Claims (9)

1. Dispositif d'emballage pour la production de flans (11), par détachement de ceux-ci d'une bande de matériau (14) et l'amenée de ceux-ci à un poste d'emballage par un transporteur de flans (26), constitué de bandes perforées (27, 28) verticales, latérales, circulantes, ayant un brin de transport (31), exposé à un vide par des chambres d'aspiration (32, 33) placées au dos, pour opérer un transport rectiligne des flans (11), et devant lequel est placé un tambour aspirant (17), dans la zone duquel les flans (11) sont susceptibles d'être détachés de la bande de matériau (14), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
a. les flans (11) peuvent être amenés directement aux bandes perforées (27, 28) du transporteur de flans (26), par le tambour aspirant (17),
b. le tambour aspirant (17) est situé dans la zone d'un rouleau de renvoi (supérieur) (29) des bandes perforées (27, 28), placé sur celles-ci de manière que les flans (11) puissent être amenés aux bandes perforées (27, 28) dans une zone périphérique, soumise à l'action de l'air d'aspiration, du rouleau de renvoi (29),
c. le rouleau de renvoi (29) des bandes perforées (27, 28) est soumis, par des perçages d'aspiration (46) radiaux, à de l'air d'aspiration, au moins dans une zone périphérique servant au transport du flan (11),

2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'effet d'aspiration (air d'aspiration) du tambour aspirant (17) peut être supprimé dans la zone du transfert du flan (11) au transporteur de flans (26), en particulier au moyen d'un perçage d'aération (25) du tambour aspirant (17) disposé dans cette zone.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les perçages d'aspiration (46) sont reliés à une source de vide, en particulier au perçage central (49), seulement dans une zone périphérique du rouleau de renvoi (29) servant au transport du flan (11).

a. les flans (11) peuvent être amenés directement aux bandes perforées (27, 28) du transporteur de flans (26), par le tambour aspirant (17),
b. le tambour aspirant (17) est situé dans la zone d'un rouleau de renvoi (supérieur) (29) des bandes perforées (27, 28), placé sur celles-ci de manière que les flans (11) puissent être amenés aux bandes perforées (27, 28) dans une zone périphérique, soumise à l'action de l'air d'aspiration, du rouleau de renvoi (29),
c. deux segments d'aspiration (54, 55) fixes, s'étendant dans la direction périphérique du rouleau de renvoi (29) sont prévus dans la zone du rouleau de renvoi supérieur (29) et ouverts entièrement ou partiellement du côté tourné radialement vers l'extérieur,
