Abstract

Zur Erstellung der Bandkabelanschlüsse wird ein Kabel­ abschnitt (z.B. Endabschnitt) samt seiner Isolierung blockartig umspritzt, wobei quer zum Kabel verlaufende Kanäle freigehal­ ten werden. In diese werden Schneid-Klemmkontakte einge­ drückt, die die Kabelleiter kontaktieren und deren Anschluß­ abschnitte aus dem Block vorstehen. Der Block mit den vor­ stehenden z.B. Stiften oder Messern bzw. Kontaktfedern kann nun unmittelbar oder nach Verrastung mit einem Oberteil als Stift-, Messer-, oder Federleiste verwendet werden, die an das Bandkabel angeschlossen ist.
