Definitions
- the invention relates to a ski boot with a boot receiving the foot and with an instep plate overlapping the instep and with a boot shaft which can be pivoted from the boot lower part around a thrust axis transverse to the longitudinal direction of the boot lower part and arranged in the heel area between an upright position and a template position and can be snapped into the template position with the aid of a locking device.
- the boot shaft is locked in a simple manner in that the boot shaft is moved into the forward position, whereby the locking device is automatically locked in place.
- a ski boot is also known in which an ankle collar is arranged on the lower part of the boot, the rear outer part of which is connected to the rear section of the lower part of the boot via a joint and can be tilted backwards for easy entry of the foot and for walking about the axes of rotation connecting the two parts.
- this boot has the disadvantage that the rear outer part of the boot shaft must be folded away to the rear so that cold and snow can penetrate.
- the object of the invention is therefore to propose a ski boot of the type mentioned, which enables easy walking in a simple manner without the risk of cold and snow penetration and securely fixed in the original position can be laid.
- the locking device has a manually operated locking lever which, in the locking position, loads the instep plate via a pressure bolt, wedge, eccentric or the like which is essentially perpendicular to the instep plate and fixes the boot shaft in the template position and which in the release position defines both the Instep plate as well as the boot shaft releases.
- the grate lever is preferably arranged pivotably from the lower boot part.
- the locking lever has a pressure surface interacting with the pressure bolt, wedge, eccentric or the like and a grate section which, in the locking position, engages in a grate nose or the like arranged on the boot shaft.
- the pressure surface of the locking lever is advantageously designed in a cam-locating manner.
- the latching section is preferably articulated and / or slidably connected to the grate lever.
- the locking lever is advantageously spring-loaded.
- the locking lever is designed as a double lever as an articulated lever.
- the locking lever can be fixed in the locking position by an articulated spring-loaded holte lever arranged on the lower part of the boot.
- the latch is preferably slidably arranged and fixable on the boot scarf.
- the boot shaft and boot lower part preferably have latching sections which slide onto one another and overlap.
- the latching sections are advantageously formed in a circular shape on the boot shaft and on the boot lower part in the instep area, the center of the circle being the axis of rotation.
- the axis of rotation is preferably above the sole of the boot and behind the axis of the ankle joint.
- the pressure pin, wedge, eccentric or the like is preferably spring-loaded.
- the pressure Bolt, wedge, eccentric or the like Fork-shaped and connected with its fork ends to the instep plate on both sides of the instep plate center.
- the effective length of the pressure bolt, wedge, eccentric or the like can preferably be changed.
- the pressure bolt has a head which is non-rotatably but displaceably guided in the recess of the lower boot part and has a recess and an internal thread into which the bolt can be screwed.
- the pressure surface of the locking lever is advantageously designed as a bolt which can be displaced and fixed in the locking lever in the direction of the pressure bolt, wedge, eccentric or the like.
- a boot consists of a boot lower part 1 with boot sole 2 and a boot upper 3 Axially arranged axis of rotation 4 between an upright position (FIG. 2) and a template position (FIG. 1).
- the boot shaft 3 and the bottom subtoil 1 have overlapping and overlapping edge sections 5 which prevent snow from penetrating into the boot both in the upright position and in the forward position.
- edge sections 5 In instep area 6 are the Edge sections 3 on the boot shaft and on the boot bottom are circular, the center of the circle being the rotary axis 4.
- An instep plate 7 is arranged in the lower boot tail 1 and can be pressed onto the instep with the aid of a spring-loaded pressure bolt 8.
- the instep plate 7 is articulated at its front end about an axis 33 aa bottom part 1 of the boot running essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the boot.
- the pressure bolt 8 is slidably mounted in the lower boot part 1.
- the pressure pin 8 is gabal-shaped and is connected to the instep plate 7 with its fork ends on both sides of the instep plate center.
- both fork ends of the pressure bolt 8 penetrate the lower boot part 1
- the instep plate 7 is adapted to the user's foot by padding 34 or the like.
- a locking lever 9 is articulated on the lower boot part 1, which has a cooperating with the pressure bolt 8 pressure surface 10 and an articulated Rosto cut 11, which nit interacts with a arranged on the boot shaft 3 locking lug 12.
- a spring-loaded holding lever 13 is arranged on the lower part of the boot golonkig, which extends through a recess 14 through the locking lever 9 and fixes the locking lever in the locking position, as shown in FIG. 1.
- the boot heel 3 In the arresting position according to FIG. 1, the boot heel 3 is in the Vorlogestollung, the locking portion 1 engages in the locking lug 12 and locks the boot shaft 3 in relation to the lower boot 1. Furthermore, the pressure surface 10 of the locking bar 9 presses the pressure pin 8 downward, so that the instep plate 7 presses on the instep.
- the instep plate is rounded at its upper end 35, so that there can be no crushing.
- the detent lever 9 is released. gave. Dics causes the roct section 11 of the locking lever 9 to come into engagement with the locking lug 12 of the boot scarf 3, so that the boot shaft can be moved back and forth between the template lug and the upright position. At the same time, the pressure pin 8 is released so that the instep pressure is released by the instep plate 7. In the position shown in FIG. 2, an unimpeded movement of the boot shaft between the reference position and the upright position is possible, but an unobserved locking in the forward position is not possible.
- the locking lever 9 is still pressed down until the holding lever 13 engages.
- the instep plate 7 is also still pressed down over the pressure bolt 8 so that the desired instep pressure is achieved. If the boot shaft 3 is then moved into the forward position, the movable latching section 11 automatically engages in the latching lug 12 of the boot shaft and locks the boot shaft in the forward position.
- the angle of the original position can be changed in a simple manner in that the locking lug 12 of the boot shaft 3 is arranged to be displaceable and fixable.
- the locking lug 12 has a corrugated extension 15 which can be attached to the step shaft 3 in the desired position with the aid of a corrugated pressure plate 16.
- the effective length of the pressure bolt 8 can be changed so that the desired instep pressure of the instep plate 7 can be adjusted.
- the pressure pin 8 has a head 17, which is displaceable in a recess 18 of the boot utensil 1 in the direction of the pressure pin 8, but is non-rotatably guided by a pin 19.
- the head 17 has a continuous recess 20 with an internal thread, into which the pressure bolt 8 can be screwed.
- the pressure surface of the locking lever 9 is actuatable by a small lever 21 screw 22 formed.
- This set screw 22 can be used to easily set any rim pressure.
- the instep plate 7 is also relieved when the locking lever 9 is in the locking position, ie when the boot shaft 3 is in the pre-logo.
- the pressure surfaces of the locking lever 9 are designed as bolts 24 which can be actuated via a cam lever 23.
- the pressure hole 10 of the grate lever 9 is curved so that, depending on the position of the locking lever 9, the pressure holes either press the pressure pin 8 onto the instep plate 7 or release the instep plate 7.
- the corresponding design of a curved pressure surface 10 also has the locking lever 9 in the embodiment according to FIG. 4.
- the locking section 11 of the locking lever 9 engages in one End of a spring-loaded zwciormigon Habels 26 arranged articulated on the shaft 3 and thus holds the boot shaft 3 in the original position.
- the locking section 11 is arranged displaceably in the locking lever 9 against the action of a preloaded spring 27. 3 and 4 are designed such that, due to the spring-loaded pressure bolt 8, the locking lever 9 is held either in the locking position or in the release position.
- the pressure surfaces 10 of the locking lever 9 are also curved.

Abstract
