Abstract

Es wird eine Verstreichvorrichtung (6) zum gezieten Aufbringen haarfarbenverändernder Mittel auf das ? haar beschrieben. Zum Abtrennen einer zu behandelnten Haarsträhne sowie zum Verstreichen des Färbemittels verden mit dem Färbemittelspender zu koppelnde Kammenken (9) mit am Fuß (7) der Zinke vorgesehener Au?anmebohrung (8) zum Aufstecken auf den Auslaß (2) den S ? ders verwendet. Die Aufgabe besteht darin, eine auf vo ?dene Verschlußsysteme von Färbemittelspendern aufzuserzende Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die nach Aufwand und ? habung für den Heimgebrauch geeignet ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufnahmebohrung (8) der Verstreichvorr ?tung (2) unmittelbar zum Aufstecken auf eine serienmange Applikationsspitze (2) eine Färbemittelspenders aus ? det.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verstreichvorrichtung zum gezielten Aufbringen haarfarbenverändernder Mittel auf das Deckhaar mit mindestens einer mit der Austrittsöffnung eines das Färbemittel enthaltenden Spenders zu koppelnden Kammzinke zum Abteilen zu färbendèr Haarsträhnen sowie zum Verstreichen des Färbemittels, wobei am Fuß der Zinke eine Aufnahmebohrung zum Aufsetzen auf den Spender vorgesehen ist.
  • In einer in dem DE-GM 81 19 211 beschriebenen Vorrichtung dieser Art weist der Applikator zwei in parallelem Abstand angeordnete flache Kammzinken zum Abteilen einer zu färbenden Haarsträhne auf. Im Bodenbereich zwischen den Zähnen mündet ein zum Spenderinnern führender Durchtrittskanal, durch den das Färbepräparat austreten kann. Auf diese Weise soll es möglich werden, geringste Mengen von Haarfärbepräparaten auf schmale Strähnen gezielt oberflächlich aufzutragen, ohne daß die einzufärbenden Strähnen einzeln mit einem Kamm abgeteilt und abgehoben werden müßten. Das bekannte Gerät ist jedoch so aufwendig ausgebildet und so kompliziert zu handhaben, daß es normalerweise nur im Friseurge- . schäft Anwendung finden kann.
  • Zum Färben einzelner Haarsträhnen im Heimgebrauch werden mit Löchern versehene Hauben verwendet, durch welche einzelne Strähnen willkürlich mit einer Haarsträhnchen-Ziehnadel bzw. Häkelnadel zwecks getrennten Einfärbens zu ziehen sind. Ein gezieltes Aufbringen der haarfarbenverändernden Mittel nur auf das Deckhaar, was sowohl aus Gründen der Haarschonung als auch des kosmetischen Ausdrucks sinnvoll sein kann, ist auf diese Weise allerdings nicht möglich.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum gezielten Aufbringen haarfarbenverändernder Mittel auf das Deckhaar zu schaffen, die, vorzugsweise für die Einmalanwendung, auf vorhandene Verschlußsysteme bzw. Behälteröffnungen aufzusetzen sowie für den Heimgebrauch nach Aufwand und Handhabungsweise gleichermaßen geeignet ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung ist für die Verstreichvorrichtung eingangs genannter Art mit einer mit der Austrittsöffnung eines Färbemittelbehälters zu koppelnden Kammzinke sowie am Fuß der Zinke vorgesehener Aufnahmebohrung zum Aufsetzen auf den Spenderauslaß gekennzeichnet durch die Ausbildung der Aufnahmebohrung zum Aufstecken auf eine serienmäßige, zum Scheiteln der Haare und/oder zum Aufbringen des Färbemittels ausgebildete Applikationsspitze eines Färbemittelspenders. Verbesserungen und weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung werden in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Demgemäß wird durch die Erfindung eine Applikationsvorrichtung zum Aufbringen haarfarbenverändernder Mittel auf das Deckhaar bzw. auf Deckhaarsträhnen geschaffen, welche so ausgebildet ist, daß sie im Heimgebrauch sowie bei Einmalanwendung auf vorhandene Spender aufzusetzen, insbesondere aufzustecken,ist, ohne daß irgendwelche beweglichen Teile erforderlich wären. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung kommt zwar mit einer einzigen zum Abteilen, Auftragen und/oder Verstreichen dienenden Zinke aus, für die Handhabung ist aber die Ausstattung mit zwei oder mehr Zinken vorteilhaft, weil dadurch ein Abteilen einzelner Strähnen vereinfacht wird. Ein optimales Abschirmen der der behandelten Haarsträhne benachbarten Haarpartien sowie ein optimaler Schutz der Kopfhaut vor mechanischen Schäden wird gewährleistet, wenn die Zinken paarweise symmetrisch voneinander weg gebogen sind und abgerundete, insbesondere auch verstärkte, Spitzen besitzen.
  • Insbesondere bei Verwendung eines Paars von Kammzinken ist es für einen guten Übergang der Farbe auf das Haar vorteilhaft, wenn die Brücke zwischen den benachbarten Zinken stetig gekrümmt, insbesondere halbkreisförmig, ausgebildet wird. Der Auslaßkanal der Verstreichvorrichtung kann dann im Bereich der Brücke zwischen den Zinken vorgesehen werden und dort mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung, insbesondere als Düse, besitzen. Gemäß weiterer Erfindung kann der Auslaßkanal aber auch in eine oder mehrere Zinken hinein verlängert werden, so daß er auf der jeweiligen zum Verstreichen vorgesehenen Innenfläche der Zinke mündet.
  • Wenn, insbesondere bei Heimgebrauch, gewünscht wird, einzelne Haarpartien mit nur einer Hand vom Kopf wegziehend zu färben, kann es schließlich günstig sein, die Verstreichvorrichtung mit nur einer hakenförmigen Zinke mit auf der Innenfläche der Hakenkrümmung mündendem Auslaßkanal auszustatten. Auch hierbei können auf der Innenfläche der Zinke Führungsrillen vorgesehen werden, die als zusätzliche seitliche Führungselemente wirken.
  • Anhand der schematischen Darstellung von Ausführungsbeispielen werden weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine auf eine Applikationsspitze aufgesetzte Verstreich-' vorrichtung im Längsschnitt;
    • Fig. 2 Längsschnitte von drei von Fig. 1 abweichenden Verbis 4 streichvorrichtungen; und
    • Fig. 5 einen Längsschnitt durch eine auf eine Applikationsspitze aufgesetzte hakenförmige Verstreichvorrichtung.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen insgesamt mit 1 bezeichneten Verschluß mit Applikationsspitze 2 eines Färbemittelspenders im Schnitt parallel zur Längsachse 3. Die Applikationsspitze 2 besitzt eine zum Ausbringen des im nicht gezeichneten Behälter enthaltenen Färbemitteln geeignete Austrittsöffnung 4 am zugespitzten Längsende 5 und ist an sich zum Scheiteln der Haare sowie zum Aufbringen des Färbemittels ausgebildet. Auf die Applikationsspitze 2 wird eine erfindungsgemäße, insgesamt mit 6 bezeichnete Verstreichvorrichtung aufgesetzt. Die Kupplung kann im einfachsten Falle durch Kraftschluß in einer im Fuß 7 der Verstreichvorrichtung 6 vorgesehenen Bohrung 8 erreicht werden. Bei einer solchen Steckverbindung gelangt das Färbemittel primär unmittelbar aus der Austrittsöffnung 4 auf eine zu behandelnde Haarsträhne, während die Verstreichvorrichtung nur dazu dient, das Färbemittel auf der Haarsträhne zu verteilen und/oder andere Teile des Haars und der Kopfhaut von einer Berührung mit dem Färbemittel bzw. der Austrittsöffnung 4 abzuschirmen.
  • Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 wird vorgesehen, die Verstreichvorrichtung 6 symmetrisch mit einem Paar voneinander weg gebogener Kammzinken 9 mit abgerundeten Spitzen 10 auszustatten. Durch die stetig bogenförmig nach außen geneigten Abteiler bzw. Zinken 9 werden ein optimales Abschirmen benachbarter Haarpartien sowie ein ausgezeichneter Schutz der Kopfhaut vor mechanischen Schäden gewährleistet. Eine besondere kopfhautfreundliche Ausbildung wird bei Abrundung und Verstärkung der Spitzen 10 der Zinken 9 erhalten.
  • In Fig. 1 wird ferner angedeutet, daß die Kupplung zwischen Applikationsspitze 2 und Bohrung 8 im Fuß 7 der Verstreichvorrichtung 6 außer durch reinen Kraftschluß auch durch angeformte Hilfsmittel, z.B. Gewinde und Nocken oder durch den gezeichneten Schnappring 11, hergestellt werden kann. Weitere Formen der Kupplung zwischen der Verstreichvorrichtung 6 und der Applikationsspitze 2 werden in den Fig. 2 bis 5 dargestellt. Die Kupplung besteht hier im Prinzip aus einer Sackbohrung 12 zum Einsetzen des freien Endes 13 der Applikationsspitze 2.
  • Von der Sackbohrung 12 gehen die in den Ausführungsbeispielen gemäß Fig. 2 bis 5 verschieden ausgebildeten Auslaßkanäle aus. Im Fall von Fig. 2 werden die Auslaßkanäle durch mindestens eine, insbesondere düsenförmige, Bohrung 14 im Bereich der Brücke 15 zwischen zwei Zinken 9 gebildet. Die Größe der Bohrungen 14 wird dabei der Konsistenz bzw. Zähigkeit des verwendeten haarfarbenverändernden, insbesondere cremeartigen, Mittels angepaßt. Eine stetig gekrümmte, insbesondere halbkreisförmige, Brücke 15 zwi- . schen benachbarten Zinken 9 dient der Anpassung an die natürlichen Gegebenheiten einer zwischen den Zinken 9 hindurchgezogenen Haarsträhne.
  • Nach Fig. 3 kann ein in die Zinke 9 hinein verlängerter Auslaßkanal 16 mit Mündung 17 auf der Innenfläche der jeweiligen Zinke 9 vorgesehen werden. Der Auslaßkanal 16 kann auf seiner Länge auch mehr als eine Mündung 17 besitzen, insbesondere kann zugleich mindestens eine Mündungsbohrung 14 (ähnlich wie bei Fig. 2) im Bereich der Brücke 15 zwischen benachbarten Zinken vorgesehen werden.
  • Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 werden zusätzlich zu wenigstens einem Teil der Merkmale gemäß Fig. 2 und 3 Führungsriefen bzw. -rillen 18 auf der Innenfläche wenigstens einer der Zinken 9 vorgesehen.
  • In der Vorrichtung nach Fig. 5 wird eine von den Ausführungsbeispielen nach Fig. 1 bis 4 abweichende Formgebung der Verstreichvorrichtung 6 im Prinzip angedeutet. Die Vorrichtung 6 hat hier im wesentlichen Hakenform, wobei der Auslaßkanal 16 beginnend an der zum Aufsetzen auf eine übliche Applikationsspitze 2 ausgebildete Sackbohrung 12 zum Bodenbereich 19 oder auch an ein oder mehrere andere Stellen auf der übrigen Innenfläche 20 des Hakens 21 führt, und dort mündet. Die Hakenform der Verstreichvorrichtung 6 nach Fig. 5 bietet den Vorteil, einzelne Haarsträhnen einhändig vom Kopf wegziehend färben zu können. Bei Anwendung wird das Haar in der bogenförmigen Innenfläche 20 des Hakens 21 geführt und dabei aus den Mündungen 22 des Austrittskanals 16 mit dem Färbemittel beaufschlagt.

Claims (8)

1. Verstreichvorrichtung (6) zum gezielten Aufbringen haarfarbenverändernder Mittel auf das Deckhaar mit mindestens einer mit der Austrittsöffnung (4) eines das Färbemittel enthaltenden Spenders zu koppelnden Kammzinke (9) zum Abteilen zu färbender Haarsträhnen sowie zum Verstreichen des Färbemittels, wobei am Fuß (7) der Zinke (9) eine Aufnahmebohrung (8) zum Aufsetzen auf den Spender vorgesehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausbildung der Aufnahmebohrung (8) zum Aufstecken auf eine serienmäßige, zum Scheiteln der Haare und/oder zum Aufbringen des Färbemittels vorgesehenen Applikationsspitze (2) eines Färbemittelspenders.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmebohrung als Sackbohrung (12) ausgebildet ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 gekennzeichnet durch ein Paar symmetrisch voneinander weg gebogener Kammzinken (9) mit abgerundeten, insbesondere auch verstärkten, Spitzen (10).
4. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 gekennzeichnet durch eine einen stetig gekrümmten, insbesondere halbkreisförmigen, Übergang zwischen benachbarten Zinken (9) bildende Brücke (15).
5. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnung (4) im Bereich der Brücke (15) zwischen dem Zinken (9) mit mindestens einer Durchgangsöffnung (14), insbesondere mit Düsenform, mündet.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 gekennzeichnet durch einen in die Zinke (9) hinein verlängerten Auslaßkanal (16) mit Mündung (17) auf der zum Verstreichen vorgesehenen Innenfläche der Zinke (9).
7. Verstreichvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 gekennzeichnet durch Führungsrillen (18) auf der zum Verstreichen vorgesehenen Innenfläche der Zinke (9).
8. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 gekennzeichnet durch eine hakenförmige Zinke (21) mit auf der Innenfläche (20) der Hakenkrümmung mündendem (22) Auslaßkanal (16).
