Claims (3)

1. Dispositif de tronçonnage de rondins au moyen d'une scie circulaire installée dans un dispositif de transport transversal, ce dernier comportant plusieurs chaînes transporteuses tournant l'une à côté de l'autre et pourvues de taquets d'entraînement, caractérisé en ce que les chaînes transporteuses (2, 3) s'étendent sous un angle aigu par rapport au plan de coupe de la scie circulaire (14), et, vu dans le sens de transport (13), les chaînes transporteuses (2) disposées d'un côté du plan de coupe divergent par rapport aux chaînes transporteuses (3) disposées de l'autre côté du plan de coupe.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que toutes les chaînes transporteuses (2, 3) tournent, à l'intervention de roues à chaîne (4, 5, 8, 9), sur deux arbres (6, 7) s'étendant parallèlement l'un à l'autre et disposés aux deux extrémités du dispositif de transport transversal (1), tandis que la distance entre les roues à chaîne (9 ou 5) disposées d'un côté du plan de coupe et les roues à chaîne (8 ou 4) disposées de l'autre côté de ce plan de coupe à l'extrémité de déchargement du dispositif de transport transversal (1) est supérieure à celle existant à l'extrémité de chargement.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les chaînes transporteuses (2) s'étendent, sur un côté du plan de coupe, perpendiculairement aux arbres (6, 7), les chaînes transporteuses (3) s'étendent, de l'autre côté du plan de coupe, en oblique par rapport aux arbres (6, 7), tandis que le plan de coupe de la scie circulaire (14) se situe à peu près dans la bissectrice de l'angle formé entre ces chaînes.
