Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Wäschespinne gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die US-A-2 289 450- zeigt eine Wäschespinne mit einem senkrechten Mast, an dem an Schwenkachsen in einem Schiebestern die Wäscheleine tragende Arme gelagert sind, die über Spreizarme, die einerseits mittels Halteachsen in einem Haltestern am Mast und andererseits mittels Anlenkachsen im Arm gelagert sind, abgestützt sind. Dabei liegt die Anlenkachse in beigeklappten Zustand ausserhalb der Verbindungslinie zwischen Schwenkachse und Halteachse. Derartige Wäschespinnen sind, um große Wäschemengen aufnehmen zu können, im Betriebszustand recht sperrig. Der Sinn dieser Geräte ist, sie durch das Zusammenklappen platzsparend aufbewahren zu können. Häufig werden sie auch an Ort und Stelle belassen und im zusammengeklappten Zustand mit einer schlauchartigen Hülle abgedeckt. In jedem Falle wird die Wäschespinne sehr häufig bedient, das heißt, sie wird sehr häufig auf und zu geklappt.
  • Gerade das Aufklappen in der Anfangsphase erfordert einen recht hohen Kraftaufwand, bis die Arme eine gewisse Winkellage erreicht haben. Diesen Umstand hat man bereits durch Verwendung einer flaschenzugartig geführten Aufzugsleine zu verbessern versucht. Aber auch eine derartige Einrichtung kann erst nach Überwindung des Anfangstotpunktes, also nachdem die Arme eine gewisse Winkellage zum Mast erreicht haben, erleichternd wirken.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Wäschespinne, beziehungsweise Teile der Wäschespinne derart auszubilden, daß der 00-. nungsvorgang über ein einfach geführtes Zugseil, also ohne flaschenzugartige Hilfsmittel, leicht zu öffnen ist, wobei kein zu überwindender Todpunkt störend wirkt ; gleichzeitig soll die Wäschespinne ein gefälligeres, schlankeres Aussehen erhalten.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit dem kennzeichnenden Merkmal des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Diese ausgewählte Geometrie ergibt beim Zug am Zugseil immer eine ausreichende Kraftkomponente vom Mast weg, so daß kein Todpunkt überwunden werden muß. Das heißt, es ist nicht erforderlich, die einzelnen Arme der Wäschespinne von Hand am Anfang etwas nach außen zu ziehen, um den Todpunkt zu überwinden. Gleichzeitig können durch diese Wahl der Achsen die Arme näher an den Mast gerückt werden, so daß im zusammengeklappten Zustand ein gefälligeres Gerät entsteht. Dabei ist auch sehr wesentlich,' daß dadurch die Verpackungsmaße verringert werden können.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. Diese Merkmale kommen einer kompakten Bauweise weiter entgegen. Insbesondere können durch die Abkröpfungen die Spreizarme schwächer dimensioniert werden. Ebenso kann die Anlenkachse durch das am Arm anliegende Spreizarmstück schwächer ausgeführt werden.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen :
    • Figur 1 eine schematisch dargestellte Wäschespinne, wobei die linke Hälfte in aufgeklapptem und die rechte Hälfte in geschlossenem Zustand dargestellt ist und
    • Figur 2 eine Ansicht gemäß der Richtung II in Figur 1.
  • Auf einem Mast 1 ist ein Schiebestern 2 bezüglich eines Haltesterns 3 verschiebbar aber arretierbar gelagert. Am Schiebestern 2 sind Arme 4, zwischen denen Seilecke 5 gespannt sind, schwenkbar gelagert. Sie sind über Speizarme 6 gegen den Haltestern 3 abgestützt.
  • Die Spreizarme 6 sind mittels Anlenkachsen 7 an den Armen 4 und mittels Halteachsen 8 in dem Haltestern 3 gelagert. Der Haltestern 3 ist auf den Mast 1 aufgesetzt und mit Schwenkeinschnitten 9 für die abgewinkelten Enden 10 der Spreizarme 6 versehen. Am anderen Ende haben die Spreizarme 6 eine Abkröpfung 11, deren Winkellage derart gestaltet ist, daß im aufgespannten Zustand der Wäschespinne die Abkröpfung 11 bündig und kraftübertragend am Arm 4 anliegt. Diese Abkröpfung 11 dient im Ruhezustand, rechte Hälfte der Figur 1, als Distanzbrücke.
  • In Figur 1 rechte Hälfte sind insbesondere die geometrischen Verhältnisse dargestellt. Zwischen der Halteachse 8 und der Schwenkachse 12 ist mit 13 die Verbindungslinie eingezeichnet. Die Anlenkachse 7 liegt dabei mit einem Abstand 14 deutlich außerhalb. Der Wert des Abstandes 14 liegt etwa zwischen 5 mm und 40 mm je nach Größe der Wäschespinne. Dabei hat sich ein Idealwert zwischen 20 mm und 25 mm herauskristallisiert. Zur Fixierung dieses Abstandes 14 ist insbesondere die Abkröpfung 11 wichtig. Im Zusammenwirken mit einer der hemmend wirkenden Lagerung 15 benötigen die Arme in der Ruhestellung, wie sie in der rechten Hälfte von Figur 1 dargestellt ist, keine zusätzlichen Halte- oder Klemmeinrichtungen. Dennoch ist durch die geometrischen Verhältnisse (Abstand 14) eine sichere Öffnung der Wäschespinne durch Zug an der Zugleine 16 in Richtung 17 ohne Kraftanstrengung gewährleistet.

Claims (2)

1. Wäschespinne mit einem senkrechten Mast (1), an dem an Schwenkachsen (12) in einem Schiebestern (2) die Wäscheleine tragende Arme (4) gelagert sind, die über Spreizarme (6), die einerseits mittels Halteachsen (8) in einem Haltestern (3) am Mast (1) und andererseits mittels Anlenkachsen (7) im Arm (4) gelagert sind, abgestützt sind, wobei der Haltestern (3) auf das Ende des Mastes (1) aufgesetzt ist und die Halteachsen (8) innerhalb der Projektionsfläche des Mastdurchmessers liegen, so daß im beigeklappten Zustand die Anlenkachse (7) deutlich außerhalb (14) der gedachten Verbindungslinie (13) zwischen der Schwenkachse (12) und der Halteachse (8) liegt.
2. Wäschespinne nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Spreizarme (6) an der Armseite mit einer als Distanzbrücke wirkenden Abkröpfung (11) versehen sind.
