Abstract

Procédé de coffrage ainsi que coffrage intérieur et extérieur et pièces de liaison utilisés pour l'érection de constructions circulaires, par exemple des constructions cylindriques ou sphériques. Selon le procédé on érige une surface de coffrage (2) ayant la hauteur de la paroi à couler. Ensuite les armatures sont mises en place et on tire vers le haut la deuxième surface (2) de coffrage par étape de 50 cm, en introduisant le béton à chaque levée du coffrage. Les coffrages (2) sont constitués d'anneaux de tôles souples. Les anneaux sont tendus pour constituer une forme stable. Les tôles sont maintenus ensemble par des assemblages à clavettes comportant de coins rétractables entre les supports et les brides de liaison des tôles.

Claims (7)

1. Coffrage intérieur destiné à des constructions à symétrie de rotation, comportant plusieurs anneaux de coffrage (1) agencés l'un au-dessus de l'autre et qui sont constitués de panneaux de coffrage (3) de préférence en feuille d'acier, reliés l'un à l'autre, lesdits panneaux de coffrage (3) étant flexibles dans la direction du périmètre de la construction à symétrie de rotation, ledit coffrage intérieur comportant encore des anneaux de renforcement (18) des panneaux de coffrage (3), agencés l'un au-dessus de l'autre et constitués par des segments annulaires (21) qui, agencés comme dans un polygone, forment un anneau, ainsi qu'au moins un dispositif d'écartement disposé entre les segments annulaires (21), caractérisé en ce que les panneaux de coffrage (3) sont serrés sur les anneaux de renforcement (18), en ce que des profilés verticaux en U (19) qui portent le dispositif d'écartement sont agencés entre les segments annulaires (21) en étant en contact avec les panneaux de coffrage (3) par la base du U, en ce que les profilés en U (19) s'étendent sur au moins deux anneaux de renforcement (18) et en ce que les anneaux de coffrage (1) sont fixés aux profilés en U (19).
2. Coffrage intérieur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé en U (19) est agencé à la suite de chaque panneau de coffrage (3), sur le périmètre des anneaux de coffrage (1).
3. Coffrage intérieur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les panneaux de coffrage (3) comportent sur leurs bords verticaux (3') des brides de fixation (4') qui sont agencées à une distance (r) du bord vertical (3'), qui correspond à la demi largeur du profilé en U (19).
4. Coffrage intérieur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'écartement comporte une vis de serrage (27) qui est maintenue de manière fixe en rotation à l'extrémité d'un segment annulaire (21), et un écrou de serrage (30) qui s'appuie directement ou indirectement sur l'extrémité du segment annulaire (21) subséquent.
5. Coffrage intérieur selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que l'écrou de serrage (30) s'appuie directement sur le profilé en U (19).
6. Coffrage intérieur selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que le profilé en U (19) comporte dans l'un des montants latéraux (19") des trous (28) traversés par les vis de serrage (27) et, sur l'autre montant latéral (19") des fourreaux de guidage (29) s'étendant jusque dans le profilé en U (19), destinés aux vis de serrage (27), fourreaux sur lesquels s'appuient les écrous de serrage (30).
7. Coffrage intérieur selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du segment annulaire (21) opposée à la vis de serrage (27) est fixée moyenant un boulon de fixation (23) au profilé en U (19).
