reibungskoeffiziaten unterschiedliche Werkstoffe für den Konus 1o und die Oberfläche der konischen Bohrung 11 vorteilhaft sind.

Claims (6)

1. Schläger für ein Ballspiel, insbesondene Tennisschläger mit einem aus Schlägerkopf, Schaft und Griff bestehenden Rahmen, dessen Griff relativ zum Schlägerkopf um die Schlägerlängsachse verstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (3) und der Schlägerkopf (5) bezüglich ihrer Winkelstellung kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
2. Schläger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass kegelförmige bzw. kegelstumpfförmige Flächen (8, 9) zwischen dem Griff (3) und dem Schlägerkopf (5) angeordnet sind.
3. Schläger nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (3) eine konische Bohrung (11) bzw, einen Innenkonus (11) und der Schaft (4) einen Konus (10) aufweisen.
4. Schläger nach Anspruch 1 - 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Konus (10) des Schaftes (4) ein Gewindebolzen (12) angeordnet ist und dass der Griff (3) ein relativ zu ihm verdrehbares Griffstück (13) mit Innengewinde (14) aufweist.
5. Schläger nach Anspruch 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (3) eine Bohrung (15) für den Gewindebolzen (12) aufweist und das Griffstück (13, 18) am Griffende (16) angeordnet ist.
6. Schläger nach Anspruch 1- 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffstück (18) mit Hilfe einer Kulissenführung (20, 21) am Griff (3) drehbar gelagert ist.
