Claims (11)

1. Dispositif pour envelopper des objets dans un flan, en particulier des groupes de cigarettes (10) dans un flan en étain (13) qui est séparé d'une bande de matière (28), au voisinage d'un cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32) tournant en continu, et transporté sur un deuxième transporteur sans fin (disque aspirants (40, 41), le flan (13) étant maintenu, au moins sur deux zones marginales latérales, par le deuxième transporteur sans fin, dans un plan transversal par rapport à la direction de trasport de l'objet et, sous la traction de celui-ci, s'enroulant en U autour de l'objet, caractérisé par le fait que les disques aspirants (40, 41) du deuxième transporteur sans fin sont entraînés de manière cadencée de manière que le flan puisse, pendant une phase d'arrêt, être extrait des disques aspirants (40, 41) par l'objet (groupe de cigarettes (10).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32) est entraîné à une vitesse (vitesse périphérique V2) avantageusement uniforme, la vitesse périphérique du cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32) ainsi que celle des disques aspirants (40, 41) étant, pendant le transport d'un flan, en accord avec celui-ci.

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matière (28) peut être amenée au cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32) avec une vitesse de transport (V 1 ) avantageusement constante et le flan (13) séparé peut être accéléré, par le cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32), jusqu'à la vitesse périphérique (V2) plus élevée.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ainsi que l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que la vitesse périphérique (V2) du cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32) est à peu près deux fois plus grande que la vitesse de transport (V1) de la bande de matière (28).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ainsi que l'une des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une partie avant (33) de la bande de matière (28), située, après séparation du flan (13), sur une surface périphérique (34) du cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration, est maintenue et entraînée, glissant par aspiraton sur la surface périphérique (34), avec maintien de la faible vitesse d'entraînement (V1).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ainsi que l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32) est muni, le long de sa surface périphérique (34), de trous d'aspiration (51, 52, 53, 54) répartis irrégulièrement, un assez grand nombre de trous d'aspiration (51) avantageusement prévus dans une zone de la surface périphérique (34) pour saisir la partie avant (33) de la bande de matière (28).

Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le flan séparé (13) est retenu sur la surface périphérique (34) du cylindre de coupe et d'aspiration (32) par des trous d'aspiration (53, 54) en principe seulement dans une zone avant et une zone arrière.

Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que plusieurs trous d'aspiration (51, 52, 53), sont reliés à une source de dépression centrale, par l'intermédiaire d'alésages de raccordement radiaux (42, 43) débouchant dans des conduits collecteurs (44, 45) qui se raccordent à des rainures distributrices fixes, latérales (48, 49), des groupes de trous d'aspiration (51, 52, 53) étant associés à des rainures distributrices (48, 49) de positions relatives différentes.
